The process was quick, and Dr. McMillan's examination was excellent!The only issue I had, had nothing to do with his exam. However, when we were checked in, during the "very engaging" conversation, the young lady forgot to indicate that I needed a Rabies shot included with his Wellness Exam. He received the tag but got no shot. All I can say is, thank goodness, I forward his updated records to the kennel we use, and they pointed it out to me that they did not see the Rabies expiration date. After speaking with Vetco, they informed me that the shot was missed! We're scheduled for an out-of-town trip and we're planning on dropping him off at the Kennel on our way to the airport. We would have been beyond livid, had we discovered while dropping him off that we did not have what was needed for him to stay at the kennel.Fortunately, we we're able schedule another Vetco appt. in time for him to get his Rabies shot before our trip. Yes, I know mistakes do happen, but this mistake would have been horrific for us!Again, thank goodness it was caught in time, we were able to get another appointment, and all is well.
