I had a strapped kayak stolen from here in a matter of minutes while I was inside getting coffee. Staff was less than helpful, rude, and dismissive. I was told by the sheriff’s office this is a common occurrence at this location. Find another pit stop travelers.

This stop was horrible! Bathrooms were repulsive, store itself was dirty all food areas looked unsanitary and floors where gross food all over them. Clerk had ear bud in and wouldn't speak loud enough to even hear him even when asking what?.

I’ve never been happier to sit on the throne of such a foul smelling facility as I was here. Smaller set up than I expected for a truck stop, but that’s life.

Always takes forever to get out of the store. Service is hit and miss. Cashiers forget to turn on the pump when you pay inside so you have to go back inside and remind them. Bathrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes dreadful. Every thing I'm store is priced higher than other gas stations. Gas is on average 10 cents a gallon higher than the closest competitor. Only stop here when I am forced to. 2 stars!

New owners probably 7 to 9 months agoMeds like benadryl went from 2 bucks a pack to almost 7. Gas always high too.Not ur typical 7 11Two people go in for cheap 20oz and candy and can very easily be 15 bucks compared to most 7 11 be between 7 and 8 bucks3rd shift dude is nice but owners just want to take advantage of being in country and no one close to 5 miles at night so Jack price up

So I worked for a 7 eleven YEARS AGO and ended up quitting due to MAJOR health problems. I was hospitalized. Obviously I'm much better now. So I apply for this 7 eleven since it's so close to me and I have 2 years experience and I guess the manager to old store and this lady are tight idk but for some reason this manager proceeded to hire me during my interview and told me to start the next day. Well while I'm getting ready for work (an hour before I start), I get a call saying to hold off on starting because she has personal stuff going on. So I ask if I even still have the job and she proceeds to say she will get back to me. She never did. Which I'm kinda glad because I wasn't looking forward to making $9/hr. Don't hire the person first just to let them go the VERY NEXT DAY. Also after reading the comments, most people don't leave a review when they worked there, but I guess this place is so bad they did.

Working for this specific location is the worst desicion I have ever made... You will start out at extremely low pay & get told by the GM, Nona, that she will move you up & send you to Charlotte to be able to do testing to move up in the store & get raises.Ten months later, I'm still working my ass off at the same pay, no benefits, no insurance, no testing to move up, & hours cut every week. New people are hired and their starting pay is double what I made, on top of, they received more hours than I did!My advice, do not work for this store!!The GM chooses favoritism among her employees & if you're not one of her favorites you will never get the appreciation/recognition for all your hard work that you deserve!

The manager (Jessie) is awfully RUDE to their employees INFRONT of customers!!! I was a long time customer, until I saw how they treated their employees. Shame on you people. No wonder you all cant keep help around there! I will now be going the extra few minutes or so to the next gas station. So will my close family members. You have lost loyal customer's. Managers should promote and help not yell nor displicine their employees. You couldn't pay enough to work there or shop again. Very dissapointed.

Well if your looking for the awesomeness that 7-11 is known for them look elsewhere! Fountain main broke, milk for the coffee in 1in of ice (guess the rest of the jug didn’t need to be kept up), boiled peanuts out, the icee machine had pina colada in it (and that’s it), grocery section only had pizza squares and the cashiers were warming their foreheads with the cell phones!I’m not even sure you can chalk up the whole under stocked store to supply chain issues! Kinda just looks like it’s going out of business.

WOW Bathrooms are so unclean it takes you breath away just walking into the bathroom! If you ever want to catch something I would say try the bathrooms here first.Very disgusting!!

Neat and clean store , yesterday was snow and parking lot is very clean. Store boss Jassi always meet with great smile. We always come here price for gas and other things are very reasonable.😊 Customer service is fast and great.

Employees are great . The managersare no so good .Discriminate against people for no reason. And very rude and does not take care of a problem without wanting to ccomplain.Talks about their employees and yells at their employees in front of customers I have witnessed that on more than one occasion. And very rude to their customers. I know they are a married couple that is running the store and are not very great.

Its not like NC has a plethora of 7-11s . The slurpee machine here is only a 4 count. It is never frozen when we've stopped. Its 95°,and all I want is an orange creme slurpee. Not liquid vitamin water....vitamine water slurpee? Wtaf. Probably easier getting ice cream from.Mcdonalds

The guy behind the counter was slow about ringing people up had a line going out the door went to use the bathroom and it smelt like a hasn't been cleaned in about a month or so went to open up the stall and somebody was in there because the door wouldn't lock and there was no soap in the bathroom only hand sanitizer to wash your hands with

I've been coming here for years and never had a issue with the diesel. Customer service is better than other places in the area. And it has a subway, not open 24 hrs.
