My husband and I visited Laurel Gray on. Wednesday around 3pm. We enjoyed a flight for $28, which is a little higher than flights at many wineries. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They have very nice decorations for Christmas. Of the 4 wines we tried we really liked 3 of them. Blue Ice is the best blueberry wine I have tried . Carolina has distinct chocolate and coffee flavors that hit at different points. Branded has a very delicious apple flavor with thickness of brandy. Highly recommend! Staff was great too.

A must stop while Wine tasting in and around Elkin! Beautiful scenery and delicious wine!!! Do your self a favor and go to Shiloh General Store, only a couple minutes from Laurel Gray and grab some sandwiches to accompany you for a nice picnic, you won’t regret it!!!

This was a beautiful vineyard/winery that was on our wine tour. It was beautiful and so charming and peaceful. The wine flight was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our visit. The outside seating is so nice! We truly enjoyed this vineyard!

For anyone who enjoys great wine this is a definite must. The place is very nice but not extravagant like some of the nearby wineries but the have a very comfortable patio and some beautiful views. Very relaxing. What they do is spend their time crafting great wines. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their new wines from their 2019 grapes is some of the best I have ever had. They have just released their 2019 cab franc and family reserve which are so good and only getting better with time. The surprise for a reds guy was their two whites. The Chardonnay and their blend called Lora-ley which may have been my favorite of them all especially given the warm day. So incredibly refreshing.

What a cute spot! It happened to storm during our visit and it was so nice to sit on the patio, overlooking the pond, while listening to the rain hitting the tin roof. Great wine and pet friendly outside.

Very hospitable, very welcoming. It was very nice to sit on the porch; it was cool and comfortable. You can select 4 wines for the wine flight and they had wine slushes. The wines were not the best we'd had, but the hospitality made up for everything!

Our first stop of 3 on our Sunday afternoon and this one was probably our favorite! Delicious wines both dry and sweet plus they offered several pairings of sauces and a vinegrette that was to die for. Beth made our tasting very enjoyable and we bought a few bottles. We sipped a couple glasses around their pond on their swing.

One of our favorite wineries in the Swan Creek area. One of the smaller feel wineries (which I love), the tasting building has a lot of personality and I can see they have expanded the outside space since our last visit several years ago. Each of the wines are great, the staff is personable and helpful. I'm a big fan of their Encore, chocolate red wine, not too sweet it's very smooth. The grounds are ripe for getting a nice glass of wine and chillin (see pics), highly recommended.

Great place! Wonderful Wines. Delightful Owners, great staff. There is something for everyone. Reds, Whites, Sweet. My personal favorite is the barrel aged chardonnay. They have sandwiches and snacks available for purchase. Enjoy it all on the covered porch... relax, and enjoy the wine and the view.

This place holds a personal record for me. I have done tastings at lots of vineyards, but Laurel Gray has the most amazing wines and I’ve liked every single wine I’ve tasted! Beautiful scenery too for a relaxing afternoon. Personal favorites are the sangria and raspberry wines.

A must stop if you want something different. They paired the wine tastings with sauces and it was spectacular. The hostess was great too. Very busy place but it's worth the wait.

This place is amazing! They have drys, sweets, fruit wines, and fortified! There are a few snacks to buy, but we brought our own. The man who helped us with our tasting was helpful and encouraging of everyone’s tastes. The setting is beautiful! I highly recommend this place to all wine lovers!

Wonderful find...on a friend's recommendation. It was a beautiful day so we could sit outside...enjoy the view and a flight of their lovely wines. We could buy charcuterie, cheese and artisan crackers so we made it a meal. Delicious, very drinkable reds. I normally don't care for Merlot but... tasted theirs and fell in love. It's quite impressive. So are the blends.Well worth a stop or a detour in your travels!

We came for mother's day and had such a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and kind and the wine was tasty. We even got a free glass of their delicious rose as a gift! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite wineries in the area. They have french style wines that have won quite a number of awards. They also have a sauce pairing you can do with your wine tasting. The seating area outside is nice because there is a pond to look at. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Their wines are not the cheapest to take home but they are pretty good.Note their last tasting starts 20min before their close time.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and did I mention the wine was AMAZING!! Loved that we were able to wrap up in a blanket on the porch overlooking the views while listening to Christmas music in the background. Definitely was getting me into the Holiday spirit! We have visited many wineries and this by far is in my top 3..we will be returning for many other "ENCORE"'s Highly Recommend!!

I have been to about eight wineries in the area, and this one is definitely in the top. Their people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the pairing of wine with food. Even though it was just small bites of different flavors, it helped to show how the foods changed the flavor of the wine. They also had a really delicious balsamic vinaigrette for purchase, but slightly expensive. A winery you must go!

Loved this cozy cottage winery. Kim was extremely hospitable and a pleasure to talk with. Our kids were welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed the Merlot. Would love to come back in nicer weather and enjoy the gorgeous patio!
