Went in today looking for something to help with anxiety with my 4 month old puppy, I was helped by this very kind lady Sarah. She was so much help, she walked and talked with me giving me so many tips on ways to help with his anxiety and they immediately worked. This is not the first time I’ve been to PetSmart looking for help but this is the first time I’ve gotten the most effective and best help! I was previously suggested bark collars, and aroma collars but they never worked. She took the time to explain to me why sometimes they don’t work for puppies with them being so young, but also gave me directions for ways for my pup to gain independence. She truly cared and I really appreciate it!

Took my Shih Tzu in to be groomed. Ugh! When I picked him up it looked like he had a very little trim. Grace said she had difficulty with his face. I get it. But after getting him home he didn't smell good. He had a Neauter apppointment the next day. When I picked him up from his neuter appointment I was told that my vet did a courtesy nail trim because his nails were so long. $55 for PetSmart grooming and I had to give him a bath and the vet nail trimmed. Frustrating. I sent an email but no one ever responded.My other dog is a Schnauzer, she was groomed by Amber and she did an amazing job at an earlier visit.

I went in today looking for something to help my dog who seems to have alopecia maybe help support her hair growth (a vitamin or supplement). Had to walk up to a man who worked there, he said absolutely nothing as a walked up to him. No can I help with something? Just glared at me like I was dumb. I proceeded to say can I ask you a question, showed a picture of my dog and her spots and said we’ve taken her to the vet (I knew if I didn’t say that he would say you just need to take her to the vet) I said they’re not super concerned about it could just be allergic reaction or alopecia. Said do you have any recommendations? He says if your vet is not concerned about it I don’t feel comfortable recommending anything. I think he could tell I was irritated by his lame response so he kept talking but was no help at all. Just told me all dogs react differently and if your vet isn’t concerned I wouldn’t be either.If you work at a PET store, how do you not have any knowledge or recommendations for something that may help? On top of that, as a customer why should I have to find someone to help me. He made me feel so stupid.

I have shopped there off and on for years and have always been disappointed in their customer service. This was my last straw!!!! The have people working there that has no knowledge of there products. Sunday I went in and talked to a girl about a couple neon sharks for the size tank I had. She said no problem they stay small so when I get to register the girl said you do know the get 2 ft I said not what I was told. Went back to the girl that told me and she seemed confused 🤷🏻‍♂️ then I ask her about some other fish but this time I read how big they get. I ask her then what are they tropical? And she said yes, I said so my take me to the beat between 78 and 80°. She said yes. Got my fish home and with in a couple days they died. I then re-searched those type of fish only to find out they were cold water fish. So they fried. Went back and talked to another lady, and she did confirm that that was the wrong information. She told me to come back in a couple days that they would be getting a new shipment of the fish in and then I could pick out my fish free of charge because of a 14 day replacement they had. Went back today and talked to a gentleman that informed me that I needed to bring the dead fish that along with the receipt or they couldn’t replace them. I told him everything that happened and he looked at me like I was stupid and said well I guess this time we can make an exception. Rude and I left with no fish and went to a place that had better Customer Service. Do not shop this particular store.

Me and my wife were shopping for our daughter's birthday, she has been asking for a bered dragon. We had joshep helped us, told us very helpful information. Glad he took time, not only dedicated to his job, but also friendly. 5 🌟 service. We end up buying 40 gallon bundle tank, and accessories needed to get our new member of our family started.

So annoyed at their grooming salon. It takes forever to get an appointment to wash a cat and then they never confirmed the appointment 😒. I am thinking it's 10:30am and it's 10:15 they were unable to take me and at this point I will just wash my cat at home.

Today I got to the register and said I may be over budget, but Julie rang up my items to best apply the buy 3 get 1 free sale so I was able to afford everything I picked up! As a result one of my dogs, August, was galloping through the house like a really happy horse with three toys shoved in his mouth at one time. The other one, Willow, “buried” all of her toys in her bed. And our cat, Loki, rolled around for ages with his toys. August, Willow, and Loki thank you, Julie! :)

I took my puppy for grooming, if your dog is so playful and an excited kind you should know they’ll charge you $10 extra and I think it’s not fair or they should say it in advance.

The staff at Petsmart are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They ring me out thoroughly and honestly even helped me through a code fluffy after my cat got stuck in the aisle. Shoutout Keith and the other workers who helped me with the minor inconvenience. Y’all are awesome, Thank you

This is the only place I do all of the shopping for my4 legged kids. I've used PetSmart for decades now,I've even worked for one of them for about 2 years.In my opinion they have the most products at the best prices. Now I have been using the delivery service, and I'm really happy with that as well. They have always been on time, and have always had the correct items.A+

If I could give no star I would. Amber was so rude and unprofessional. My dog haven’t been the same like he was mistreated and was there for over 5 hours. He still wasn’t cut and when asked about him she gave me such an attitude. I wouldn’t let her cut my toe nail the way she acts. I wouldn’t trust this place with a stuffed animal and will be contacting corporate on her

I went in looking for cat wormer, which they didn't have. I asked about it, and was told that because they have a vet there, they don't carry stuff like that. You would think for a store that caters to pets would have something basic like this. Maybe not I guess.

Staff is awesome. I've been feeding my Gecko(s) Pet Smart crickets for years. We recently got a Leopard Gecko from Pet Smart(she is a STUNNING color scheme), and then went back and got another(EVEN MORE RARE!!), beautiful female Leopard Gecko.They also have a wide selection of TRULY HEALTHY cat and dog foods. If you do some research you'll stop buying your pet(FAMILY MEMBER) the trashy Corn/rice based foods with virtually NO NUTRITION.Once again, I love my local Pet Smart and the employees there(and in the in-house Vet "Banfield") are awesome!I truly recommend! FIVE STARS!!!

PetSmart is a great place to get all of your pet's necessities. I have a 2 year old Boxer and he goes to Bansfield animal hospital inside of Petsmart. The staff was nice and professional. Answered all questions and concerns I had for my pet.

If they take a product that didn't have a price tag back to a bin, they should bring back the same item you picked out rather than something else. Also, please note you need to bring your own bags or you will be charged for a plastic bag.

Very good return policy and the employees are very nice and helpful. We adopted our lovely dog from Jan who is pretty much there all the time. She was a delight to work with and our new dog is a real treasure.

We came back a second time, and she remembered us, the fish that we got, and she was just as helpful! She is amazing, and we will be asking for her whenever we need fish help again!!

Purchasing the prescription dog food for 6+ years for my dogs, I left the card at home. B’s field had closed and the manager refused to accept my Purchase History on my PetSmart app. I had to purchase Caesar dog food from Walmart that night because the manager would preferred to let my dogs go without their prescription food. They ended up discharging loose stool and had to drink excessive water for days. I am setting up an account with Chewy to have the food delivered to my home moving forward. THIS location is HORRIBLE!

Tryed to return prescription dog food my dog would not eat. Yes it's been 6-8 months since purchase and no I don't have receipt. Clearly states on bag return unused portion to retail store for full refund if not satisfied. Hillspet brand. No time limit or asking for receipt. I asked for store credit to purchase more products but instead I was accused of stealing and I need to bring in bank statements to show proof. Sounds like defamation of character and a possiblylawsuit. Very embarrassing and very disappointed from this location. Will not purchase a single item from any PetSmart ever again.

WE USUALLY HAVE NO PROBLEMS PICKING UP ORDERS FROM HERE WHEN THE GUY BRINGS OUT THE ORDERS BUT TODAY IT WAS AN AWFUL RACIST LADY WHO BROUGHT OUT THE ORDER AND SHE WAS UNFRIENDLY AND ASKED FOR MY ID. I MEAN I HAVE THE ORDER NUMBER EMAILED TO MY PHONE AND THE GUY WHO USED TO BRING OUT THE ORDERS NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR ID BUT JUST MY LAST NAME. WHY DO YOU NEED MY ID FOR IF I ALREADY HAVE IT ON MY PHONE???? WHY WOULD I STEAL DOG FOOD!! SO ANNOYING! BECAUSE OF THIS, WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PETSMART AGAIN!!!!
