The worst store ever they never have no one working and line be wrapped around the store and they go so slow and don’t care! The guy literally stop the cash register to go clean hangers up and I ask for a manger and he said I’m cleaning hangers right now call corporate asap this store needs to be shut down! Then the manger on duty gave me the information to report the store then walked back to the back like there wasnt a long line this is poor management and team in the establishment

I looks like there has been a lot of bad reviews of this place for a long time and here is proof that no body has done anything to fix the problem! We have been in line along a bunch of customer waiting for over an hour to pay for our stuff, It seems like Burlington does not need your money! Fact.

MERCY! We were in the line trying to check out longer than we spent shopping! There were two slow cashiers, with a supervisor standing idly by without caring! It seemed as if it was our cashiers first day, but instead of helping, the supervisor kept trying to walk off to do non important things! I love Burlington, but this location needs a complete turnaround. And a customer in front of us stated that the store is always this way! Such a shame!

I was underwhelmed at this store. The pricing was good but the merchandise was rather thin. Perhaps it is due to supply troubles, but the staff here could at least keep the merchandise neatly stacked on the shelves. The aisles looked rather sloppy.

The weekend before Christmas, the line is wrapped around the store and there's only 2 cashier's workingThere are 6 registers i think it's very inconsiderate to the customers and the employee's to have to wait so long to check out and have to work short staffed. At one point, the line wasn't even moving.. One would think extra stuff would be working due to the holiday. Poor management. Other than that, I love shopping in the store and most of the prices are really good.

All I will say is the 3 employees stayed at the register, while she handed us the incorrect change, and told us to find their manager "cuz she wasn't listening to the walkie talkie so if we want it fixed we would have to look for her" only to find the manager literally sweeping clothes into a pile on the floor.

It was crowded with only 2 cashiers. This is the second time I have been there. And the line has been over 30 minutes long. There are messy clothes thrown all over the place, not on hangers. The dressing rooms are dirty. Really a negative star.

The store was messy and checkout only had one person. The line was around the store. Nobody came to help the check out person until late. Only good was the checkout person was nice. We waited almost 45mins. This was December 28th between 1:30 -2:30pm.

I do believe the Greenville, NC location could stand to close for a bit of manager/team development. During my visit today there were two people working the cash registers, two people on the floor putting up stock, and a manager. While standing in line waiting, I witnessed two people make a return to each cashier. Once the refunds were processed, BOTH cashiers stopped checking out customers, and began inspecting and restocking the items in the return. At this point the line was continuously growing. One lady who was waiting for more than thirty minutes asked to speak to a manager. The cashier started laughing. I walked to the back and asked for the manager, and I was told that she was too busy marking down inventory to come up front. When the manager finally did come up, about 10 minutes later, she explained that this was corporate policy and that we should report our concerns to corporate. This experience reminded me why it has been years since I have gone to a Burlington.

People are OK, but no good clothes. Every time I show up to purchase some clothing, they have nothing for me. In my size 38x32 . The clothes they have are for younger people and not for them. Is mature personal .

This place Sucks on the time for check out it is unreal!!! This store needs new management and lots more cashiers!!! It don’t make no since to wait in 1 line for 1 hour to purchase an item!!!

Unfortunately this store was still closed when I arrived at about 9:20am. I looked again at the store hours and found opening was supposed to be at 9am. I went to the front door and saw a clerk vacuuming and knocked on the window. After several knocks he unplugged the vacuum and quite annoyed threw down the cord. He opened the door and explained that the “cashier had not showed up and until they did, the store would be closed”. Others where gathering as he explained. He had no idea when they would open. It looks like the stores operation depends on one cashier! That does not speak well of management and corporate doesn’t seem to be aware of how their stores are run. By the way I did not wait to find out how long it took for the cashier to arrive!

Was looking for a nice dress for a gathering that's coming up, which I quickly found. Then I was just looking around & came up on the kids clothing...wow, I should have just gotten that dress & got out of there while the getting was good! I spent wayyyyyyyyy more than intended but my family will be smiling smiles of JOY on Christmas Day! I may have to take another quick trip here before Christmas!!! Love it!

After review of my application they decided to goto the next step, was suppose to have a phone interview at 10:15am for a position, even received 2x reminders about it through email, yet when the time comes around no call or nothing. Decided to call up the store an see what was going on, was then told the position has been filled. Sketchy management at this location. Do better.

This Burlington location really knows how to frustrate customers. There sign and Google hours say one thing, but the night management and employees do another. Repeatedly I've gone to this location when the sign clearly says they are open until 12am Friday & Saturday nights and each time I have gotten here at 11pm or like tonight at 945pm and the doors are locked. The manager comes to the exit door only unlocking for exitjng customers. I'm going to just stop going at this point because it's clear that they don't value the customers time.

I don’t know if this store is greenville Burlington or if the female manager treats customers with weird rules. If customers want to change their clothes when they open at 9 o’clock, they have to wait for 2 hours in the dressing room. The manager said that you have to wait for 2 hours to let them in. You go in and change. What❓❓❓❓❓?_??_??_??_? Can the leader come out and explain????? What are the regulations??? I bought 2 pairs of pants and the size is too small. The logo on the pants is still there. I lost the receiptand took it to the store to change it. I was told that only 30% of the money can be refunded, which is equivalent to the pants you spent 30, and you will be refunded 9. As a customer, I will choose to go to other shopping malls. I would give you 0 stars if I could

This was my first time shopping here. There was so many deals!! BUT, I literally stood in line for over 45 minutes to checkout and the cashier was so rude and never spoke. She overcharged my daughter (rung up one item 2 times) and we didn't realize until after she paid. We went back to her and she refunded my daughter while not speaking to us at all. Didn't explain anything...just handed her a new receipt!!

This is the 3rd time iv came to this Greenville Location Burlingtons that says they are open until 12am Friday & Saturday nights and each time i have gotten here at 11pm and the doors are already locked, but looks like they are open with every light in the building on! But no one will come to the door and when i call the store no one will answer. So i guess the employees here runs this store location and just closes it whenever they feel like it and ready to go.

Customer service needs to be a priority in this store especially the check out experience. I was in there yesterday and picked up several items, as I proceeded to check out the line was 10 deep and only 1 cashier, she didn't even attempt to ask for assistance so I left without my items. Customer service is a deal breaker for me
