They did such a good job! My pups have been getting so many compliments. I’ve had other groomers slack when doing the tedious work of poodle paws, but my girls came back from Fluffy Puppy pristine. The employees here also seem to be very in tune with the needs of the dogs, for example my older pup was in a cozy kennel so she wasn’t being annoyed by the other dogs, but my younger girl was allowed to be out and mingling until pickup time. Best experience in greenville. I’m so glad I took a chance on a new place.

Took my golden retriever Cedar yesterday for a bath. He was overly excited initially but the staff were great with him. He came out smelling sooooo good, his coat felt like silk and he looked great. I will definitely be going back. If you need a groomer check them out!

Took my wild guy there yesterday. A couple of hours later, I left very pleased and my guy Griffin came out with a styling trim. Morris and Susie are super. Friendly, compassionate, communicative, and talented. Griffin is a real handful but they patiently worked with and are committed to establishing a real bond with him for the future. Highly recommended!!!

The owner is patient, kind, and considerate. This is the best groomer I've taken my dog to. She doesn't rush and makes sure my dog is comfortable. My siberian husky looks and smells terrific.

I called a few days prior to book an appointment and they worked me in and I was grateful. A rough time at check-in for first time due to miscommunication and misunderstanding but got it fixed. Very pleased with the service they provided. Molly looked and smelled great when I picked her up. Thank you! I’ll be back.🙂

Loved the Fluffy Puppy. They were so gentle and patient with my then 4 month old puppy who was very afraid of the nail grinder. They even offered for me to just drop her off at no charge to just hang out with them and the other dogs to become more familiar and not as scared. Definitely one-of-a-kind if you ask me, which I guess you are, lol 😆. But ❤️ this place!

Super chill atmosphere, they did a really great job with our Golden, and they’re really nice. I like that the dogs can just hang out together or you have the option of keeping yours separate and alone in case it doesn’t play well with others.

For both my dog and my father's dog, they did the best grooming we've ever experienced. His Yorkie was beautiful; my Bernedoodle was handsome and fluffy.Super nice staff and reasonable rates!

My two fur babies are well taken care of at fluffy puppy. They make you feel like family and always have the pups smelling and looking great. Both of my babies are spoiled by the owners and other employees of fluffy puppy. They are very professional and tentative to the pups.

Called to book. Was told to get online to book but not to pay attention to the available dates as they aren’t correct and my appt may or may not be approved. Yet online they want a $20 deposit on REQUESTS for appt. In a fraction ofthe time it took them to explain their broken booking system - most places would have you booked over the phone. 😂🤣. What a headache. No thanks!
