Excellent customer service, and quality products. My only regret is not going to this store first to establish my aquarium. The knowledge and care for this hobby from the staff would have saved me money and headache in the beginning.

Since I am fairly new to being a tropical fish owner, I expected someone in that business to be knowledgeable in that area. I purchased two plattys and two tiger barbs. Unfortunately, the young lady sold me food for cichlids. After one week, one of my Plattsys and one of my tiger barbs died. I went to my local Petsmart store and found out that the cichlid food was not a good idea for my fish. She showed me the correct food, and my remaining fish are thriving.

Walked in and was greeted by an obnoxious manikin. Weston greeted me promptly and showed me the selection of tropical fish.i didn't realize this was primarily a salt water shop but my needs were met. Great job Weston and thanks for turning Mr Salty toward the wall.

Drove there from New Bern. Was greeted by a young man. Sorry I missed his name but what a great employee. I have been out of the hobby for a decade but he took the time to talk me through a lot as I am starting up a new tank and things have changed. His knowledge and passion made the drive worth it and guaranteed my future business. Oh, and they have the largest selection of corals I have seen and top quality fish.

Wards aquatics is an awesome shop, lots of coral and a pretty good selection of fish. The owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to the saltwater world and will take the time to talk with you and spread knowledge, in fact the first time I went we talked for about 1.5 hours. I drive an hour to get to wards and so far it's my favorite LFS in the area

I have just recently started a new 15 gallon tank after not having saltwater for years. Dewayne was so knowledgeable, nice and took 30 minutes to answer a million questions. Very small shop but GORGEOUS couple tanks. If you know a lot, you should get your animals from here. If you are new, he will help make the online mess a little clearer. JUST GO!

If you want salt water fish, live or dry coral, or any thing die your reef tank this is the place to go. They are a small show but have alot of things to choose from. My wife son and I went in today hoping to look at fresh water fish. They are only a salt store but that was ok because it was amazing to learn things from the lady in the shop. She said the owner goes all over the place to help people set up a new salt tank or even help with a existing tank. They have all your chemicals, pumps, salt or fresh water to top off a tank or anything else you need. My wife and I want a salt tank when our son is a little older and this will be the place we will go for everything for sure. Awesome place
