This store has gotten a refurb and it's a whole new shopping experience! They have a produce section and expanded refrigerated section. They have a new, larger homewares section and the new products look really nice. And I always have pleasant interactions with the staff--that hasn't changed. I'm excited to do more shopping here again in the future!

I live 4 houses up from dollar General, so I’m in there 3-4 times a day. Every time I go there and ( Ricky). Is always so rude I tried looking at the house stuff but couldn’t because of the many racks and pallets in the way. So I scooted them over to shop and Ricky said you can move it but you got to move it back. I don’t work there im a customer he acted plum rude and I always snack on something as my wife shops we’ll I get to the register with 300plus in the buggy and he says if I open something like that again I will get thrown out but he was mad cuzz I said something about the clutter and he was aggressive so I was afraid he would try to fight me. He even followed me outside and tried to fight me. He’s done this before. Terrible place. None of my neighbors or anyone I know avoids going there because of how he acts. They need to get rid of him

So far every employee that I've dealt with has been tactful. None were tripping over themselves to try to be the most helpful or efficient either. But for what DG Hays their employees is absurd. Even if you are a manager., Your pay is insulting. Taking that into consideration I would have to say overall surprisingly I would give it a little better-than-average

They had some great sells items. 70% off of clothing items. We thought was a great deal . We saved 12.00. We stopped just look for something else which they were out of it. But this made up for the stop. The staff was very friendly. Great location. Wheelchair accessible.

The employees are always friendly and eager to assist me. They answer questions and help in any way they can. The store is always clean and organized. We have had one employee go beyond what was expected on a few visits. Just in general always a great experience when going here.

The staff was rude they didnt want to accept my ten dollar bill because of it being torn! I was told its policy to not take it or they lose their job. It was all there I didnt see a problem since the bank would have accepted it. But he insisted that he couldn't as he taped it. He eventually took it but he acted like he was so much better than the customers. I will go out of my way to not stop there again!!!

Great store. Friendly staff. Sometimes out of advertised sale items. Checkout is slow on occasion but most of the time you get out quickly. 4 stars!

I like this place...It's alot cheaper than Walmart... There's 2 people that I love working there because they r extremely helpful and kind helping u ..A young man has been so very nice and friendly Everytime we go in ..and the manager another nice Lady that's been there is extremely helpful... So those 2 people deserve a Big Raise and a vacation once in awhile... because they work all the time...I want name names because I don't want them to move...This young man has been with them since the store opened...He is such a Gentleman and sooo very helpful 2 everyone...and the Lady is very nice and helpful to everyone also...I love shopping bc the prices r cheaper and u can find things better here than Walmart or k Mart or the Mall...love these people..

Great selection, good prices and so much easier to run in for a few things than Walmart because of its size difference and cashier's are not slow and always eager to help if you need it.

The employees were VERY RUDE and disrespectful to their delivery driver. They talking about him in front of customers! Not very professional!! And the Manager if you can call her that wasn’t any better. This store SUCKS! Won’t be back here!!

The Cashier made sure I got my $5 coupon. He was able to hold a conversation and keep the line going. Nice people. Nice place to stop.
