Do not think it could be better. This is a locally owned store in Greenville, NC,, with an extremely courteous and kind staff and owner.I had a problem with a high end squirrel proof bird feeder, called a defender where the plastic tube that holds the seed had cracked. When I called and spoke with the owner, Mark, he was extremely kind and offered to fix it (didn't even ask if I had bought it from his store) and reminded me that there was a lifetime warranty on the bird feeder and there should be no charge.I was called by Mary the next day to let me know it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. she just wanted to know when I would be back in Greenville to pick it up. Again she was very kind and when I told her it would be 2 days before I was back in the area, and she assured me that would be no problem and she would be there when I came in.When I arrived to pick it up, Mary was there and brought the bird feeder eyed with the new plastic seed tube installed. The bird feeder had been totally cleaned and almost looked new. She assured me there was no charge and after a short conversation I was on my way.Excellent service with a personal touch.

Such a big difference in great birdseed and 'department store' birdseed. Yes, it does cost more, but the quality and consistency of the seed can't be beat. Their quality seed has brought birds to my feeders that I have never had before. I will continue to buy from them, lovely store, friendly cat and the employes are nice and always willing to carry out your purchase to your car.

Loved it, great place to get all your wild bird supplies,, from bird house to feeders for al types of birds, they also have birder books and quick reference guides that are waterproof, and all kinds of seeds and goodies for your wild birds to enjoy.

Beautiful, useful items...but you are going to pay a premium price. Not something I do often, is shop specific places but it is nice to treat oneself to a luxury once in a while ( gor nature's sake.

We have 5 bird feeders in our yard. Two came from Amazon, one came from Cosco, and one came from Walmart. The most expensive came from Wild Birds Unlimited. It was a $100 copper bird feeder, it reatains moisture and all the bird seed have to be dumped weekly
