Tracy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They're not only great at what they do but have your animals best interest at heart. I had a dog in my care who badly needed his nails trimmed and they fit me in immediately.

Tracey is the best! She is so nice and her so is her staff. Our pups always come out fresh, cut perfectly, and smelling great!! She was able to squeeze our new pup in and that was such a relief. Great place. Highly recommend!

I've been to a few groomers for my dog, from Wilmington to Surf City and was never happy. I tried this new grooming shop and was pleasantly surprised. The owner was very sweet and treated my dog like a prince. My boy never looked so good!

Was told that if I didn’t sign up for once a month service that they won’t groom my dog and was told that another place would be better suited for me. Most women don’t get their hair done that much. Don’t recommend

My husband took our 2 shi tzus here today. Due to our age and COVID we have not had them groomed (except by me) for 6 months. They did a fantastic job grooming them. They look absolutely precious. However, when my 70- something husband went to pick them up the woman at the front desk said that we 'had to sign up right then to have them groomed every month or they will not groom them again'. She called my dogs 'dirty'. Broke my heart. Will not go back. Why do people have to be so hateful?

My dog had a good groom from this place. I scheduled an appointment a month before, I missed the appointment due to just having a newborn and failed to get a reminder that I had an appointment that I scheduled a month prior, so being as I scheduled another one I prepaid for the groom 85$ Which was no problem at all, But unfortunately, my mother went to pick my dog up from there and said that she had to pay another 85$ due to missing the last appointment. After speaking with one lady saying she understood and it was okay I just had to prepay, the lady at her desk told her different. Rude saying “the sign is on my front desk if you miss you gotta pay I was being generous” like WHAT????? Sorry people make mistakes and its needed to get whoever said I ONLY NEEDED TO PREPAY that oh you’ll have to pay another fee when you pick your dog up. VERY MISINFORMED I would have never gone back here if I knew the lady was going to be ugly about it. Sorry it’s COVID and you literally drop your dog off and get out of the building I don’t have time to READ YOUR DESK sign. Maybe if you would inform customers beforehand WHEN SETTING APPOINTMENTS it wouldn’t be an issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff does an incredible job! I drop off two bedraggled dogs and I pick up two show dogs, ready for Westminster. Seriously, they always do a great job. Can't say enough good things.

My 15 year old Sheltie. Cami, enjoyed her spa day at Doggie Style of Hampstead today. What an absolutely excellent groomer. Very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff! I can't wait to take my other two Sheltie fur babies for a spa day. I would highly recommend this groomer.

I have a long haired Doxie, but his hair was super fine and he was constantly bringing leaves in to the house because it would cling to his hair. We decided to get him clipped all over except his tail and ears. he's nervous little guy and never been clipped, but they got him through it fine and he looks great. Hesuch cooler now I'm sure. He sees quite pleased with himself.
