Where do I start the customer service? There is none. I asked YoungBoy about the app and all his response was he don't use the app when he asked The so-called manager was blonde or white hair. She appeared to be aggravated.. nevertheless, I asked her why didn't she inform him that you could only use the app on Saturdays so that it would not hold up the line for those who are trying to use it and that he needed to be properly trained, and she just looked at me with a blank stare tell me there has to be more qualified people to work in these establishments. Needless to say I will not be back. Plenty of stores to use, and this one is not acceptable for me.

Junky, unprofessional, ghetto...this place went down years ago after one of the former cashiers/managers was transferred to another store and that's been at least 6 years ago. I try to avoid coming in here although it's not far from my house.

My visit was okay, the clerk greeted me when we came in. I wasn't shopping for anything in particular, but I came across some random things that I needed like a toilet bowl brush and a plunger. I also found some document frames and nail polish remover. The line moved slowly and I was exposed to one of the workers crack when she bent over to pick something up. If you're looking for hair care products, this is a nice location to visit. They had a great selection, but if you want make up, I would try another place.

Very slow and manager was in the way with a cart full of product in our way holding up the line. Only one cashier when 12 people are in line with full carts. This was not a good customer service place.

The girl ringing me up was rude. Constantly talking to co-worker. Never greeted me or gave me total amount due for my purchase. Just stood there ignoring me and waiting for me to pay all the while leaning on my box of diapers-the entire transaction!!!!
