Gary, Amy and Matt are very knowledgeable about their products, as well as the needs of hunters.They always serviced my "beep beep" collars in a timely and professional manner. Because of their great customer service, I chose them when I made my decision to move up to the Garmin Alpha 100 System. I feel certain, I will need to use their special 24/7 text line!

Horrible customer service sent collars in for repair I asked for one color collar strap got completely different color strap than I had asked for ! A color I already have on another collar at home !!! they did not bother to call and tell me they were out of that color and what other color would I like !! They said it would take to long to pick up the phone and call to see what other color I may want!! 😡 They also engraved wrong frequency on my collar !!! and they did not file down the Brads on the back of the so they were sharp points going to cut into my dogs neck. When I called in telling them of all these problems I was told I had to pay the shipping to send collar back for their mistakes.Not doing business with them again ever!!!
