Went to the store today and had the worst experience with the store "manager" at this particular location. First of all the price advertised on the shelves is not the same to the one charged at the register and when I tryedto question that the "manager" had a very nasty attitude about it. As a consumer you want to make sure you pay the advertised price,but this lady had no customer service skills at all, I dont understand why she was put in this position when she is not professional at all. She was so rude and her nasty attitude proved that some people dont deserve this "manager"positions when they dont have the ability to deal with a simple issue. I know is not her fault that prices change everweek like she said, but I feel like as a "manager" she should be responsible for updating prices everyweek. She even said to go shop somewhere else if I didn't like the prices, she even threatened to have me arrested if I ever go back, which was funny to me but you know, thinking about it I am glad that I have some other options out there to buy from and yes of course I will not be going back. I rather take my money to a store where I can be treated in way that I know I deserve and that my issues are addressed and solved with respect. If you are okay paying a higher price at checkout than what they have advertised shop there but if not I would recommend you to shop somewhere else, and make sure you dont bring the issue up to the manager, I am pretty sure you will end up as disappointed as I was. So sad this people play this type of roles with no customer service experience and no problem solving abilities.

Was at the one on the corner of barrus construction rd and hwy 33 on 7/23 @11:45 am and the cashier was on phone calling some one a f&$&@ b$tch and the store manager was right there..I was literally at the register when it happened and the manager said nothing .the girl had big heart ear rings and a nose ring..I didn’t know it was ok to talk like that in front of customers

I have over 20 years in the retail industry and I was just exposed to possibly the rudest employee I've ever seen. Walked up to register 2 to pay for the items I had and the employee was standing there texting on her phone. Did not even acknowledge me had to move up to register 1 to even be waited on. This type of behavior is unacceptable working in the retail industry. Sunday January 9th 2022 at around 1:20 p.m.

they closed the store 15 minutes before closing time. they do not want to work at all. probably received a salary for the full time of work.
