A very nice selection of dog and cat food products with a nice focus on quality selection. Staff have always been willing to help and be friendly. They have a nice rewards program when you buy a select amount of dog food or cat food bags, and you get a free one. Have pet cleaning facilities and parking is allocated near the front.

✅This is the cleanest and organized place I’ve ever been , for animals related stuff , they have a lot of good options for foods, and the ingredients seems to be good and all natural, and the people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they are always available to help you if you need assistance with anything at the store. Great help as soon as we walked in the door. They asked me what I was looking for in my dog food, I listed my ingredients, and they directed me towards the food I needed. My dogs x 4 loved the food so much. And also I feed them half as much. They have very shiny coats. I had tried many high dog foods, and this was the best by far, and reasonably priced. $42 for a 20 lb bag. The staff were interested in knowing about our dogs, looking at pictures etc. We also got a Nylabone that hollow that our rescue dog can't destroy, and he really enjoys it. He has chewed through every other toy he has had. Thank you.

Dog wash is a joke. Very little or no shampoo. Bottle found was watered down. Water is cold. Only one drier working. Aprons are for baking a cake not keeping dry from bathing a dog. Can’t imagine keeping up the dog wash would be to difficult.

Tamara and her staff are amazing! Always super friendly and knowledgeable. I go no where else for my 2 boxers. While online services like Chewy are.more cost effective. You truly can not beat the person to person contact you recieve here!

I can’t say enough good thing about this place! I’ve been taking my dog to Sarah to get groomed for about a year. She consistently does a fantastic job with my dog. Additionally, the staff is so friendly and always give my pup a treat at checkout! All of the food and toys in store are unique and healthy. I know the Natural Dog has my dog’s best interest at heart. They are wonderful!

We stopped in to use the dog wash station after a 5 hour drive. It was clean and easy to use. We also ended up buying some raw food - they have an awesome selection.The staff we interacted with was stellar and they have a lot of covid protocols in place. I wish we lived closer, they would be our go-to pet store.

The Natural Dog is a one-stop shop. The groomer, Stephanie, is so patient and understanding with our anxious pup. The staff is also caring and very knowledgeable. They helped us pick out the best organic dog food since our dog is allergic to most ingredients (including chicken). Highly recommend this place for everything you need!

The staff greets you upon entering and ask if help is needed...I love this! With so much inventory, their direction is always helpful. The aisles are wide and well laid out...not claustrophobic. The store is always clean. I have not had a visit where I didn't get what I needed for my pets. Love this store and the staff!!

Decent selection of pet supplies. I went to use the self grooming stations. They made grooming so much easier. They have raised tubs and hydraulic lifting grooming tables. They also have complementary soaps, towels, and brushes. Definitely worth it.

Everything you may need to spoil your pet.Sarah has been grooming my dog Coco for me and has done a Terrific Job. I turned my brother on to her and he drives from Reidsville, NC to get her to groom his...Sarah is always on the ball and very dependable and reliable. I went in to The Natural Dog store tonight because I recently got a pit bill puppy. I needed to get him some food and I wanted good quality food for him. The staff was very kind, professional, helpful and gracious. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable for what I was looking for. I didn't notice the prices much higher than Target and Walmart. Even if they had been I would say that the level of customer service would be well worth it. The staff that assisted me had knowledge, you're not gonna find that in the pet isle at a regular store. The girls not only had educational advice for me but also had personal experiences to guide me. Will definitely be back. I read reviews quite often, when I'm researching something I want to purchase. However, I have never written a review but I wanted to recognize this store. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer of The Natural Dog for years now. I had not visited in a while, but stopped in today because I needed a few things for my dogs and cat. I already knew it was the best place to go for quality items and great deals, but the exceptional service I received was impressive enough to leave this 5 star review. The representative was very friendly and attentive. He directed me to what I was looking for and helped me consider the options. He even offered to take my items to the register when my hands were full so I could continue to shop. If you are looking for a local pet shop that takes pride in their products and values their shoppers’ experience , this is the place to go!

Love this little store. Went into it for the first time and loved the variety. It's definitely a quality store and the staff seem to really care. I got a lot of good tips from a staff member for helping my dog feel better from an upset stomach. I also found some toys here that I had not seen around town in other stores. It's hard for me to find a toy my dog will like because she's not really toy driven, but I found something here! Definitely recommend people should visit here, even if you have a regular store you go to, because it will give you different options and there is a variety of toys and treats.

I love this store!! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of awesome foods for your cat and/or dog, wonderful toys, beds and even goodies for some wild birds. There is an onsite groomer and DIY dog baths. Support your local businesses and go here instead of the "Big Box" chains. You will get better service and selection of high quality foods at great prices.

Fantastic selection of pet food and supplies! When I need pet food bowls, grooming tools, etc. this is the first place I go to look. The store is well organized, clean and easy to navigate. All of the staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been wonderful. I always feel welcomed and like my business is appreciated, even if I'm just buying something small.

The Natural Dog was such a positive grooming experience from start to finish, and listened well to the grooming requests we had. Our dog was very comfortable with the staff, and they were great on following up on when she would be ready for pickup. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a local groomer.

The staff is really nice and the store is well kept. Prices are reasonable and the products are well varied.I decided to try their Self Service wash and the water pressure is so weak you spend forever trying to get your dog wet and then forever rinsing out the shampoo and conditioner. When I went their were dead fleas in the one of the other tubs. Not a huge fan of their self service wash, I will probably have better luck at home or at another self service wash.

Went in 9/22 for a grooming brush. The place was a little pricey but they get 5stars for the young lady with dark hair and a cavapoo working the front desk. SUPER nice, REALLY knowledgeable and overall helpful AF. I left with a bag of stuff I didn’t know I needed but now my dog can’t live without lol.I came back 1/14/2021 and brandy gave me an incredible experience. It was very personal and heartfelt. You have a great team under your roof. I love this place.

I love this place! I hadn't necessarily had the best day when I went in. I had dog food questions. The staff was fabulous. They were patient and willing to answer all of my questions. The staff member knew his stuff when it came to the dog food. I left with some and toys as well. I will definitely be going back. They have a new regular customer.

This pet store has a very nice assortment of breed specific raw diet food if you don't want to make your own. It carries other foods as well but my dog is on a raw diet. The store is well kept organized and clean.

The staff here is wonderful. Their grooming dept is the only place I take my timid rescue who despises getting her nails did. The pet food selection is unmatched in the area. I highly recommend. They have a food purchasing reward system that is gives you a free bag after the purchase of so many.

Very DisappointedI have visited this store intermittently for the last 3-4 years. The products are pricey but I prefer to buy quality food for my dogs. There used to be a very kind and knowledgeable gentleman there who was the manager. Apparently he was fired. Then there was another young lady (kind, professional, knowledgeable) managing the store who I’m told was also fired. Now there is another woman managing the store who is less than professional. I heard her belittling the staff one day (staff who appear to be college kids and she’s looks about 40). She walked up to me while another employee was assisting me and abruptly introduced herself as “the boss” and gave the employee a reprimand. I walked away to browse products but I could overhear a very unpleasant conversation between “the boss” and the younger associate. I was so uncomfortable with this woman’s demeanor I left the store. I will not be returning and I plan to discourage all my pet lovers from patronizing a store where employees are harassed by managers who just conveniently happen to be BFFs with the owner (“the boss” let that one slip). Shame on you Natural Dog for allowing your establishment to be a hostile place for people to work. If you want to buy high end pet products in a courteous and professional atmosphere, ride less than a mile to All Pets Considered.To the owners, bad news travels faster than good news. You have lost a very loyal customer and many more to follow.

You can't beat the selection here. May not be the least expensive place in town to get your dogs food but rest assured it is the most specialized with the largest variety and the best quality products. The staff all seem to be pet owners and are all very well informed. The costs are sometimes offset by the coupons and special offers the brands they carry sometimes offer. Worth a try for anybody who loves their dog.

I regularly shop here for our dogs food and have always loved this place, but today took it up another level. My grandfather was just admitted into the hospital and I have his dog for the foreseeable future. They helped me with everything I needed to get her set up at my house. They helped me with some stress management CBD pills, a thunder shirt, and a few other odds and ends. I am so please with the level of compassion and how much they truly helped me. On such an uncertain and sad day it really spoke volumes of their company and the employees that they hire. I’m so pleased. Thank you!!!
