I've used them twice now for my boy's to get their nails done both times they took them right in and got them in and out quickly...Very pleasant staff and very gentle with my boy's...I would definitely recommend this place for digital grooming services.

My son and I love the place. Family friendly. I would take my toddler son there regularly to learn about different types of animals.Also the PetSmart location has a cat adoption agency located inside the building.

The employees are friendly and helpful. A few of the items I needed were marked on sale but didn't ring up as such. The employee was happy to fix the price for me and another employee helped me load the heavy litter into my cart and also into my truck. Good service and prices.

Was not happy camper with experience from beginning and that reflected in end of grooming. Jack will be going back to previous groomer in future. I’d rather pay $10 more dollars for more personal visit with less confusion and more perks!

Dropped our dog off this morning for grooming. They cut his leg and had to take him to the Vet in the store. Our dog had to be bandaged up by the Vet, put in a cone, and given pain meds. The groomers called and said he was ready. When my wife went to pick up the dog he was only partially groomed (one leg was not trimmed while the others were), his face was not trimmed (as requested), paw fur was not trimmed, and in some areas he was shaved to the skin and in other areas he was not. It looked as though once he was injured, they stopped trying to groom him. They comped everything due to the injury, but our dog looked horrible. We had to have him finished and my family had to stand around the store for an hour to wait. I am thankful that the Vet was there to deal with the cut and understand that this can happen as part of grooming and am also appreciative of the comped services, but if we take the dog there for grooming, then grooming needs to be complete when they say he is ready. It felt like they were just trying to push him out. I am very disappointed and will most likely never return.

This store does a great job staying stocked with everything I need for my 4 pets. The staff is helpful. This can be a busy location given the location and university.

Had a great experience with the store except the fish department, you can tell that the woman doesn’t care at all about fish. She came up to me and asked if I was ready to buy any, looked at the tank, and didn’t see an issue with it. The rest of the store was great, but the fish department is inexcusable.

PetSmart must be in the business of training their staff to talk down to their customers. Went in the weekend to purchase 2 fish. Mind you I have successfully taken care of multiple tanks throughout the last 20 years, the cashier decides to run me through the ringer, give me an attitude and when I told her I had been successful in the past she whips the receipt at me and tells me to make sure I hang on to it. I should frame it and the picture of the fish (who are doing wonderfully by the way) and shove them in her trashy face!

Found what I wanted and more!Great variety of options for dog treats and toys. My pup is an aggressive chewer n I was able to find him several toys that he hasnt completely destroyed in one day.Also services available for grooming ..training..even apet hospital.

Writing this review due to a managers response on selling a chinchilla. The managers name is Jill. Jill literally stated that they PetSmarts worldwide are unable to sell them. I decided to contact several PetSmarts out of the area who stated that either had on or didn't have one but they are still able to sell. I'm not sure why she would blatantly lie. What type of manager just lies to customers. Not only is she a liar but she also has a bad attitude.

Went to get fish for a 10 gallon tank, lady said she couldn't sale to me because my tank wasn't big enough. Really, one gallon for one fish is what I last looked up. Unless they are large fish but these were small black mollies. So unreal. But yet they could have up to 6 dead fish in one tank. Omg

This is a great place to have your dog groomed. We have a Bichon frise. She looks and smells so good after being groomed there. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they care about your pet. I would recommend this place.

I do not recommend anyone to get their fur baby groomed here. My fur baby was cut and had to get stitches on 2 different occasions while being groomed. I feel like some of the groomers are not experienced enough.

I just had to return an item and had a GREAT experience in Greenville, North Carolina! I returned a dog toy that the very nice cashier said I could return. That same cashier was there when I came to exchange it. She cashier was explaining why I wasn't able to get a full refund. I asked for her manager and she cheerfully got her manager immediately. They quickly overriode the price and took care of it to make sure I got the same deal as before. Cashier#716370.Thanks! Great experience!!!

Absolutely amazing I loved seeing all the little animals in there. Customer service seemed ok. But they could add some more animals in there. This location is absolutely wonderful. They are clean and well stocked each time I visit. The employees are kind, energetic, and helpful (which is hard to find in a retail-like setting). We have an American Staffordshire Terrier (aka Pit Bull) and we have NEVER had a problem with looks, stares, unkind words etc. We obviously are believers that the nature of the dog is based on the love, care, and training it receives. With that being said, we have a goofy, clumsy, kiss-loving pup who has been shown nothing but love (despite the national attention on this company for their breed discrimination). We have been especially impressed with the grooming that is on location. With a short hair dog we are not in need of many services, but we do get her nails ground down here. The staff in the grooming section have been incredible. They are ALL clearly animal enthusiasts and will get down on eye level with your pup to greet them and give them attention. They are gentle, efficient, and non-threatening when caring for the animals (some of which are understandably timid). Needless to say, this location gets an "A+". They will be our "go-to" for food, treats, and manicures for the foreseeable future.

The cashier I had was the friendliest woman I’ve ever met there. And the groomers here are amazing! My Belgian Malinois HATES getting her nails trimmed and they were fantastic with her! Super understanding and calm even though two groomers had to help get the job done. I’ve never felt like she was in better hands than when I brought her here. Thank you from both me and Kahlua!!

So I have shopped here for months now and have never had an issue. I have learned that shopping in store is the way to go. The curbside or pickup is awful! I have tried it twice now and have had bad experiences. Just stop in the store. Love the staff inside. Very helpful.

Kandi does a phenomenal job with grooming our two Yorkshire Terriers, Sparkle and Luke. She knows them by name, and she handles them with great care, and detail. She is the best Yorkie groomer I've experienced so far. I also love how Brianna greets Sparkle and Luke with positive energy by name when we enter the Salon. Brianna is a great groomer also. I am sure they all do a great job. This post is just based on my observations and interactions. I highly recommend them for your fur babies' grooming needs.

I've always had pretty good experiences here. Good selection, reasonable prices, etc. Unfortunately they have a corporate breed-specific ban on all bully breeds and dogs that look like bully breeds or wolf hybrids. They are banned from all group activities based on the company website. I can not support a company that promotes breed-specific policies.
