Disappointed... Order food online tonight. Went into the store grabbed a couple teas and some snacks. Went to the register and paid the cashier was pleasant and helpful. Asked if we needed a receipt, since she asked I assumed the system showed that we paid. We stood in the dinning room waiting for our name or the number to be called... As they had done for everyone else in the store, they never called out the number or name. My fiance walked up an asked if our order had been completed. She was greeted with and ignorant tone, and questioned if we had paid or not it took a gentleman to walk over and confirm before she decided to handle the bag over snarky. We normally never have a problem as we do this order quite a bit we know it's big which is why we do it online. I definitely didn't appreciate the attitude toward my pregnant wife, nor to be treated differently than all the other customers and be questioned if we paid!!! As it seems most people in the service industry care less, and industry I have worked in for 18yrs, I'm making it my personal mission to avoid spending my money at establishments that have this lackluster attitude and will avoid this location in the future. It's embarrassing to be singled out, and I will not tolerate it. As we're PAYING consumers!

It's the worst gas station I've ever been to. I've never seen so much trash around a gas station parking lot, and in the entrance, even inside on the floor, literally on the ground everywhere is disgusting. After tiptoeing around the inspiring landfill so as not to have trash stick to me, I made it inside. There was nobody at the registers. I waited a little bit and yelled hello no response so I walked around until I found 2 employees trying to turn on a deep fryer. Their backs were to me, so I waited a few seconds and then said, "Excuse me." To which they did not respond nor acknowledge that I was there. The property and service are absolutely disgusting, especially being right across the street from the hospital. I wouldn't go there or waste my time there again

I’m from New Jersey so I’ve been used to Wawa and always heard about Sheetz, so I was interested in seeing what they had. We came to this location over a few times. I tried a few items and liked them, others not sure much. I got a 3 piece chicken strips, and they were really good, but I don’t know if I would pay $5.74 again for them. Another item I got was the 3-Cheese Mac and it was not my favorite, but my boyfriend liked it. The best item we got was the App Sampler. I got the Wisconsin Cheese Bites, Mac N’ Cheese Bites, and Mozzarella Sticks. For what you get, it is a good value. I also got the 2 Dogz Meal Deal on one of the days, which comes with two hot dogs and a bag of fryz. The food was good, the hot dogs were okay but the fries were nice and crispy. The people working were very nice! I definitely see the appeal of Sheetz.

Went today the hotdogs were horrible. They said they had new people training but come on now…mustard and ketchup was pure dripping out of the bottom because they had put so much on them. I love the hotdogs so please do better.

Sheetz is a good gas station in general and staff is friendly. I would never order food here though. The store itself is always gross looking.

I noticed right before the holidays this location raises the gas prices, did it before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus their coffee is awful. I drive by it on my way to work everyday and can’t help but notice the exploitation - shameful. Other gas stations in the area are 20 cents or so cheaper same time.

I like the location of this gas station. Extremely busy all the time. Too many people trying to pan handle at the pumps while pumping gas, this has happened the past three times to this store. Also, the gas prices advertised and posted by the owner on GasBuddy within the past hour, is far different than those at the store in the same hour. 24 March 2023 GasBuddy posted at $3.07 for Mid-grade, however you can see the prices at the store much different in reality. Post the actual prices please.

Went to get a drink at 1am. Completely out of all medium and large cups. You should never run out of something so simple. Also the floors are filthy...paper everywhere and spillage all in front of the soda fountain. Trash can by the drink fountain over flowing.

Competitive gas prices. With their free membership you get $.03% off per gallon. Their MTO food is pretty good. Coffee is good by gas station standards. Bathrooms are almost always clean. They normally have windshield washing stations filled and squeegees are in good shape. Also they normally have air for free.

As you pull into the store all you see is trash everywhere the entryway into the store is filthy it makes you wonder the last time that they even bother to sweep at this store. When you walk in it does have a strange smell to it almost like rotten milk and alcohol. The employees are nice when they're at the counter. I guess the only good thing is it's right across the street from the hospital and it's convenient... the sad part is it's not like there was a gigantic wind storm that came through .. this is an everyday occurrence

This location is horrible. The short female manager is nasty and unwilling to accommodate customers when she knows she should because their signs and prices are wrong and have been posted like this for months. She is lazy and does not even care to fix it even after it was brought to her attention. I go to this location every morning and I will not be doing it anymore. They never have change claiming a shortage so if you don’t have exact change they will keep your change but never make their draw short. The prices are listed wrong for months and no one cares. Getting more than 1 cashier to help on the registers is almost impossible even when the lines are out the door. When another cashier came to assist with the line she directed me off the line and to self check out where I was not only given attitude from the manager about the prices she is too lazy to fix but I also was not even offered a bag for the merchandise I purchased. I will not be going back to this location solely on the fact that they don’t know how to talk to people and clearly do not value their customers.

I love to get my coffee and breakfast sandwich here every morning, but lately my sandwich’s are rock hard! I could use this to put a nail in a 2x4! I get egg whites with cheese on a croissant, croissants aren’t supposed to be rock hard, I feel like I’m gonna break a tooth. I’m gonna start checking before I leave and demanding a remake cause I didn’t spend almost 5 dollars for a hockey puck! If I could post a video here and show you I would.

Nice visit at this location. First I was able to get my gas at the pump as for some reason other companies have forgotten about maintenance on the card readers and printers. I have been here several times and no problem with the pumps taking my card or getting a receipt.No problems washing my hands, bathrooms ate clean with no bad odors so they are being kept clean.All associates, well I only saw one, and they had a mask so I feel like they get it and they want to protect not only us but those we would come in contact with. We also want to protect them so please, just wear the mask.

The manager Kim would not type in my gas card information. The swipe on it is messed up and I’m waiting on my new one. I have done my gas this way and manually typed in my card number here twice last week. She claims she can for ebt but not my gas card. Makes no sense

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. At least 70% of the time my order is wrong, and if I wanted to call ahead to make sure it correct or add anything - or even cancel, I can't because they NEVER answer the phone. And if you need assistance in the drive-thru, you are out of luck, because they won't wear their headsets either. They have 2 windows in the drive thru, where there are NO employees, pretty much ever. It's bull. I hate to leave this review, Because I love Sheetz as a whole, but this location is terribly run, and staffed with rude people who roll their eyes when you tell them you tried to get help from them. And you'll be in the drive thru window for anywhere from 10 to 35 minutes... While your order melts - or gets cold, depending on what you purchased.

The drive through can be convenient but being the only vehicle in line and it still takes over 20 mins is too much. Also they always forget stuff and u literally have to go inside to get it or wait 20 more mins becausr they never....never even look at the window unless they have finished an order. I'll change my rating once I've gone through the drive through at least 2 times without it taking 20 to 30 mins.

This sheets is great during the day time! My food is good and the people are friendly. DO NOT GO HERE AFTER DARK!!!! I have been approached every night more than once by people who made me feel unsafe. One person snuck up on me while I was getting gas asking for money. I had pulled in here around 4 am and i didn’t even get out of the car before one person quickly pulled up crooked next to me trying to get me to roll my windows down very aggressively and tried to block me in when I said no. Then another person came literally right after them and was trying to get me to roll my windows down to sell me tools for gas money at 4 am then kept wishing bad on us when we said no thank you. We had not even gotten out, I backed out and went to the safer sheets near the campus. They need all around security in order to make people feel safe. I will not be going here again anytime that it is dark. I was not alone and they still approached us.

Sheetz is awesome. Free air for your tires and surcharge free ATM. Lottery, gas, food, and almost everything else at a pretty reasonable price. The only downside is the lack of staff and the long wait in drive though.

This Sheetz in particular is always overcrowded and the music is just beyond obnoxious through that. There's always someone competing with their own music and the gas is always 10c more expensive than the speedway down the road.

Most times, bring your own toilet paper or a pocketful of napkins. If a worker hadn’t slid a fresh roll under this morning, would have been a 1 star review. Ya got lucky. Everything else here is good though!

I ordered a red alert through the drive thru. I was served the Expresso portion of the drink and told I had to come inside to fill it up myself with coffee...so what do they serve customers that order a coffee at the drive thru??
