Just visited for my first time. Neat and convenient location! Everything was perfect but I will say it was a little on the humid side in there today and I say this because there’s one cat residing for adoption. She was as sweet as can be apparently she wondered up on the property so now they are fostering her. Someone please adopt Loretta into their loving home omg she will melt your heart I wish I could take her in so bad!

I felt this store was nice and clean. The prices seem good compared to other stores. They do not sell animals other than a few fish. They did have a rescue cat in there. Ironically, I love cats and was thrilled to know he was back there. I wasn’t given the option to hold him. I did spend some time with him because he seemed lonely.My daughter was pleased with the selection of bird supplies.I would return. My kids enjoyed it. I like that it was not overwhelming. I just wish they had a few more animals to connect with during my visit. I’m sure that’s to come. If nothing else, there may be a cat available during your visit.

We were new to the area & in need of what would ordinarily be a routine grooming. But our 9 yr old rescue Chi is far from ordinary & requires special attention and patience. I took him to Petsense & Catherine was amazing! My dog rarely cooperates but he was "almost" a gentleman with Catherine. Catherine has the patience and caring nature that my Oliver needs. Thank you so much Catherine for always taking good care of our Ollie !

Called to have my dogs nails trimmed. Took him over there and was told they had to call my vet before they could do it. The lady at the grooming counter was the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with.

Kiana with dog grooming is amazing!! She has alway been so kind to both my dog and I. She handles large dogs so well and makes my dog feel comfortable. I only leave my dog for 1-2 hours for a bath so drop off and pick up is so easy. She always goes above and beyond with my dog. Look at that coat 😍 Thank you!!

I have not been there to have my dog groomed. According to reviews, they must do a great job. I have tried to schedule but the only option is Tuesdays when the groomer is there. Not much to go on. Limited grooming info on website. Young lady on the phone was lovely. I have no problem with waiting. My option was 1 day a week on Tuesdays. That will not work for my schedule. Maybe they are in transition?

Great selection on everything in the store!Very clean and organized. Everything is easy to find. If not, the employees are very nice and helpful.The cats up for adoption will absolutely melt your heart!! I would recommend this as a place to let kids find their fur baby. Adoption fees were reasonable, last time I looked.There are other small animals in the store.

Excellent grooming staff!! Kiana and Dianne are absolutely unflappable, no matter how much barking and squirming is going on. They’re calm, kind, and professional. It’s clear how much they love the animals. I’m always so grateful for their flexibility and their good work. My dogs are, too!

The groomer is so polite & honestly amazing. I felt so bad, I had a grooming scheduled but I had an emergency with my cat & she was so polite about it & let me reschedule despite her having to call me. Will definitely tip her when I do go, my mom dog squirtle goes here as well and I hear nothing but good things!

I couldn't thank the staff enough!! Our power went out I've got a bearded and they let me bring him up to get warm! They played and feed him for us 😍. Highly highly recommend for you to go!! Definitely my go to place for now on

Awesome food selection for both cats and dogs, I feel like it's also slightly cheaper than other stores like petsmart, they also have a WAAYYYYY larger selection of pet accessories like collars especially for cats I have had such a hard time finding a place with a wide selection of collars especially for cats. The staff were also helpful.

Really clean, staff super helpful. Good place to see different pet products all together. Kinda pricey for my budget, but I like seeing products side by side for comparison shopping and being able to ask their staff questions.

This place had everything you could need and so many healthy and organic options! There was only one employee working there when I went and she was very welcoming and super helpful and polite! 10/10 I plan to do my shopping here in the future just for the wonderful service 🙂

This is probably the worst pet store in Greensboro. All Pets Considered is a much better operation. Petsense management is incompetent and apathetic. They would not groom our recently rescued dog because we made the mistake of telling the groomer we had given our dog half of a valium prescribed by a veterinarian to keep her calm. The groomer was rude to my wife about it after she had spent the time and got off of work to spend our money at this establishment. They need to make customers aware of there policies up front. It's completely un-acceptable to wait until someone has taken time off of work and loaded up two dogs to inform them that they won't provide them service. To top it all off, they were indifferent to this. I called to voice my concern and the manager didn't seem to care that they are losing a customer for life and eventually I just had to hang up. Avoid at all cost. There are too many much better pet groomers/stores in the area.

Be advised that this groomer does not accept pets "on medication." All Pets Considered is more appropriate if your dog has special needs.Note: I gave our newly adopted dog a very small dose of something her vet prescribed. She is not a troublemaker, but we know nothing about how she will do with grooming. She typically behaves well in social situations. Unfortunately Petsense waited until I worked very hard to get two dogs into my car and to an appointment to tell me this. I've wasted my lunch hour and moved my dogs there and back for nothing.

The staff has been friendly and helpful each time I go to get dog food and treats. They are knowledgeable on dog foods that are grain free, those without fillers and ingredients that are known to cause skin allergies. As a result my Westie's skin and fur is finally healing!! Also, I can't say enough about the nail grinding and grooming personnel. After a traumatizing experience at a local pet groomer, it was near impossible to get her nails done. These folks are so compassionate, that they asked me to hold her while they did her nails!! Snowball was much more relaxed and less anxious since that visit. Not many groomers know how to give a Westie cut, but these folks do, and for a reasonable price. I return often for these services and products.

Ms. Kiara is so professional, patience, and a dog lover. My pet Keebler has separation anxiety and I was so worry the first time I brought him over. Ms. Kiara took time to listen to all my concerns in order to give Keebler the best full body treatment. Today was Keebler's 3rd time coming over and he already had a connection with her. I am so grateful we found Ms. Kiara. She is the best.Thanks for taking such good care of Keebler.

While the selection isn't the widest it's got some things I can't find elsewhere and the staff is quite helpful. It's well worth stopping by, especially if you're looking for something the other stores don't carry and don't want to have to resort to ordering online.
