Horrible customer service. They take a very long to meet with you and never show any respect. They always try to scam you and offer you an incredibly low offer for your item no matter the quality of your item. They seem to not care if any of their items are stolen. Overall the business seems very shady and not worth the time it takes to sell or buy anything with them.

Took a 1600 item into the store that sales used for 1200. They offered 400 I under understand the business is there to make money but you can’t expect for them to try and make double amount off of your item. Do yourself a favor sale online if you want at least close to what your item is worth

Usually they have alot in stock. They have moved the store around quite a bit since my last visit. They have more amplifiers, speakers and musical instruments compared to usual. If you need an ac window unit they currently have about 20. The staff is incredibly enthusiastic today. Unfortunately I couldn't find the Elmo wearing a chicken costume to get store credit :(

I been shopping at trade it for years they have pretty good prices for old games you can expect around retail if not alittle over maybe alittle under but over all pretty good most games you can find here are around the 4.99 to 9.99 with your rare exception but expect one of those prices they have a good selection and very friendly staff who is always willing to help out just today I got a copy of oblivion for the ps3 which sadly when I got home and tested it it kept crashing over and over so since it was within their 24 hours return period for games I was able trade it for the two games below the past two times I been there today and last week me and the staff talk a bunch about games while waiting for a cashier (the first time only today I was talking with my cashier themselfs) I’m graying a lot I know but overall I love this store and don’t plan to stop coming in (only thing I don’t recommend doing is trading in games since they don’t give you a great price idk if I was supposed to debate or whatever but as long as you buy stuff I have no complaints)

First time purchasing something here. Had to return it because it didn’t work. That’s not the issue… I paid 73.92 for a computer monitor and a warranty (59.99 plus 9 and some change) when I bring back the defective equipment I get $59.99 in return….. and told that the warranty is a one time purchase and so it can’t be refunded hmmm long story short I won’t be back but I’m just curious how I just got robbed of about $14

Manager asked a customer to leave for soliciting, there was no sign that stated no solicitation . The customer refused to leave , the manger gets out of his work uniform and comes from behind the counter like he was ready to places his hands on the customer . Behavior completely unprofessional

I bought a diamond engagement ring from Trade It. Three days later, I discovered that the center diamond was chipped. I returned to the store to request a refund. I was denied a refund. This store intentionally sold me a damaged diamond ring. They are crooks and do not care about their customers. They knowingly sell damaged merchandise which is fraudulent. This is a very dishonest business.

Don't even get me started about the prices. Embarrassing that these individuals think we are stupid. They expect you to pay top-dollar for second-hand (being generous here) items. I can purchase the same items for the same price, and they are brand new! These thieves want to rob anyone who walks in the doors!

BEWARE! They sell you broken equipment and don't offer a return. I bought a stereo receiver. When I plugged it up at home, no sound comes out of the right side. Brought it back in today, one day later,with the price / upc sticker still on it. Misplaced the receipt so they won't let me even get store credit.

Final conclusion is these people are HIGH! Whole place wreaks of weed and the prices are insanely high. Example: they had a broken and still greasy toaster oven that was $80 when a brand new one would be $85. That theme was consistent across the store. I dont know how they make any money at all.

Trade It is a really cool store!!! They offer lots of variety of things to purchase... jewelry, exercise equipment, stereo systems, gaming consoles and games, computers, surround sound systems, outdoor equipment (lawnmowers, weed eaters) televisions, kitchen appliances, movies, cell phones, bicycles...you name it!!! And you can buy items, trade items or sell items!!! They offer layaway and their customer service is excellent, in my experiences anyway!!! Prices are very reasonable and the majority of items seems to be in good condition!!! We've made numerous purchases from Trade It and we will in the future!!!

If I could give negative numbers as a review, I would. We bought a game system and they priced it wrong and we were lied to about the actual price and we got it home and it didn't work. We took it back and let them know it didn't work and got a different system. We got that home and it didn't work either and still had previous owners personal information on it. We took it back and the manager wouldn't see us and had the cashier lie to us about where he was. We asked again to see the manager again and the cashier went to find him and she lied to us again about where he was. We wasted so much time and gas to get broken items that obviously were not tested. The staff is so unprofessional and not customer oriented. I cannot wait to find the information for their corporate office. I will never shop there.

I am beyond irritated with this Foolery let me make this short and sweet ..I live a HOUR away Saturday I purchased the playstation Vr with the intention everything was ready to go...didn't get all the accessories even when I was told I had them....day 2 drove back to get the accessories they forgot only to see only to see the headset still didn't work like 4 hours in 2 day now I gotta go back on Monday cus the Goldsboro store don't take them I was told like this is mind blowing please learn your inventory I've wasted more gad in 2 days then I have in 1 week

When I entered the store, a young lady named Jennifer greeted and welcomed me immediately. I began my browse through the store and after just a few minutes, a gentleman in a wheelchair approached me and introduced himself as Ray and said if I needed any help to just let him know. I liked the way he didn't hound me but let me know he was there to help. More salespeople need to learn that. I looked around at my own speed and then approached Ray to get assistance. Ray was very attentive and quite knowledgeable of the products in the store. Ray was so helpful with my purchases and also gave me knowledge for future purchases. I just want to say whomever hired Ray really knew he would be an asset. Ray walked me to the register and told me thank you for coming in today and if he could be of any assistance about anything in the future to just let him know. He also handed me a trade it card and said if there was anything I want to sell that this card would give me an extra 10% on the item I sell. Ray is an exceptional salesperson and I have and will return for help from him in the future.

I've picked up several camping items, as well as musical equipment here.I've never left thinking I paid too much, and the employees are happy to help as a go-between you and the price setters in back,if you choose to try negotiating. If an item has been there a month or more, they typically will happily be able to find some wiggle room on the price marked.Summary,I've picked up several items I believe I got a a VERY good deal on. I'll even give 5 stars, never had any bad/damaged/or malfunctioning purchases. 👍👍

Kyle and Cory were the nicest they stayed after closing to buy a Nintendo switch and TV from my son. Then charged up a Xbox headset for him to purchase. Kyle took the time to explain to him how they work and was so friendly in the process. While waited I watched Kyle deal with some of the rudest and he kept his cool. Cory (I think that's his name) he went through boxes of cables trying to find me a laptop charger and asked multiples times for else he could help us. Very friendly staff, I will definitely return.

My experience this time at Trade It in Greenville NC could have been much better. The manager was helpful. The big guy with the long braids at the cash register is rude. He was on the phone trying to buy or sell a car while trying to take care of my transaction. Another guy don't know a phone charging cord from an a/v cord. Overall, not as friendly as Goldsboro.

We LOVE Trade It! We have bought printers and E-readers and computer equipment, DVDs and other stuff and EVERY single time we shop for almost anything we always seem to find the best price at Trade It! Even if something is not quite right with an item they always assisted us with quickness and exchanged things that we bought for things that worked wonderful with no delays. If you need electronics or tools or other random stuff just call Trade It! They are great for on the phone pricing and item availability and ALWAYS VERY nice and helpful!

I'm actually super upset. I bought my nephew a bike for Christmas from this store and they didn't check to make sure it had all of the parts!! I asked for a $5 discount and they said no and made me full price for bike that they didn't even check if had all the parts. Now, it's Christmas Eve and I don't have a present for my nephew. It's missing the visor, it's missing all of the bolts, and it's missing the pedal guard. 😕

Was very happy to find a good deal, but like many times before there was a ridiculous line to check out and the cashiers were running all over the store. You seriously need to place a fixed person behind the check out counter that isn't allowed to leave. I stayed and waited this time, but I've left plenty of times before because there wasn't anybody ready to take my money. I've emailed Fred's office before about this. There were about 10 people in line when I was waiting this time and one person coming and going to take money.
