On 6/21/23 around 4pm I made a purchase in the amount of $7.22 using my debit card the associate stated they were having problems with their card machine and I may have to swipe twice which is what I had to do. The money was deducted from my account however was declined on her end. I showed her the transaction on my phone where the money was deducted from Family Dollar for the exact amount so she went to get who I guess was the manager instead of them fixing the problem I was told I couldn't get my merchandise and to call my bank even though you can clearly see the transaction was approved on my end and deducted. Don't waste your money at this location they did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue I left the store without my items and $7.22 stolen from my account.

Since when do y’all refuse returns, even with the receipt? Plus y’all refused to service an older lady who needed help with an item that was out of her reach. All of this September 11th 2023. Area Manager needs to look into this store.

I'm not sure if this is the cashier number 5513 or 6995172 well this lady that was running the register in 6/30/22 was absolutely rude. She needs customer service training or go find another job that does not involve customers. Her tone of voice was horrible as I placed my personal items that I didn't want to get dirty on the belt she moves them and put on belt so I put them in my hand so they won't get dirty she says do you still want that or not. She wasn't done ringing up the other stuff I had on the belt before determining or not then after she rings me up before I could finish getting my money she jumps around and make a personal transaction with a friend I guess to make a purchase before I could get out. She brushes near me like I'm not standing there. Unacceptable.However the other associate (lady with locs hair) that was stocking was very kind and pleasant

I love the store but I don't want to go any more the parking lot have a big hole like a pot hole coming in and other big holes I'm very afraid some one going tear they car up because that parking lot is terrible it need fixing

Poor customer service. Cashier was face timing the whole time while ringing up customers. The manager was being loud laughing and joking around in the store while customers was shopping. Family Dollars all together need cashiers with better attitudes and people that want to work.

The video of the store manager accusing a man of color of steeling because of his color and that's not fair at all being that we're all due the same respect we give. That manager is unprofessional and shouldn't be in her position smh hopefully you'll pick better management in the future.

It's a good place to go if you on a bugget because great price and save little money get everything u need in one stop everyone is very helpful nice and clean

Prices were not bad at all. They do have a large assortment of items for the home and personal life.

This place will be my next go to spot if my other store doesn't have what I need. Prices are reasonable and the employees are very helpful and nice. 👍👍
