I had both my dogs, Samson and Delilah groomed at the Petco on Wendover Ave in Greensboro. They both see Angie and she does an outstanding job on both of them. She is very accommodating and takes great care of both of my babies while in her care.

Appointment was made and received text that earlier would be fine. Worked for me. Dropped off pup, I was barely in the door and was asked "who do we have", gave name for pup. "Do you have his records?" I had what was needed, but good customer service means give us a chance to walk in!I was told that it generally takes 3-4 hours for the grooming, depending on the pup. I even reminded them that he was a small pup and was not matted. After paperwork is done, I leave after being told it it would be 3-4 hours. I received a text less than hour later that my pup was ready. I even texted back asking if he was okay. Pick him up and he looks good.After arriving home, I notice he's licking his bottom and scooting, thinking he was just groomed and the area is sensitive. Fast forward to today and he is still scooting and licking his bottom. He is clearly agitated. Upon closer inspection, I can see the area appears to have little swelling. I called Petco at closing and left a message. If he was nipped while grooming the sanitary area, I should have been told and know what to expect. I am waiting to hear back from the actual groomer or management by tomorrow. In the meantime, I have called my veterinarian to see if a visit is warranted over the weekend.

The butch female aggressively came out as in was checking in and said my mini poodle was matted on the top of his head and refused service for a wash appointment. They were coils that easily comb out.I asked if they could just cut it and they still denied me service.

Went here to get a bunch of different things for my dog. I got assistance from the person who worked on the floor, but he did say he didn't know a lot of stuff about the grooming brushes. He said to go to the grooming shop and ask them. Went to the door, saw one groomer working on a dog, and another groomer doing nothing at all. I'm calling the one groomer over to come onto the floor for help she looks at me and motions her hand to go away with a nasty look on her face. It's just rude and disrespectful, and the fact that she wasn't doing anything she could have helped. It's 2023 nobody she be rude when it comes to doing their job.

I've been visiting this particular location quite a bit since the middle of last year. I don't know who's been making the hiring decisions for this location, but they have been hitting it out of the park! Every interaction I've had with literally every team member at this location has been phenomenal. The store is kept pretty clean, and looks well organized. The team members can almost always answer any questions I have, and on those rare occasions they do not know, they are great about finding someone who can.

My baby fatboy has been groomed at Petco since he was 6 months old he is now 4 yrs old. They love him and he loves them. They treat him like he is still my little baby. That is the way I want him to be treated. They do an excellent job. Always has, it is like we all are family.

I took my Novah to Jennifer a few months back. I lost her shortly afterwards. I then lost my mom and had to take care of her dog Chang. Jennifer took care of Chang as well. Both dogs were beautifully groomed and well mannered with Jennifer. When they had been to other groomers previously, their behaviors were not good at all. I absolutely love Jennifer and so do my fur babies!

Jennifer is phenomenal. Every time I walk in the door, she excitedly yells my dog’s name, and he absolutely adores her. Ruty always comes away smelling fresh and looking great, and I couldn’t imagine taking him to anyone else!

Jeshnnifer and Angie always does a great job grooming Bubba. It shows they take pride in their work. Bubba loves to see his girlfriends when he goes in and I don't have to worry when he is there in there care. They are great groomers.

We went in and did the self service it was awesome. Our dog is a bit much for most so we bath him. The ladies were great and helpful. Extremely nice as well. I will take him back probably for self service because our dog is a lot to handle.

Jennifer was awesome; really good with Oreo. We usually go to Durham Petco stores, but they are usually very busy. Greensboro people are much more accommodating, perhaps because Greensboro is maybe less hectic(?)
