I have a seven year old Puggle, and she has extreme anxiety, especially when it comes to going to the vet or I’m going to the groomers, especially being put on the grooming table. I recently came from Nebraska and found a pair of groomers that would compromise and consider my dogs stress levels, so moving to North Carolina. I was very nervous, trying to find another pair of groomers that would be as considerate, but I didn’t even need to look long! I found a great pair named Becca and Sarah! They totally conformed to my animal and my animals stress levels. They held her while getting her nails, trimmed. From my experience this groomers was the best experience I’ve had. As a pet owner i have experience getting snarky remarks, being overlooked, and an incident happens with my animal because they did not care or just too busy to care. In my opinion, this is a great place to go. This is a small family owned business which I love and Sarah and Becca really seem to love animals even speaking with me before I left about their animals and their experiences with their own anxious animals. So it was really refreshing to have that experience at the groomers. I would recommend anyone with anxious animal to go here. I’m definitely going back.

This lady is great! It's a typical small town groomer and I was more than happy to support a local business woman. After a horrible experience with"All Pets Consider.."where unknowingly to the groomers I watched them roughly handle my cat while they last groomed him and after the front desk manager refuse to acknowledge my concern I found this local groomer. It was very evident that although a small family business and nothing fancy the mother and her two daughters exhibited a true love and care of the animals they groomed. I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been getting both my dogs groomed here for upwards of 5 years. The staff is so nice and helpful, and they always do a phenomenal job on my babies. I wouldn’t have them groomed anywhere else! ☺️

My Yorkie has received svcs from you before. We was happy with sitting fee and the grooming but when he was groomed this time it appears an amateur handled him. We took a picture of what we wanted and we understood he would not look exactly like the picture! The time we spent growing his hair out was in vain because it was cut off! My dog was scraggly and matted- after going in a stream and getting soggy & dirty it was nearly impossible to get him clean. They did an amazing job! They are also talented, always leaving Crackerjack with a cute character flair…. This time he has a lion’s tail (not visible in photo) and they left him with floppy ears and corkscrew curls atop his head. ♥️

If I could give them 6 stars I would.Been bring my Pomeranian to them since she was 1. She’s now 11. these women have always been so kind and friendly and professional. My baby LOVES going to see them so I know nothing bad has ever happened In there. If I’m late, they are gracious with me. If my card doesn’t go thru, they tell me to “come back when I can come to pay”. These ladies are angels and we don’t deserve them.Ps. Their prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. The reviews that say otherwise are fibbing.

Can't say enough good things about this place. They were very kind and really took the time to understand how I wanted my pup trimmed. The service and quality...as well as the affordability can't be beat. In addition, the groomers were both so kind and so sweet about my little love...she is just a year old this week and still very puppy-ish. Best of all when I picked her up, she didn't seem anxious or stressed which makes me feel like they really handled her with a lot of care and confidence since she has not been groomed a lot. And she looks fantastic! I also like knowing that I'm supporting a local small business.

Worst grooming place I’ve ever seen. We’ve moved around the country with our dogs and this one is by far the worst. I sent my two German shepherds to get bathed and de-shed. After 6 hours, they were both still wet and they BARELY brushed them in the lobby in front of us. On top of the staff’s terrible attitude, they blamed all of this on my dogs who’ve gone to grooming since they were babies.Do not go here for the sake of your pups. Hopefully this place closes down soon.

I had taken my dog here twice and was happy with the results both times. However, the last time I took my dog there the dog groomer was giving me an attitude when I went to pick up my dog, because my dog had bitten her. I always make sure to mention that my dog may bite when I drop him off at the groomers, because he gets anxious. They always told me it was no problem, because they knew how to handle dogs like that. My dog had not bitten before then and was always calm when I would pick him up, but this time he seemed very anxious. The dog groomer seemed agitated and told me they had to charge me extra, because he had fleas (which I highly doubt he had any as my dog is very much an indoor dog and had not shown symptoms of having fleas, but I paid anyway.) She also demanded that I tip her due to the bite. However, my dog’s haircut was very uneven. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, but she should not have taken it out on me and my dog. It was highly unprofessional. I have not been back here since and have been taking my dog to Forest Oaks Pet Grooming where my dog has been treated very well and has not had an incident since. I would not recommend this pet groomer.

Until my last (and it will be my last) visit, I was really pleased with the grooming here. Not only was the grooming bad (my dog had multiple cuts in her skin, two on her sensitive belly) the cut was not nearly as good as I've experienced before. It will take a month for my dog's hair to grow out. On top of that, the groomer did not write my number down correctly. Therefore, I did not get a phone call when my dog was ready. I, of course, drove by the building and at least the groomer left me a message & number to call. In talking to her, I was given the option of paying for my dog to board overnight or paying for someone to come and give me my dog back that day. So I paid $25 for the privilege of the groomer making a mistake when writing my phone number down. And when I pointed out that my number was written wrong, I got a sassy "sorry" in response. And still had to pay $25. I will not be back. As a note, they do not keep cards on their customers, so they do not track your previous cuts or your personal information. Nor do they check for vaccinations.

I took my fur baby Rottie in for a nail trim. The 3 ladies were so nice and caring. They do a wonderful job and are understanding of your pets needs! This is my second time coming and they are always polite and helpful! Thank you all. Oh, and they have good prices!

After interviewing four groomers Trilby and her girls have gained a lifelong customer. I brought in my Great Pyrenees for his first visit last week and the customer service and love for animals was above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they do a magnificent job they were kind to my boy and made him feel comfortable. Knowing my boy is safe and around good people is priceless.

This is a fantastic place to get your fur baby groomed! They are friendly and treat our dog with such love and care. He's always looks and smells so good! It's clear he doesn't mind going as there is never a struggle to get him there. It's a small place, and they are in big demand, so you have to make an appointment. We've tried several places, but this is, by far, our favorite!

I have been taking my German Shepard (Thor) to Pets U Love for over 4 months now Trilby and Becca are great! They are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! They treat Thor as if he is their own!..He loves them too! He has a ball there. The facilities are clean and the prices are great!. I would recommend Pets U Love to anyone, with full confidence.

Sad to say but this is THE worst cut on my dog i have ever seen holy cow! chunks out of the leg and chest hair here and there and long spots of hair all over the place. An unbelievably lop sided jaw line. totally unreal that I paid money for this. really dissapointed. I could have done better with a lawn mower.

I made an 8:30 am appointment and brought my dog in today at 8:30. He wasn’t finished until 2pm and when I picked him up he was in a smelly crate trembling and panting. He immediately drank 4 cups of water which leads me to believe he wasn’t given any throughout the day. He also smelled terrible, due to being in a disgusting crate all day. They get 2 stars is that it was very reasonably priced and he got a good haircut.

Very disappointed with the service I had with this dog groomers. The dog groomer that worked with my dog was very rude and had an attitude. I was told to not bring my dog back anymore. When I came to pick up my dog I was told that they were unable to complete the full service(bath and nail trim) because my dog wouldn’t let them clip his nails bc he was scared and they said he almost bit one of them. I asked why didn’t they use a muzzle I got the response that muzzles don’t protect you from getting bit, which is funny because that’s the whole purpose of a dog muzzle. I was not offered a discount for not being able to complete that service in fact they tried to overcharge me, I had to pull up their prices on their website to show them what I owe, and then they finally changed the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Love the female owner, family oriented, friendly and helpful service. The owner, Trilby, and her daughter's are awesome with the furry babies and the special care of wildlife that is given with her busy schedule. My dog loves going there.

The only issue with Pets-U-Love is they're so busy that you have to make your appointments really early. Our dog always comes home looking great, and they seem to really enjoy animals.
