I have had the pleasure of visiting numerous Dollar General Stores, yet none have left such an indelible impression as this one. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in a sense of awe. JoJo, the manager, welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for my exceptional experience. The store exuded a delightful fragrance, and its impeccable cleanliness was truly remarkable. Not a single item littered the floors, and every aisle was impeccably organized. But don't just take my word for it – see for yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend this Dollar General to anyone seeking a superior shopping experience. So I came to this dollar general and they were closed with a note on the door saying, Closed will be back shortly and the sad part is the merchandise was sitting outside and the doors locked! What a way to run a business!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Older black gentleman whom I’ve never seen before at this location and I live right beside it.. was very rude to me and my husband. Told him I was using EBT and he put it in wrong twice like I was using a debit card, and he threw my receipt at me. Upon leaving I told him he was rude and he stop checking the next person out to follow me and my husband out of the store telling my husband that they could get it and my husband was confused asking him huh are you sure.. then the worker proceeded to tell him to be there at 9:30 and they’d settle it so my husband said okay bet. And got in the car. We wasn’t able to leave yet due to his sister being inside the store shopping. Worker then proceeded to call the cops on us and he threatened us! Worst customer service ever!

It was fine. They were out of the medication I needed, but I understand that happens. The only thing I absolutely cannot stand about this Dollar General is the fact there is no cell phone service in the store, it's ridiculous.

They need to fix their other register. I come to this store every day on my way to work because it's right around the corner from my house and convenient but for the past month the register has been down and it's been crazy. The other register acts wonky and they have to reboot the system all the time. It takes forever and I've been late for work every day having to wait on these people and registers. There's over 10 people in line behind me and 3 in front of me. The line is all the way put the door. Take the extra 5 mins and drive to the other DG.

Evidently when you see the price of items on the shelves that is listed for the item you want to buy and then go to the checkout counter the price is more than advertised/ This Is a Problem that needs to STOP!Truth in Lending/purchasing is being violated under the Law FTC Rules.FIX IT NOW

Best kept DG I have seen in a long time. Fallston DG needs to take alot of notes. Fallston manager could care less... This store deserves a raise!

Its got friendly staff so ill give it a 3 for that... always under staffed so u wait forever in line... nothing is every stocked or neat it's usually not the dollar general i use for those reasons...

They was nice people friendly they had the same stuff and South Carolina's they have in Tennessee so I guess you can go to about all of them and get about same thing for about the same price. Which ain't too bad

It exists. Messiest chain store I have ever been in. Not specific to this location. They serve a purpose, but GD's in general are pretty scary unorganized places.

Always shocked how clean and organized they keep this store. Normally DGs are filthy so I avoid them but I do shop this one when in the area

I love this store near Earl and I would give it a 5 rating, but I was uncomfortable on my last visit there when one of the employees was coughing through out the store and not wearing a mask.
