My husband and I went to this location for the first and last time tonight. The sub I ordered was nasty. I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a Philly chicken cheesesteak sub, and the bread was almost raw. It was a pale, white color and it was obvious it wasn’t completely baked. I took one bite and it was so disgusting, I couldn’t eat any more of it; the texture was so doughy, I nearly gagged. When I called the location, the guy who answered the phone wasn’t even going to remake it until I pressed the issue. My husband went back to this location on my behalf to get it remade, and he took the nasty sandwich with him to show them. The remade sandwich was slightly better, but still not properly done.

My go to place locally for a great sandwich!! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, they put in the effort to make sure you get what you want. I'll call out Ms. Margaret and Josh as great employees/staff/management. I can't think of one time I've ever been disappointed at this establishment. From Hot Subs to Cold Subs to Subs in a tub, they've got you covered! My usual go to is the #9 Club Supreme (pictured) plenty of meat, plenty of toppings and served with a smile. They may be a little more pricey than other places, but... you get what you pay for, fresh sliced meats, and all the toppings you want, served by employees who actually act like they want to be there, they support the community and local causes which I support as well, check them out!

Never will I visit the Moye Blvd location again. OPEN sign was not illuminated, so based on the cars parked in front of the lawyer's office, I took a chance and walked to the door. Three employees; caucasion meat guy with dreds threw the customer's sandwich to the veggie guy so aggressively that the top bun flew into the lettuce (customer said meat selection was incorrect). He didn't acknowledge two of my questions concerning the bread when I asked for other bread options and was so disconnected from what he was doing that I almost changed my mind about ordering. The A.A veggie guy stopped making sandwiches to cash out the customer before me with his wet veggie juice gloves on, completed the transaction and commenced to fix my sandwich...I asked him to please change gloves, which he did. That should have been a given. The A.A female employee cashier looked as if this was her last day and seemed bothered when I told her my menu selections as if I didn't know what I ordered. To top it off, once I get home, my bread was so stale and tough!! I just made some plain toast for my sandwich. Just shut the entire store down and have a full day of training!

Placed an order for pick up yesterday. Ordered 12 footlongs. Picked up order today. When I got home I realized I received 8 footlongs. But paid for 12 footlongs Called multiple times no answer. Had to go all the way back for them to tell me. It’s my problem. There is nothing they can do. So trying understand I paid for 12 footlongs. You gave me 8. I have made 2 trips. And you can’t correct the problem. Are they serious. There subs are not cheap by no means. Their service is unprofessional. And to take my money but not give me what I paid for is truly unacceptable. Trying to reach management but their employees keep hanging up. Don’t eat here.

Unsanitary. The girl making my sub handled the cash register & then began making my sub wearing the same gloves she used to touch the register. Nasty. She seemed annoyed to make my sub & was cold/apathetic towards me & even towards the friendly older man in front of me. Her & the other girl kept looking at each other so annoyed that I was even there about 35 min before closing. My sub also tasted like feet. I’ve witnessed the rudest cashiers in this place so many times & the most unsanitary things. They will place receipts on top of your bread & rarely change their gloves. Go to subway.

I have eaten Jersey Mike subs in many different places, and I do believe the young ladies at the Moye Ave, Greenville, NC location made us the best subs we have ever had. The meats were placed so carefully, almost artfully, so that every bite had a taste of every ingredient. I was very impressed with how well they all worked together, stepping in to lend a hand, replace ingredients, etc., without anyone requesting help or directing someone. I am sure you can imagine how calm and productive the atmosphere was. Three cheers for the manager and staff at this location. They are a winning team!

I didn't know the Philly cheesesteak is made of SWEET red peppers, no Philly steak is made if that and the menu should say that. Because I wouldn't have ordered it AT ALL, WASTED my money but NEVER again ! $16 for a sandwich I didn't eat . So unleaded but I know to not go again. Menu should be Pacific. Friendly staff but no response to me NOT being satisfied so I won't be going back.

For the past two years, my partner and I regularly ate at Jersey Mike's on Moye Blvd. The customer service used to be fantastic. However, we will not be eating there again. When we went to the location today around 6 pm, we immediately noticed medium-sized puddles on the dining room floor - ones that we had to walk around. There were no warning signs near the puddles on the floor, which is an extreme hazard. We also noticed that there were very little deli meats in the meat display. The male attendant who approached the deli meat display seemed pretty indifferent and apathetic. When I looked up, I noticed that the Inspection Grade was an 88.5 (B). After looking at the inspection rate, I told the attendant that we were going to go somewhere else, and I apologized for the inconvenience. The attendant and another male worker jeered and mocked us while we walked out of the restaurant. I will say that the female attendant, making sandwiches, looked a bit annoyed with them. Customers have the right to change their mind when seeing an inspection grade. Mocking and harassing customers while they walk out of the restaurant isn't professional or appropriate and not having warning signs near the puddles is dangerous for folks. We will not go to this location again. It's one thing when folks makes a mistake (not a big deal). It's another thing to intentionally harass customers.

Daniel was very nice and considerate to my needs. He ensured I was satisified before leaving the establishment. This is the best location in Greenville, NC. I always enjoy coming here because the sandwiches are made with TLC. Everyone are always pleasant and welcoming. Because of Daniel and the other great members, this location will forever have my business.

The subs are always great. But the staff seemed to be new and inexperienced because they were really slow with preparing the sandwiches. I know things are tough right now so I understand and not a big deal for most customers when they have to wait a little longer than usual.

The two black girls we’re practically moving in slow motion. The most unfriendly people. I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich multiple times and my sandwich was not even cut.

I will never ever go to this location again it was my first and last I walked the men’s are in the back they kept glance at me but don’t say nothing no type greeting no one waiting on me after looking at the menu for a few seconds I walk out about to spend my money here went to Subway right there by them they they was good customer service

When there's 3 employees, no customers, yet it takes 5 mins to say hello to a guest. Then arguing that my order was placed for tomorrow morning, yet I'm standing in your restaurant now. And in response to the cashier, "oh he tripping", yes...I am in fact tripping. The phone is off the hook as well, as I tried multiple times to call. Used to have good staff here, but unfortunately that is not the case now. Be curious if this review is even responded too as others are not. When your phone is deliberately off the hook, and your staff is combative, it's not the best recipe for customer service...guess that's "Mike's way"?

S/O to the night manager lady. Couldn’t quite catch her name but shes always pleasant even when I come in my worst moods. I even came in one night and her systems shut down with a line full of people. She stayed calm, collective, and professional. I’ll keep coming here just for her customer service.

First day was awesome, treated my gluten allergy with a seriousness rarely seen in the food industry sadly. The second day i went, the girl who cut the meat did everything right, but the guy manning the toppings didnt seem like he was trained very well. Tried using the regular mayo instead of the one in the tube, and luckily i caught him in time. Everyone was really friendly, which is why i only docked a star, as that can be a serious health issue for me and others due to cross contamination.
