The reviews on this place speaks for itself. Don't waste your time if you have literally any other options. The lower level employees are friendly, but it's obvious they're all not fully trained or still need help. I don't blame them for the issues I have here, I do blame whoever's in charge/the head pharmacist. I never understood why people were so angry in front of me in line here, but now I completely understand. I just feel bad that the younger employees have to deal with all the angry customers who come in. If you go here it is just a matter of time before you have issues. I have wasted hours driving back and forth and having to call.

Very easily the worst pharmacy in Greenville. I had an antibiotic called in very early the day BEFORE I went to pick it up at 7 PM. "We're still working on that for you." A dozen pills took them 48 hours to fill for me. I also have trouble with them refusing fills of medication with no indication of why. When I am notified that I need to refill it, I go through the process of doing so and it always goes from processing to that I need to contact the pharmacy. These are not controlled substances so I don't know why I have the issues that I have with generic prescription drugs. have never had the issues that I have had with this pharmacy anywhere else. The beginning of this non-sense started a year ago. I had a pretty substantial operation that was incredibly painful and my mom was making sure to get my medication during that time so that I was not suffering. She dropped off the prescription at 8:30 AM and they still did not have it ready at 5:30 PM when she said it was very important that it be ready. I was made to suffer out of either under staffing or just poor customer service. I think all of this justifies a 2 star rating. The only thing I can say is that the clerks are friendly enough. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!

Fantastic customer service! Greeted every time I walk in to the store and if I can't find a product the employees actually walk me to it. The store is always clean and the pharmacist people will take the time to explain things to you. When I shop at this CVS, I don't feel like a number... I feel like a valued customer and to me that makes the difference. Highly recommend this location. I also want to point out that this store has undercover police working security and I feel safe. The other day I saw a person stealing a bunch of stuff and the undercover people caught him and arrested the person quietly. How much better can a store be??

Every time I come to pick up a prescription, I am given an incorrect total price by at least $200. I am given random amounts like $300 when my prescriptions always cost me $40-$50. Once they correct my prescription total, I am told that I either can’t have my prescription for another 3 days or that I have to keep driving in circles in their drive thru until it is ready even though I received a notification for it hours beforehand. The staff is very rude and do not own up to their mistakes. Out of the various times I have called this location, Nobody has ever picked up the phone and I am left on hold for at least 30 minutes. Because of this CVS there have been times where I have no medication for over a week.

I keep hoping this pharmacy will step up their game but so far they have not. I was a customer at Medical Park Pharmacy and they were awesome. CVS Bought them out and I am finding CVS is not customer friendly and does not seem to care. I just received a text At 9 am. saying my doctor DID NOT AUTHORIZE my prescription. I called the dr’s office and they said they DID authorize. I called CVS.....LONG wait on the phone to be informed that....”oh yes, we did get authorization sometime last night”. I told them the text came in at 9 this morning and the lady said that came from corporate, she couldn’t do anything about that. No apology or anything. I spent 45 mins of my valuable time to go around in a circle because of their poor customer service. I will not be working with them much longer. I have given them plenty of opportunity to get it right and so far nothing but chaos. Heaven help all their poor customers.

Terrible. I frequently get the runaround when dealing with this CVS. Not long after complaining about poor service, they seemed to have retaliated against me for my complaints by shipping one of my prescriptions with an open bottle. When I opened the package, my pills went everywhere. Those CVS bottles are very difficult to open, this was deliberate.

Terrible pharmacy with horrible service. They don’t answer the phone. I have waited on hold for over an hour before, and I have never waited any less than thirty minutes. I had a prescription called in around noon one day, and when I went to pick it up around 7pm I was told that it would not be ready until the next day. Would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy.

I will never again utilize this pharmacy, or shop at this store. The pharmacist (Tammy) was rude AND negligent, on top of all of that only mildly apologetic. It took them from Friday to Sunday to fill my script that was sent over from another pharmacy on Friday. When I finally got my prescription it was the wrong medication. Had I been elderly, someone who can’t read, comprehend or unlearned, it would’ve made for a bad situation. I’m highly disappointed & I’m certain this isn’t what you want people to think of your place of business. My family nor any of my friends will ever shop there again.

Count your prescription, they will cut you short if you don't watch them. Enough bad reviews and maybe they will be more careful. Calling in a refill is a pain and don't even bother with the smartphone app.

When medical park closed down and CVS got my daughter prescription. When calling to do a refill cvs never answers their phone and I've spoke to several people I know that go there too and they say the same thing. I'm getting to the point of finding a different pharmacy if cvs pharmacy doesnt learn how to pick up the phone

30 min wait for a flu shot & I was the only one waiting. Also the floor in the waiting area was discussing to say the least. McDonald's bag and food all over the floor. Only nice about the experience was the girl who waited on us.

No one cares about anything at this pharmacy, and then they bring all of Medical Park’s customers; it’s not working.They either say they don’t have a medication, or refuse to answer the phone when they are too busy. Have been refused refills days after the 30/31 days.It’s just a mess, which patients are now dealing with.

I called in my refill at 2pm n went too pick it up at 755pm.waited in the drive THRU for 30 mins...for them to tell me in 5 hours my script still was not ready..SMH...i have bewn coming here for yrs n this is the worst experience i have EVER HAD...once my refills are gone...im taking my business ELSE where...cause they gettin worse n worse...

Never have your medicine on time and they don’t make it a Priority to Process your medicine . I Advise that you Receive your medicine at Walgreens!!!
