Store Manager, Louis, went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I got the two chairs we loved so much to complete our living room. The Greenville store only had one in stock yesterday, so Louis drove to the store in Wilson and personally picked up another one and brought it back to Greenville for us the next day. Louis was extremely kind and made us feel like highly valued customers. I will be stopping by this Marshalls before anywhere else for all my household needs.

They had a good amount of stock. The shelves were quite disorganized and the aisles are narrow for 2 carriages to pass thru. Prices are pretty good but the store is not comfortable to shop. The check out line was long and moved very quickly which was nice.

Isles were too close together. Clothes were crammed tight on racks and not alot of variety. It wasn't very organized. Different types of clothing altogether instead of in different sections

Louis at Marshall’s is awesome! I encountered a payment issue with a visa gift card during one of my visits Marshall’s. the manager on duty never came out to address the issue until I was leaving and never spoke instead had the associate delay all information. I was told to wait a week and funds would be back on my gift card. A week later funds were still not on my card, I went back and requested a manager, Louis came out promptly and after briefing him on my situation along with another sales associate that was very knowledgeable about my encounter Louis went above and beyond to get my issue fixed, he gave me step by step updates and was very sympathetic he told me he would have it resolved by the next day I was hesitant to believe this but Louis did indeed have my issue resolved by the next day. He was extremely polite and professional with every encounter. Without a doubt I give Louis a 5 star rating.

I love this store. They always have what I need and surprise me with things I want. My baby's feet are so small I couldn't find shoes to go with her outfit, but I found these super cute socks that match perfectly.

They are so packed, and little things are so high price.!!! I'll go somewhere else like Walmart and Hobbie lobby!!! And even the dollar store!!!

Marshall’s store was okay. However there were items falling off the shelves because the items were packed on to the shelves. The cashier moved extremely slow so the line wait was almost 15mins but they were only two people ahead of me. The prices are good, and my overall experience I’d rate Marshall’s a 7 out 10 shopping experience.

Typical Marshall's store ... inexpensive inventory, ok selection; not all areas are properly stocked, lines for the cashiers can get a little long.Normally a 3* store ... BUT, I gave this store 5* because of when I witnessed how the employees handeled a ridiculous customer service issue. This customer was without question a "Karen" ... finding issues with everything she could and making sure the staff was berated for it. They handeled her with perfection. I was extremely impressed!!!! If I had known how point A would have gone down the road to point B, I would have recorded it for a "how to" staffing video (I own a few retail stores myself). Great job!

Manager with the blond highlights is extremely rude, unaccommodating, and assumes the worst. She immediately assumed i was pining for a discount (I wasn't). very rude. Then I asked if they could be held, since it was less than an hour until close and the tables wouldn't fit in my car, and my boyfriend would have to come back with our truck to pick it up. She refused. Said "we open at 9:30 in the AM". We work until 5pm tomorrow and i'd rather wait a week for shipping than to potentially have my $200 put a bonus in her pocket.

There were girls dressed in black hoodies following us around the store. One stood behind me in line and I felt her touching me. Idk if they were part of the store security but they made us feel so uncomfortable and unsafe.

What can I say about Marshalls, it has everything you didn't know you needed. The prices can't be beaten by any other store. Allow at least 2 hours because you'll want to go up and down every aisle at least twice, you don't want to miss a thing

Rude women manager with blonde highlights. There was a scratch on a piece of furniture and I asked if the could take off for that. Usually they do so if the item is damaged. She then stated if the item is already damaged from shipping to the store they cannot take off for that. Ask for the male manager he actually does his job right.

The associate checking me out at the time and another woman behind the counter were some of the most disrespectful people ive encountered. It appeared like the lady behind the counter was high and she was speaking to me and my boyfriend as if we were stupid. The man and her were talking poorly of black people and said it right infront of me. The poor customer service is the reason why I will not be shopping here again.

I liked Marshall's because it had exactly what I was looking for ,for son .I'M DISABLED ,SO I WASN'T ABLE TO GET OUT FATHER'S DAY TO GET HIM SOMETHING ,SO HE WAS DRIVING OVER THE ROAD ,AND I WENT TO MARSHALLS AFTERWARDS AND FOUND COLOGNE LIKE I WAS LOOKING FOR HIM ...IT SMELL FABULOUS!

Very nice department store with lots of clothes, some small furniture, and decore. All of the items were very in style, and so we're the clothes. The staff was also very nice.
