Pharmacy and in store experience has always been good. quick moving lines, attentive and nice employees, fair prices. They did an amazing job at helping me get the information i needed for my prescription and sent it over to another pharmacy immediately since they didnt have my medication in stock. it was my first and only time taking that medication.

CVS just keeps going downhill after moving to Havelock and thinking that was the worst CVS ever I do believe Greenville is worse. Ask the lady in drive-through since I’ve had surgery if she could get some aspirin for me and she’s obviously too lazy to do her job and told me to come in the store to get them even though that’s what the drive-through is for. I mean I was picking up Prescriptions in the drive-through after surgery I just needed some aspirin terrible customer service and they never have any medicine available. It takes hours on in for stuff to get filled. It’s just absolute disappointment. This world is an absolute disappointment anymore. Nobody wants to work but everybody wants a paycheck.

The absolute WORST pharmacy. I waited in line at the drive through for 45 min with only two cars ahead of me. The car that is in front of me is finally at the window and yells at me to tell me that the cashier said “she is the last one she is taking” so I of course run inside since I am on my lunch break to try to get my prescriptions & there are two people in line & the pharmacy decided to close the “gate/window” & not help those people either. That is beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life. What has happened in this world.

This is not for this location in particular it's for all CVS locations that I've been to the past several, I have been lied to mislead, at multiple locations over the past 2 years I'd say. CVS has a corporation has permanently lost my I will go without medication before I go into another CVS!

blonde woman who i assume is the manager at the pharmacy was very rude to her employees. very rudely chastised them in front of customers, very unprofessional, i hate to think what it’s like working there

Slowest drive-thru I have ever seen and they never have your prescription ready when they tell you it is going to be ready. I would give them 0 stars if Google allowed me to do it

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. They nrver answer the phone and you always have to wait a long time. I had a prescription called in on Wednesday and Thursday went Friday to pick it up to only be told I had to wait roughly 30 more minutes

They told me a hour wait I go there a hour and forty five minutes later. Then get told still not ready then then end up miss counting my prescription on top of that the young lady was quite rude too me

Every time I call the pharmacy, no one answers the phone for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Most of the time I end up hanging up because they never end up answering. This is EVERY time I call the pharmacy.
