I can't say enough GREAT things about this restaurant!!! From the service to the food, everything was EXCEPTIONAL!! You can just tell when people care about the plate of food they put in front of you! You have to try the homemade honey butter maple syrup they have to offer! Heads up... you WILL have to wait for a table, but spend that time wandering around the amazing 2 story general store they have and the time will pass quickly, and the food is WELL worth the wait!! We will be visiting this restaurant again very soon! Check them out!! P.S. the French Toast is the BEST!! Homemade Bread and a wonderful Bakery for take hoke treats! Super clean including the restrooms!

We have been coming to Yoder’s for years. It is one of few places where the experience lives up to the hype. They have absolutely delicious fresh-roasted coffees with listed origins and custom blends of loose-leaf tea. The baked goods you can buy at the store/bakery are always incredible, with the loaves of fresh bread being a standout. They take their fresh white loaves and slice them thickly for their sumptuous French toast which comes with their homemade butter syrup. The Dutch potatoes are not to be missed. They recently renovated, adding many more seats to what was once a very small restaurant. The country store is always a fun experience, with live parrots, peacocks, and poultry. I heartily recommend Yoder’s if you haven’t given it a try yet!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The first floor of the country store is also wheelchair accessible. There is a second floor that is not wheelchair accessible.

Wonderful breakfast. The French toast is on point! Our server was amazing. We did have a small wait but the store was so enchanting we hardly noticed. The weather was nice to enjoy one of the beautiful swings outside too. Highly recommend 👌

Won't be back for a while. Very disappointed the last 2 trips. Poor service, very long wait and cold food. Eggs were way undercooked and cold. Witnessed people there 30 minutes before opening and when doors opened they served the people that had just walked in. We waited for service 30 minutes and then hour wait for food. Very uncalled for! Use to be such a great place to eat.I read your response. When waitress came back I was already almost done. It been a long wait on eggs I'm sure! And for your discount it was only $1.80. And I did mention to manager before I paid! And your welcome for me being honest. I know we none perfect but 2 times In a row is unsatisfactory.I did walk right in and sit down! We waited 30 minutes before you opened! The problem was that the other people that got there at or after opening got served first. Me and others waited an hour for food! Plus it was about 30 minutes before waitress even came to table. We were not the only ones upset. I'm sorry if voiceing my experience offended you but it was the truth.Thanks

We met some friends for breakfast and were told we'd wait an hour so we walked around the store and outside to look at the many items the store has to offer. Hung out with a talking bird and in just 25 min we were seated. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and the food was superb. We will definitely be back

Be prepared to wait but the time went by fast, 1st time trying this business today, I must say the cinnamon roll french toast was very very good! You can tell that they are freshly made. My husband pancakes were huge, he couldn’t eat them all!! I say that to say you definitely get your money worth and the drinks(OJ) are in a nice side cup. We wasn’t a fan of the dutch fries I think that’s what they was. Next time we will have to try a different style of potatoes. They were busy from the time we got there until the time we left. Our waitress was friendly as well!!

I enjoy every visit to Yoders! The food is always hot fresh, and consistent.The place is very small, so if you're not there early on the weekends, you may have a very long wait.Parking is okay. There is additional dirt/gravel parking on the side, but beware of a couple of large holes.

This is an amazing restaurant. The food is delicious. They make everything homemade. They sell fresh baked goods as well. Our waitress was excellent. Made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend getting here early. They are only open until 2pm so be prepared for a wait. There is also a country store attached to Yoders with tons of stuff to keep you busy while you wait. We waited about 45 minutes but it went by quickly while we were in store. The sugar cookies were amazing and the cinnamon rolls are gigantic. Love this place. When driving to it, you may wonder if you’re going the right way. lol it is in the country.

Very good breakfast for my my wife and I. The dining room does not have alot of seating so some wait time might be involved. Plenty of seating out front for your convenience. Well stocked store with something for everyone.

Great service and food. Everything was delicious. The pancakes are fluffy, the french toast is thick, and the cinnamon rolls are fabulous. It's my favorite breakfast restaurant.We ordered the 2orders of French Toast with 2 sides, the Dutch Breakfast, and shared a half order of the Dutch Biscuit and Gravy. We ordered cinnamon rolls and scones to go.

The Food is great. Atmosphere is really awesome. Servers are wonderful. However, From the time we showed up to put our names on the list, to the moment we got our food, was almost 2.5 hours. It’s easy to pass that time in the old fashioned hardware store, but if you’re expecting to be there to have a meal with friends for an hour and then go on to your work for the day, it could lead to some frustration.

We had an almost 2 hour wait before a table was available. We ordered take out inside. It was so good. Omelet. Then had to get a fresh loaf of bread, raisin n cinnamon and 2 danishes for a snack later. Loved it. First time going--next time we will get there are opening time.

Mouthwatering is the word that comes to mind when I think of Yoder’s. This was my first time coming here, and it will not be my last. I ate my heart out and did not regret it one bit. The snab (sausage in a biscuit) was amazing. It was so dense, and delightfully cheesy. The pancakes were great, and the butter syrup made them all the better. Good bacon, eggs, and grits too. Be prepared to have to wait for a table as it is quite popular even though it is in a rural location. Not to worry though, you can spend your time waiting browsing through their store which is filled with all sorts of things.

Wow just an amazing place to go get amazing delicious food. We had breakfast at noon as they serve breakfast all day long. The French toast is thick and full of flavor. The pancakes we large and fluffy. You have to try the butter syurp is homemade and you must try it before you leave. The price to portion ratio is great. You have to try some of their desserts before you leave as they are amazing just like the food. The staff is helpful, friendly and polite. Get there early or juat after lunch to avoid a long wait. We waited and hour for our table but totally worth the wait. The general store next door will help pass the time. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

We went for breakfast yesterday and the food was horrible. It’s hard to ruin breakfast food, but they did. The pancakes were so dry they were inedible. The French toast was small and cold. The country ham was so small it was only 2 bites! The homefries were almost too overdone to eat. The only good thing we’re the Dutch potatoes. Now the price for all of this was $25! We will definitely not be back.

OMG the Cinnamon Roll French Toast! And that butter syrup!!! Absolutely to live for! If you haven't eaten here yet, add it to your restaurant bucket list! If you have the time, stroll through their general store as well. So much to see! We bought some really delicious strawberries too, the best I've had in a long while.

Yeah this is definitely a special place for me. My first time eating food created by the Mennonites. Everything about the place spoke originality in a good way! They want special was turkey and dressing then added broccoli bacon salad. Chris ordered the Chef Salad, the biggest one I'd ever seen. He was disappointed at the packaged dressing. By the way the best sweet tea I've had since being in North Carolina for the past 28 yrs. Love the female waitresses with their dresses that looked like a one piece until we discovered a zipper in the back. Great seamstress job indeed. but don't stop there go next door to their hardware store fantastic!

Yoder’s Dutch Pantry is simply delicious, and the service is excellent. It is a drive from Greenville or New Bern, and I suggest visiting early on Saturday to avoid missing breakfast or bakery items. I recently ordered the cinnamon roll French toast, with country ham & dutch potato casserole. It was fantastic as always!!

0 would be better description. In the pictures it’s supposed a Turkey lunch special with sides for $11.99. Is that for a child? The salad is supposed to be a taco salad and the last picture is supposed to be the fries for my burger. $38 for straight garbage. Shameful.Update: I have contacted on website, thank you.

Thank you kindly for a wonderful breakfast experience. The hostess (possibly Loretta) greeted us with a very welcoming smile. Although we had a 90-minute wait, it was worth it. Our food was served hot and to our specifications. Katrina was very personable and accommodating. There are many options on the menu, so we will definitely return.**During our wait we drove to the Maple Cypress boat ramp, to Piney Neck, Vanceboro, and then had time to shop in the store attached to the restaurant.

So let's see... this place is super duper AWESOME! Customer service is superior, the decor is so comfy, cozy, and unique! The food literally makes you close your eyes as each morsel takes you to an erethreal place. So...upon going to pay, they have a large array of bakery items. I bought cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, and cookies. They taste sooo detectable! We will be making that drive bi-weekly! You guys are amazing!
