Everytime I come to this tractor supply I get great advice and helped quickly! Today I had a chicken mite issue and a young girl names Eris helped me SOOOO much! I walked in so upset an anxious and left feeling like I GOT THIS!! A cashier helped me last time named Ashley, she was really great as well about the feed, the substrate for the coop and a few other questions I had!! I've heard some bad feedback on some other stores... This on is clearly on of the best!!

So Celtic Sea salt is hard to find nowadays and 2 weeks ago I ordered two bags online at elm Eugene store... On Monday morning I called to make sure the order was in the locker and the girl said yes.. I go to the store to retrieve my item that I've already paid for they say they put the item back.. I am living at this point because this item is very hard to find right now.. I think it's very unprofessional when you pay for something but when you go to pick it up after making a phone call the item has been put back... What is wrong with work ethic these days I don't really get it😡

Kayleigh once again delivered an outstanding beyond expectation and above a beyond the call of duty customer experience. She quickly identified my needs over the phone, physically checked inventory before we drove to the store, and helped my daughter find the generator needed during the power outage. I felt heard, genuinely cared for, and valued. She is an asset to your TSC TEAM!!! Her behavior is why I continue to return over and over. MUCH Appreciation.

Honestly I'd never been into a tractor supply before. I'm sure my father was rolling over in his grave at the fact I even went into one. I was influenced by a TikTok hack on what could help with ammonia smells from dog pee in the backyard and then also ground covering spots from grass dying off from the same thing. So went into buy a few things. And then we were just looking around. We met the most lovely employee, Cindy. I was considering switching our dog's food and explained some of the dogs allergies to her. She took the time to go through the ingredients list recommended some items and was super kind along with the rest of the staff they were super friendly when you walked in. The prices were much more reasonable than pet supply places across town & I couldn't believe the customer service I was receiving, I felt like I've been transported back to 1982 where people would actually have a conversation with you and were concerned about your needs and wants& genuinely wanted to lend a hand. I will be back. Thank you Tractor supply and thank you Cindy!

Tyler A & Chris we’re so helpful on my last (emergency-ish) trip to get supplies for some new youngins that needed a little extra TLC! Purchased a decorative windmill today. I have had my eye on these for the last month. The one I came to purchase was out of stock, so the store manager, Sam, gave me a super deal on a more expensive one. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase. He even brought it out to our car and put it in the trunk for us.Amazing customer service! You don't see much of that these days. Thanks Tractor Supply for hiring a great manager. Love this store. Will definitely recommend to friends.

This location gets better every time I shop here. From chicken feed to propane, I’m able to get my shopping done easily in mere moments. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would appreciate more sale prices, but it is worth it either way. Great place and very convenient location.

Tayler and Jessi is always waiting to help.they are always so nice and friendly. I almost stopped coming to this store because one the manager was really rude to me and more then a couple of occasions. I think she handed out for my husband and I, and we still didn’t know why. But when I talked to Jessi he apologize and assured me that it would never happened again and it’s been about 4 months now and no one has never been rude at all. I drive out of my way to come to this store just because of the customer service from Jessi and Tayler. If I own this store they would be my store manager and assistant manager for sure. They are the only reason why my husband and myself keep coming back. And we send everyone we know here also.

Great place. People there are helpful . The manager,Amber was awesome. Bought a Cub Cadet Mower (which I'm totally happy with)and brush trimmer cub cadet too. Price was excellent.She was great. I will be back for future purchases. Very recommended.

Made online purchase for first time. Live in Indiana, somehow placed order with Greensboro Store. Was assured as long as order was not picked up it would be canceled & no charge incurred. Made duplicate order with local Indy store. Greensboro Store charged me anyway, and caused me Insufficient Funds in checking account. Was told by MGR of Greensboro Store that it would be reimbursed to me. Two weeks later and no reimbursement.

Stopped by to pick up a couple quarts of oil, but they rang up more expensive than the shelf price. After a quick trip back to the shelf to verify the price, I returned to the register with a photo and with no questions asked the cashier adjusted the price. Quick and friendly service, I will likely be back since it's close to work

We love this store!!! It’s like the Chick-fil-A of tractor supply!!! The employees are friendly and never to busy to help. Jess and micaiah are the BEST!!!! The store is clean and organized. The employees never have issues when it comes to loading NEVER !!!! We came twice in one day and the very next day. They Greeted us with smiles!!! Any issues they solve them quickly and nice about it. This is the only store me and my wife will come because we know we are going to have a great experience.

I first discovered the store looking for a specific pet product. Didn’t know this store even existed but I quickly fell in love. They have great pet products at even better prices. I also like the loyalty program that they have! The staff are always friendly and nice 👍🏾

Everytime I go to the Tractor Supply the staff is super friendly and helpful! It is always a pleasure to go to this store. Even when they lost power a couple months ago, they opened the store and let a few customers in at a time accompanied by staff. I appreciated that & they were still very kind even though that was probably a challenging day. Also, love the after Christmas deals!

I love this place! So much cool stuff, but I go primarily to purchase pine horse bedding litter that I use for my dog and cat. Great price on 40lbs of environmentally friendly litter. 5 bags, totaling about $25, lasted me four months with heavy use from one cat and two dogs (yes, toy breeds can be litter box trained!).

Went to shop on sept 11. Don't remember his name at the register but really needs to show more respect to customers that's for sure! Asked about a product (rm-43 vegetation control) and he acted like he didn't know anything. Just needs an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.

My Greensboro TSC store is awesome! After a problematic delivery of my Greenworks riding lawnmower, I called the store. In less than an hour, Tyler Adams, store manager, came and assembled my mower and put it in my garage for me. Excellent customer service still exists! It's at the Greensboro store! I am a customer for life!
