Wonderfully wonderfully nice and friendly! Got us in the very next day. I haven't had my dog groomed I've usually done it but I did a terrible job! They took their time with my 9-year-old very patient and what an excellent grooming she got. I got the whole works and it was way more affordable than I thought it would be .

I’m from out of town as will be in the area for the month. And so we needed to find a place ASAP since the heat was really getting to my baby (shih tzu). I was lucky and was given an appointment for the next day. The staff were really nice, and the groomer was amazing. My dog loved her! I mean as soon as she picked him up he made himself comfortable lol. She did such a great job! And he was so happy as well. Thank you, thank you!

I took my Maltipoo (Nala) to her 1st professional grooming today. I usually groom her as best as I could. It was like she went in one dog and came out another. I didn't even recognize her. She looks beautiful. The staff is amazing and they explained everything they were going to do before they did it. And the price was reasonable. Needless to say, I already scheduled her for her 6 week grooming. Thank you Pink Poodle!

Worst ever went there they cut my two yorkies all the way down.I asked for a trim/bath charged me $126 dollars for both they looked a mess.The owner Jessica called trying to give me a free service i said no. I want my money she went on to say no refund the shampoo cost nails was trimmed.But sent my dogs out looking like fido went in as a fluffy yorkies . I would never go there again oh and she stated it's hair it will grow back no your groomer don't follow orders you better think before you go here

I am very pleased with the care the owner and the groomer, Destiny, took with my girl. They listened to my worries about her arthritis in her front extremities and torn ACL in her rear leg. I was worried about stress and movement hurting my girl. This was my baby’s first time ever to the groomers, she is 8 years old and too fragile for me to pick up and put in my small bathtub. She is a 68 lb lab mix and they took the best of care with her! I was so nervous dropping her off but I was so relieved when I picked her up. I even asked them to call me to pick her up early if she was too stressed, it never got to that point but they were very understanding of my dogs needs. I 100% recommend Pink Poodle and my dogs wonderful groomer, Destiny. She even was able to cut my dogs nails! Which is an achievement on its own. I don’t know how she did it but my girl was smitten with her. If you’re worried about where to take your older large dog to be groomed, I recommend this place!!

I booked a bath and facial trim for my 16 month old goldendoodle. I think it was around $70 with a $20 non refundable deposit. Went to drop my pup off and my remain balance was $90. Although I was a little taken back, he was close to grooming time anyway so it didn’t bother me as bad as it may someone else. And I’m GLAD they did a full body cut. My dog came back from the beat hair cut he’s ever had. Will be going back for now on!

My first time at The Pink Poodle. Kimmy has been my Bella’s groomer for 3 years so when Kimmy started working at The Pink Poodle I transferred Bella’s grooming there. Bella loves Kimmy and I don’t trust Bella’s care with anyone else. I recommend The Pink Poodle to anyone looking for grooming services. I highly recommend Kimmy if you’re looking for a groomer!!!

I can’t say enough good things about The Pink Poodle! We just recently moved to Greenville and I have been so worried about trying to find a new groomer for my dogs. One of my dogs gets very stressed out about the grooming process and we have been turned away in the past. I was so worried about him while he was there but when I picked him up I knew we had found our new favorite place. The staff was so incredibly nice and reassuring that my dog was well behaved and taken care of. He looks fantastic too! We will definitely keep coming back!

I couldn’t possibly have asked more for my shy little poodles than the service and expertise at The Pink Poodle! The whole staff was friendly, kind, energetic, understanding, and totally engaged with my babies and me. Their facility is spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. It was such a relief to find such a great groomer for when I’m in Greenville visiting my sister. I will definitely be back. If you’re looking for the perfect grooming experience, look no further, the Pink Poodle is the place!!

I don't know where to begin with my frustration. The first visit went well with my St. Bernard and Yorkie. Both prices were reasonable. Saint came home with a fresh sore on his head from being put in a crate. Second visit..my Saint came home not able to walk. Three days later he was back walking. Given a $50 credit due to a $250 Grooming fee without communicating the total for matts and a "handling fee of $25. Today, the credit was NOT honored. To say the least, WE will not be going back there.

Drove in from Washington NC to bring my pup here to be groomed based on the reviews. He is a former pound puppy and was cut deep by the first groomer that I brought him to after rescuing him so, he is understandably nervous around groomers. The groomer did a very good job with him with two exceptions. #1 The price I was charged was vastly different then I expected to pay? I was happy to pay it because it was a good job and was in line with industry standard. However, it was significantly higher then I was quoted. #2 I asked the staff to call me when he was 30 minutes before being finished so I could drive in and pick him up so he would not have to wait in a cage for me. He was traumatized from his pound experience and I wanted to avoid causing him additional stress. The staff did not honor this simple request and called me when he was done so then he had to wait in the cage for approximately 30 minutes for me to pick him up which, in my opinion, was entirely unnecessary and unacceptable.

I have a 9Lb Yorkie that has a lot of medical problems and I am afraid to leave her anywhere. The Pink Poodle groomed her yesterday and they were absolutely wonderful...Did a great job clipping her also even though I had tried it myself and she was very messed up... When I went to pick her up she was asleep in the cage. That has never happened before... Excellent place... The only one I will use in this town... Thank you girls, your amazing. Keep up the great work...

I was not happy with my dogs grooming. The groomer (Cassidy) basically shaved my dog and left no personality on his face. Which was exactly what I asked her not to do. Either communication was off or she just didn't care.Be prepared to immediately put down a 20$ deposit for your appointment and be up-charged for seemingly basic services (Ex: nail trim is included in grooming but nail grinding is 5$ extra)I paid 60$ for the grooming + tip.I would NOT recommend.

I’m very upset with the experience I had here. I simply asked for my toy poodle to have a teddy bear cut and showed a picture to the lady who cut him and he came out not even close to the way I asked. very uneven and too short. She also wouldn’t even cut his full body just parts of it and said we would have to come back at the next appointment to get the rest and didn’t even tell me this over the phone when I called to make the appointment. Also had an appointment at 1pm just for them to say it would be 4 hours before I could pick him back up because they go on lunch from 1:30-3:00. FIRST and LAST time I will be coming here.

I have never been so upset! #1 they didn’t even cut him the way I asked #2 he is a yorkie and has very fine hair which gets matted very easily so they shaved him almost bald except for his head and tail #3 his nails are too short and probably went past the quick #4 THEY CUT HIS SKIN AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME I FOUND IT WHEN I GOT HOME … not just a slight slip of a cut they rlly cut himWill NEVER take him here again it was a terrible experience for my pup he is traumatized!

As one who just arrived in town with her little furry boy, Walter, I am taking the responsibility of his welfare seriously. Walter has been the best little guy for all of his almost twelve years. So, finding this amazing quartet of THE loveliest ladies was a true score on all counts! This shop is clean, classy, and the energy from these ladies is pure warmth. My Walter has never been so calm from the moment we walked in - These ladies embraced him with true caring. I shared my concerns of his past issues and each gal listened intently. As I anxiously returned after receiving the call Walter was fully groomed, I could NOT have been more pleased! Walter looks amazing! He was actually asleep in his 'room' - never has he been so relaxed at a groomer! Jessica, Sydney, Summer, Tricia ...you ladies are a furry Momma's best dream - Thank YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! By the way, Walter's Daddy agreed he looks awesome!

I am usually extremely paranoid about taking my dog to the groomers (worried dog mom), but after looking at the reviews decided to give this place a shot. Very satisfied! My golden retriever came out looking like a million bucks. Super affordable and the staff is so friendly.

I came here only because my normal grooming facility was booked until next month. Upon arrival, all was normal and the interior appeared to be a nice place until the staff started questioning me in a manner that seemed to be inferring that I abuse my dog. They constantly reminded me, in a worried, tone that she must be shaved due to the fact that she had excess hair and I continually reassured them that she gets shaved at EVERY grooming visit. Yet, they still continued to repeat this statement. One of the consent papers that I had to sign notified me that my dog "MAY LOOK UGLY," Why is this even a thing?!? I have NEVER had to sign a paper of any sort at any other grooming place. After signing all the papers and handing my dog over to the staff they asked me if she had any eyes!?! She is a rescue from an abandoned house and when we rescued her 3 years ago her eye was protruding resulting with us getting it removed and a $500 vet bill. The grooming visit cost $90, which I am only including prices because WHY would we pay this large sum of money (grooming regularly) if we abused our dog?!?! Not only did we have problems within the shop but outside as well! Ever since we picked her up from this facility (about a week ago) she has been acting notably strange! She is constantly trembling, making unusual sounds, and seems to now be forming a degree of separation anxiety. Not only has my whole family made this observation but even friends who know my dog and how she normally behaves as well! My dog has NEVER exhibited this behavior prior to this appointment. I will NEVER come back or even refer anyone to this facility! I would have rather waited the extra month if I knew I was paying the expense of my dogs health and my credibility of properly caring for my very much loved dog. If I could give no stars I would with no hesitation.

I have gone to Jessica for years since she started and watch her business grow. My yorkie Lexi Grey loves to go to the spa. Everyone is so nice and loves on my baby girl. She goes every 4 weeks. I know she is always going to look beautiful. And smells wonderful. She nevers shakes but wags her tail to go. I know they will take care of her. They have added all this really nice stuff now and clothes. My baby always wears close.

It makes me feel good knowing that my dog is at ease and comfortable at the spa and with Jessica, especially due to the grooming nightmares I have encountered with other places in the past. My friend took her dog to the Pink Poodle today to be groomed and washed. She paid before she saw him and when she went to pick him up, he was literally HALF shaven. Their excuse, after stating how sweet of a dog he was, was that he was too jumpy and anxious to be groomed. Although that is a valid excuse to have trouble grooming a dog, they sent him home with half of his body shaved, did not refund any money, and stated that the next time he came he should be sedated by a vet, and that my friend would have to pay AGAIN for their next visit (as if she would actually return). I live with this dog every day, and while he can be anxious sometimes, it’s never where nobody can’t calm him down or control him, even strangers. I personally feel like the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally, and hate that my friend now feels that she has to drive 3 hours home to get his usual groomer (who’s never had any issues with him) to fix him. Knowing this pup, I can’t imagine him actually giving anybody a hard enough time to send him home the way he looks. It’s quite sad.
