I had to speak to the cashier Andrew. He completely ignored me and didn't greet me. I come to this store often so the way he behaved caught me off guard. Normally their customer service is very polite. That was not the case at all today. Andrew wasn't welcoming at all. Even after her rung up my items he just looked up at me. I had to ask him how much the items were.

Everything in the wrong place with the wrong price tags. Employee blamed customers but it’s not the customers fault when there’s 10 of the same item under the wrong tag and in multiple spots around the store. 0 help from staff and 0 resolutions

Kim who works at this Dollar General needs to work at a store without customers. She needs a lot more Training from starting in class 100 the very basic Customer Service for Dollar General. Kim needs to practice on dummies for customers for ever. She is not good at anything. Maybe a half job behind the scenes if that works out. She is the worst person I have ever seen in customer Service cashier, stocker it doesn't matter she is not good at it.

This store goes beyond to help customers no matter who you are. Always good stock inventory. End caps are organized. Clearance front and center.

Management was previously on multiple accounts informed of vagrants begging at the entrance then had the female vagrant set my car alarm off while trying to break in the hatch. Thanks **Management for handeling this before the incident

Dollar General had what I was looking for, that I can't find in any other Greenville stores. Also, you can purchase $25 to $100 Amazon gift cards there, that the major stores that I shop in, don't carry... checking out is a bit slow, but I wasn't in a hurry.

Moderately priced goods. Use comparison pricing when shopping at Dollar General. Customer service is tolerable at best.

Bad costumer service. No one said anything to people coming in without a mask on when its clearly posted on the door and inside the store. Not friendly environment

It was hot..the ac worked but the company must control the temperature bc most DGs I go to are warm in the summer . I feel sorry for the employees
