I was able to call ahead and get a nail trim for my little guy and they did a great job. They have little beta fish and some reptiles for sale and the 4 health dog food that I’ve been driving to TSC for. I’ll definitely be back.

Appointments for grooming are for optics only. Dog waits over 5 hours before being seen, only for grooming to be rushed as a result. I don't understand where the breakdown is because interacting with all employees tends to be quite positive and I know the groomers are experienced. Tried here three times - there may not be a fourth visit. Shame because TSC is one of our favorite stores and this location is very convenient.

Everyone we met here was fantastic. My Luna was scheduled for a grooming but the lady wasn’t there. Another groomer squeezed her onto her schedule. Luna look so good after.

This is a nice little pet store that conveniently fills the void of pet stores in this immediate area!Well stocked and even had adorable little kittens for adoption. :(

Update over 1 year later: Masani now grooms our 2 pups at Petsense (the groomer I reviewed below no longer works there) and she is the BEST!!! She’s attentive, works quickly, and does a great job. Thanks Masani!Emily, thank you for doing a FANTASTIC job on our dog Orville’s haircut. He looks and feels amazing! See you next time ☺️

I walked into this store (with my dog) at 7:15PM on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023. That is a full 45 minutes prior to their closing time. The store was completely empty of anyone else. For several minutes, there was not a single employee (nor any other customer) present or visible in the store, which made me wonder if the employees had walked out, or even worse, made me worry that it had been robbed and the employees harmed. Eventually, after several minutes, a single employee did appear behind the front sales counter, and I also heard the voice of at least one more employee in an office. I went down just about every aisle, in the store, and at no point in time did the single visible employee every utter so much as one word, never asked if he could help me find anything, and never acknowledged my presence. I walked past him at the sales counter, and he obviously avoided any eye contact with me, to the point that it was almost comical. I did notice that he eventually started counting cash register change, so I assume that he was more interested in getting out of the store when it closed in 30 minutes, rather than possibly getting bogged down by a sale. The employee, by the way, was not a teenager... he was an adult that I would guess was in his mid-twenties (and therefore should know better and have some rudimentary social skills). I was initially going to purchase some dog treats but decided not to after being ignored. I am not one to reward bad behavior. Tractor Supply, which owns PetSense, is one of my favorite store chains, and I was very surprised at the difference in culture between Tractor Supply and PetSense.

I'm very disappointed in Tucker's last grooming, even after I explained to the person who took him back what I wanted and didn't want.. He is a sheltie and he was trimmed all over. Summer parts are only about an inch long now. It's very choppy looking. He had nice long hair and just needed his legs, feet, tail area and hind quarters trimmed up. He's been going there for three years and I know the last person to groom him was the same person who did it this time. So sad , hope his hair grows back.

Okay so I’ve been to this store a couple times, and each time it’s been good. But took my Aussie to get a bath and to get de-shed, i had the appointment set up and I had my sister take him cause I was going to be working that day. So she takes him and they give no time frame whatsoever to when he may be done. My sister asked but was told “we don’t know” Weird but okay all the other places I’ve taken him always give a time frame. 2 hours later my sister calls to ask if everything is okay and when he may be done, immediately she is told that “we’re busy, I’m busy and the groomers are busy, we cant tell you”, I call later and the girl on the phone gives some attitude, look I get it we’re all busy, I made a call in the middle of a work day just to make sure my dog is okay. I’m at work too I understand. But For a pet store these people really do not care about pets.Honestly you’re better off going to a locally owned pet store.

The grooming side of this store does a very bad job of keeping appointments, will often schedule wrong times. The ladies are nice enough but the service is just bad. I recommend anywhere else for your pet grooming needs.

THANK YOU SHAWN SILER, I can truly say never in a million years would I have thought my Benji would ever be able to do anything of this, After every class we took we’d leave with peace of mind, knowing he had truly learned and understood what he was being taught and overall THE HUGE progress and improvement in his behavior. We went from being uncomfortable with walking him in public places and having him around other dogs and people to being confident and relaxed with totally doing so. I definitely recomend taking this training course with your pup if having a hard time with them listen to you!

Petsense is by far my favorite pet store. This location especially since Avery knows my pets names and always asks how my dogs are doing and always points me to the sale items (because I usually buy everything if it’s on sale). I have quite a few dogs so I am in here every few days restocking on dry food or treats. The groomers are good and nice too.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. My wife went in there to get dog food and fish for our son. No one there was knowledgeable enough to help with anything. We have a dog that is extremely picky so we asked about returning the food if he doesn’t like it- nope…. Once the food is open, you can’t return it. Every other dog food store understands that dogs are picky and if the bag is essentially full, you can return it.So then we buy 4 fish for our son. We aren’t home more than 2 hours and 2 of the fish are dead. So we call up there and they can give us a discount but we can’t exchange dead fish- well DUH! They didn’t tell us to get the necessities we needed for the tank like the pH stuff or tell us the most important which is to have the tank water sit for 24 hrs prior to adding fish to it….. we don’t know this stuff! Since the two guppy fish are still living all they can offer is a discount on new. So we would pay for the $12 of dead fish and spend more money on new fish at a discount??Obviously we needed fish food and thank god my wife thought of it- they were going to let us walk out without it. She asked if she needed anything else and was told no. It’s sad that such a nice little area right there had to have such an incompetent pet store! We will not be spending another dime in this store and I’m tempted to bring the $200 in dog food I purchased back tomorrow!*** update - 2.5 hours later after writing this review - all 4 fish are dead and so is the snail ***
