I usually come here to use the wash station and get my pet a toy for reward, I came in today about 30 mins after opening and they had two towels, it usually takes 4+ for my lab which usually isn’t a problem. I was informed they were in the dryer. No problem, I took my time washing and blow drying as much as I could but the dryers are no longer warm air(there is a sign up stating for safety concerns, the dryers are no longer warm air)just cold forced air on a wet dog. I tried to get an employee’s attention and she turned to look at me but turned away when I began to speak. I walked my half dried dog to the front and the employee says that “we have no more towels”. Any other conversation with her resulted in a dry “OK?”. Why would I pay to wash my dog just to not be able to dry him and then have a wet dog in the car? Why must everything be sub par?

I absolutely LOVE this store! After shopping at some other local pet stores and not always having the best experience, Pet Supplies Plus has definitely become my go to. First Tyler is the best when it comes to fish, and small animals ESPECIALLY reptiles. When I had to re-home my beloved bearded dragon Lizzie I called Tyler he helped me find a home & by the end of that call she went home to one of the store managers Chelsea. Who also was beyond helpful when I got my ferret, getting everything I needed to bring him home. All in all the staff here are AMAZING friendly, and knowledgeable. Pet Supplies Plus is definitely a family oriented place vs the other corporate stores.

We have taken our yorkies to this Pet Supplies Plus for a while. Took them today to get their nails clipped and the groomer cut trimmed two of our dogs with no issues. When she got to my 3rd, who is 13 years old and has a few health issues that cause him to cough occasionally, she did his back paws and he was fine. When she moved up to his front paws my dog started coughing, now it normally takes a minute or two for this to pass but 5he groomer stated the she could not cut his nails or do any other services for him due to his age and stated not to bring him back. 😡

Best pet store in Greenville in my opinion. The grooming department is great, they trimmed my dogs nails better than my vet. I’ll be coming here from now on.

Best dog supplies in Greenville. No need to waste time at other places or any online store. The employees there work the hardest and help u the most. They are genuine and will assist in every way possible. Great Customer service. Thank you for all you do!

Had never been in a pet supplies plus before, so we decided to stop and kill time while waiting for another store to open... after riding in the car for 2.5 hours, our first stop was to the restroom. It was DISGUSTING. Dirty sink, toilet and trash on the floor. Makes me question the cleanliness of the whole store. I certainly wouldn't want to buy a pet from somewhere that can't even keep a toilet clean. We only purchased a couple of toys and packaged treats for our 2 dogs.

First off they have the best groomer in town, and I’ve tried other places when first moving here! So shout out to Holly! Secondly, the manager Chelsea goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you’re well taken care of! I had a situation when trying to was my dog in the dig wash station, and she was prompt to react and truly cares about the safety of your pet! I absolutely love this The overall customer service when you walk in is great! I’ve never been treated so well at a pet store, and everyone my dog and I have encountered is so respectful! Thank you!

I took our Goldendoodle Calvin for a groom with Sarah today. He's only 5 months...very wiggly and hyper, but super super friendly. His cut looks soooooooo good. I will definitely be bringing him back to her again.

Went in to buy a tank for a snake I purchased from a dealer. The tank was cheaper than anything I could find at the other pet stores. Everyone was really friendly and the guy I talked to was very knowledgeable about snakes

Great store, fair prices and excellent staff. We got a fish tank from somewhere else but got all the fish from here. We did get 2 bala sharks that didn't make it overnight, but they were able to give us some replacement fish with no trouble. Very knowledgeable people, especially Hope. The picture doesn't show all the fish that we have.

We like this store, however, the bathing area needs to have warm air for the hair drying. It was ice cold. We did not like that, and am sure our pup did not either! We actually just left with her wet. Otherwise, it is great!!!

The groomer expressed my dogs anal glands AFTER she bathed and gave him back to me smelling horrible. Not to mention his “haircut” looked butchered and had spots missed. Avoid this place at all costs for any grooming

Decent store from time to time.. but they run out of crickets and worms way too often. I hoped they would get their ordering under control and keep themselves stocked, but I can’t keep wasting my gas to go to them, just to have to leave and go elsewhere to get what I need. They used to give out slips for some freebies when they ran out, but I guess they run out too often and it costs them too much to give them out anymore.And if you are lucky and get live meal worms. Be sure to check your container before you leave.. I’ve bought some with majority of them dead, and learned not to do that again. I’m not even sure my last batch had the 50 in it that it was supposed to have. Normally, when you get crickets, they do give you a few extra, and that was the original plus that had me returning as a regular.Other than that, the employees are always friendly and seem to be knowledgeable. The place is clean and seem to have a good variety of supplies and accessories.

My husband and I walked in 20 til close, and the guys working that night were so helpful, and extremely friendly even though they were about to close. They didn’t have a problem with helping us a great deal on how to set up things for my axololt. When we checked out they made sure to tell us about products and coupons to help us save $$, and were just as nice to us given they were were ending their shift in just a few minutes. Didn’t rush us out the door like some places will do. We just really appreciated the warm welcome, and knowledge of the products they sell. We will definitely be returning customers.
