Great experience, staff and store. I went in for the wood scratching post for our new cat and ended up with a different one at a much better price. Staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Price points are much better than other pet supply stores in the area. Definitely give Pet Supplies Plus a try!

I love this store, but have to give a major shoutout to the ladies in the grooming department (particularly the gal with the many facial piercings who’s usually up front- so sorry I forgot your name). She is AMAZING!My doodles have been many places before and never got the cuts we envisioned until we tried this place out. Everyone is incredibly nice, helpful, and ensures our puppies are in the best care possible. Not to mention the prices are fantastic! I recommend the groomers to everyone and will continue being a loyal customer here. Clarence even got a blue mohawk today (all pet safe product) for spooky season & I am obsessed. Thanks so much!

Arrived at 8:05 for a grooming appointment and there were no signs of life in the store, automatic doors didn’t open, no instructions on the door, no phone number. Waited about 10 minutes, knocked several times, and then went back to my car to find a number to call and got through around 8:18. Was told they wouldn’t see me anymore because they had a 15 minutes late policy, I “just had to pull the door open” and “their phones were on”. Walked back to find 3 people in the grooming area doing nothing. I have 4 dogs that need monthly grooming, and was trying some of the local stores, but I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a pet store/dog grooming, I would highly suggest going down the road to All Pets Considered, they have excellent customer service, and were able to fit me in at a moments notice.

We stumbled upon the store one day and we’re so impressed with the variety of inventory! We also were excited for a super nice self serve dog wash and a grooming salon for our little guy. Our little pup went to the grooming salon today, and we are so happy!! The groomers were so kind as I dropped him off, and were helpful at pick up. He has never had a better cut, and I’m very happy with the price. We will absolutely be going back!

Self serve dog wash is a joke. Allowed only 2 small towels per wash. Water runs either scalding or cold, not in between. You are not allowed to bring your own brushes or combs. Not worth the $$. Would never go there again. Will forfeit my 5 Wash card before going there again. Also have very little product for cats.

Love love love their self serve dog wash! They provide you with a variety of dog shampoo and they have towels you can use!! For ONLY $10. You can also blow dry your pup! My pups absolutely loved it! Will definitely be coming here to wash my pups from now on!

Self service dog wash is pathetic. No tools, weak water pressure and dryers only suitable for a hairless dog!Lots of house brands of dog food, weak offers of top food.Drop buy, notice how dead it is? Nuff said.Your best friend deserves better.

This location is everything. Employees are great. Stock is always full. Never a log line and can always find a sale or an available coupon! Would shop there more often if I lived closer.

We love this pet store! All employees have been kind, helpful, & friendly. We recently got a puppy & chose this location for her grooming needs. The groomers have been absolutely wonderful! Very happy with the food this store offers (we buy for the puppy & a couple of Guinea pigs). I love that it isn’t a giant store which can get overwhelming at times! Highly recommend.

I enjoy the convenient location, parking, and product selection. Staff friendliness, prices, and deals are good too. I removed one star because I consider a clean restroom part of a pleasant retail experience. The sink was very dirty and there was no soap (just a reused bottle of soft soap full of water), which is not sanitary considering all the pet products and pet bathing that customers are exposed to. I even walked to the men's restroom to see if I found some soap there, but they didn't even have the watery pump.l in there. Just go to Trader Joe's and buy liquid soap.

Me and my husband are getting a rescue and trying to get everything ready before we go pick him up so we stopped in to see what we could find. We were helped by someone named Jada she was AMAZING!! she was so knowledgeable and helpful!!! Best customer service I’ve ever had! Definitely returning !

I really want to like this place. There are so many good things about it. The employees and atmosphere are generally great, but they can't keep stock of the foods my pets like. It's gotten painful to go there and see largely empty shelves where certain cat foods should be. I've resorted to mass ordering their food online, but not everyone can front the cost or afford the space to do things this way. If they sort their stock issues I'd be happy to change this review and properly rave about this place. But I just can't right now. It's very disappointing.EDIT: I'm leaving the original review for record, but as promised, I'm changing my rating/review. Since this was originally written, this store has now resolved the stock issues I was previously seeing. There's enough variety of the foods that my cats like that I no longer have issues finding everything that I need, and the cats are happily eating me out of house and home. This place is my definite go-to for all my pets' needs. Staff is friendly and always helpful. If I had one wish, it would be that they had a more steady supply of Purina One Senior Dry Food for my oldest cat. That seems to be a problem finding at most stores, so I can't hold it against them.

Sales lady very graphically and specifically described that a goldfish would explode for organ over-growth if you put them in a small aquarium to my young children. We looked up the information that she shared and several websites, including vet websites, said there was no evidence to support the information she was sharing. I get loving animals and wanting to protect them. But staff should be appropriately educated and not spreading misinformation. Furthermore, my kids were traumatized because all of there fish are kept in small, over crowded tanks. We will never return. Don’t bring your kids in here.

If I can put no star I would. The manger came to me while I was bathing my dog and said "I don’t like the way your bathing your dog, you need to leave" keep in mind my dog is 2 year old playful husky that doesn’t like water. Why are you telling me how to bath my dog?, keep in mind I went many time there and gave my dog a bath and never had a problem. The manger was very rude and her attitude was very terrible. She didn’t show any respect or kindness. Didn’t even try to show any other way even though my way was perfectly fine. I have given many dogs baths and had always did the job right. Next time don’t give me your opinion about something you don’t know anything about. Very disappointed.

While the tanks are clean and the staff were amazing, they need to be more informative on pricings. I intended to spend 7 dollars per catfish...only to get to the register and they tell us its not "those" catfish. Wont be returning. Thanks anyways

I used the self-service dog wash and bought a flea and tick collar. Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the dog washes had a ramp with rubber grips. The step into the dog wash is tile and very slippery for my 90lb golden retriever. I had to lift her onto the washing platform.

Every time I have the opportunity to come in and shop with this wonderful staff, I am reminded why I keep coming back. I started back up into the fish keeping hobby a couple months ago and I have not experienced this kind of love and support from any other pet store in the area. The staff I have met so far have all been super kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions I have! I feel like I can go in as a beginner with questions and get all my knowledge with no judgement. Keep up the amazing work y’all!

I have brought my two smaller dogs as well as sisters golden doodle to see Maycie to get groomed and we have nothing but great things to say about her! She is very kind and professional and seems to really care about all the animals she cares for. It’s super reasonably priced and they get them done fairly quick!I’ve recommended her to some of my friends as well!

I brought my dog in yesterday for a grooming session. Was very impressed at the genuine kindness and compassion the ladies in the grooming salon showed. My dog was given treats to help him warm up and you could tell the people working there truly love animals. Ill be going back for sure!!

I was so excited when I saw this new pet store open up in my area. When I walked in to do some shopping today, I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Tiana who was more than happy to assist me with all of my cat needs. It was so nice to get this help from someone so kind and with so much knowledge that I didn’t know I needed. She seemed to care so much about my cat even though she has never met him. Thanks to her, I will be coming to Pet Supplies Plus for all of my feline needs!

Great place to purchase petsI got a girl parakeet,a rare yellow one,and she is still healthy as ever two months later. Also, they have food for the birds in bulk which last longer than the prepackaged stuff . It is way healthier too.Kind, professional staff,clean atmosphere,and more!
