It's almost always dirty and unorganized, and that one guy that wears the derby hat needs to find another job, he always acts like he's miserable and hates the job. Anytime I question him about a product, it's like pulling teeth and he'll say they don't have it,or don't know, but then I usually find it. Do better DG . It's not that hard.

Worst store ever! Unfortunately I'm forced 2 shop here frequently as it's located 90 seconds from home & Grover is a small town so selection is limited. The store is dirty, unorganized & always crowded. The stock is pitiful (as u can c by my pic of trash bag isle) & that's if u can even GET 2 it 4 the carts, boxes & merchandise blocking the shelves.. The employees r rude & unprofessional to put it lightly.. If u can avoid this store & hold out 4 one of the many other DG in Shelby u r better off!

This has to be the worst Dollar General in NC. Always and I mean always have empty shelves and if they are stocked with anything is a complete mess. Have to play demolition derby to get a cart through the isles and always dirty. The ladies are nice though just needs more employees are some that know how to work.

Its close to home but the store is always a mess .Inventory is never stocked always sitting around on carts. Its as if they wont allow enough employee's to work to keep the store in order. Kings mtn location is much more organized and clean.

well most time pretty good but this time when I really needed something they were out had a few things out ... they had everything u need for ur butt but I needed orjel got a tooth ache ... we both no they didn't sell out in a couple days r even a week... and even the 1st of week they were out of cold Pepsi... I could see them out of milk but these other things no ....

Just ran in to get 3 items. Had 8 year old grandson with me and it was pouring down ☔ rain and temp was 34 degrees. The young man at the register was really nice and friendly.

I do not recommend buying groceries from this location. We bought some frozen food that appeared to be defrosted and refrozen. Some of the staff was friendly. The shelves were not properly stocked. Displays looked unfinished.

Love the store in Grover, NC but just wish it did not constantly have huge stockage carts in its aisles all the time. Restock and get it done. Aisles should be clear. The life cycle of forever having 10 huge carts out every day of the 52 weeks is perpetually a problem.

Horrible service. The one girl in the evenings looks like she hates her job and everyone who comes in. Then wonders why people get rude back. She doesn't even say have a nice day like she means. Always horrible long lines then deal rudeness. Fixed that I wony be back.

Shelves are ALWAYS empty yet the plastic containers are EVERYWHERE. This seems to be a common problem with DG. Time to visit Family Dollar

I called this location and asked how late they were open and they told me 11 p.m., but it said on the website they were open until 10 p.m. so I feel like they lied to me.

Slow as always but the steak & shrimp I got there the other day was a great prices and the steaks was thick and the shrimp was fat 😂 happy with there frozen foods .

Great group of people that work there. The one in Grover North Carolina is always stocked. And the employees are very knowledge on what they have in the store.

Clusterf**k. Either wait in line for 20 min. Or wait on someone to check you out. Have had to tell across store to find someone to check out. Needs way better management

There was a line down the isle for one register. The manager brought out a drawer, put it in the register. Did she open it to expedite the line. Nope, just ignored us.

Dollar General is generally crowded. This stinks. They only employ 2 people per shift and during rush hour the lines are extremely long. I try to go during off peak times as I rarely have 20 minutes to spare standing in line waiting to cash out.

It doesn't matter if there is one car or twenty cars in the parking lot, you will be there for at least 15-20 minutes way... They need more help.

This store is so messy, you can't see half the merchandise because of carts of freight sitting around. Some of the isles you can't even get a shopping cart down because of all the cludder.
