This was Toby's first visit to Forest Oaks Pet Grooming. He's the biggest wiggle worm ever, and I wasn't sure if they would even be able to cut his hair, but I was amazed at how adorable he was when I picked him up. It's the best he's ever been groomed, and everyone there was so friendly. I'm so glad we found this place, and we'll definitely be going back. Thank you so much!!

The owner and staff are just amazing here!Dogs can be unpredictable and some are nervous coming in but the staff take a lot of time to tend to each dogs needs and what’s appropriate for each dog!They are so easy to talk to about what you would like done and what you want your dogs to look like!They are hard at work from the minute you drop your dog off to the minute you leave!I’m so glad I have found a grooming place that I trust my dogs are well treated despite they must wiggle so much on the table!The groomers know what they are doing! My dogs always come out so cute and just the way I want them!

Dog left with trauma. **update on bottom**I’ve taken my dog here for 3yrs & never had an issue until today. They had my dog ALL day & said they peed themselves multiple times in a row. They’ve never had an accident before so I was confused and realized they were probably scared. They were lethargic & unable to eat when arriving home, struggled to get into the car & walk around the house. When I got home, my dog drank the most amount of water I’ve ever seen her drink before. What I’m not ok with is the fact that I picked them up and they weren’t even finished and still wet after 5 hours. Their paws had dried blood on them, had a rash afterwards and they also did not trim all their nails (or complete their haircut). Got upset & disregarded my questions about accommodations based on previous experiences, such as previous groomers having to cauterize her nails so to use a dremel preferably, & that they’re a rescue, therefore, still cautious around their hind legs & also a asthmatic. Was told to leave & I should’ve used a mobile groomer if I wanted to watch my dog get cut. When I came to pick up my dog, I overheard Tracy(the owner) calling my mother mentally ill for crying after dropping her pet off.. that conversation was very unprofessional and insensitive as it’s none of her business why my mother was emotional. My dog came back itching & licking more than normal. Made an appointment but was told they were too busy to finish & had a horrible attitude about it. As seen in an another review, we had the same experience: “look we are trying to run a business here and don’t come back until we call you to come back”.” I got told basically the exact same thing after showing up 5 hours later. My family came by to see the dog at home and we believe our dog was treated poorly at this business and hopes this review warns anyone who goes here. Time management is done very badly here as they’re unable to properly schedule clientele without overbooking or to give accurate completion times (was told 4hrs, at the status we picked them up in, it would’ve been actually 6hrs). The employees, especially the manager, have no accountability for their actions or patience for the dogs or people in general.**UPDATE** After posting this review my nephew received harassing messages from Tracy, Kyra, and Afeni that threatened us to take down our review. Sent a screenshot of a one minute video that cut everything said by the employees and shows nothing other than our wasted time.Again, this place has no accountability for their actions. They sent those harassing messages to the wrong phone number, referred to the wrong person, and continued to send them after blocking previous numbers. Their response to us and other reviews also shows how insensitive they are with customer’s concerns. This review will not be taken down as this is the true experience we went through and we will not be intimidated to say otherwise. If you write a bad review Tracy WILL message you, and if you block her number, the employees Kyra and Afeni will also message you as well trying to intimidate you to delete your messages.

It’s my first time owning a doodle and I’ve heard so many stories on how groomers have jacked up other peoples pups. I was nervous, but they made her look like the cutest little teddy bear. Highly recommend!

This groomers is a hit & miss kinda place. Sometimes they do good sometimes they dont. However, I have noticed that my dogs always come back itching & licking more, so I suggest applying a little oatmeal oil on them if they're getting a haircut. Other than that I love the staff n the prices.

I’d been taking my dogs here for a while. I recently got a new sheepadoodle puppy. They had my puppy ALL day and said she wasn’t cooperative. I understand- she’s a puppy and she was probably scared. What I’m not ok with is the fact that I picked her up and she wasn’t even finished. Her bangs were still in her face, her tail was choppy, they cut her private parts too short and she developed a rash and they did not trim her nails. On top of that they charged me more than I’ve ever paid for my dogs. The lady said it was because of her weight but I have a dog who goes there (who weighs more than my puppy, a bichon) and he’s never even been that expensive. Really disappointing because I used to have a such a good experience with them.

Tracy is wonderful. She takes care of her customers. There was a small issue on my pet, but after contacting her, she handled it immediately. My dog doesn't shake when she comes home from this groomer like she has in the past with other groomers.

Wow just took both my large female pits in for nail clippings. Walk in for nails only. We were only there 10 minutes. Cost $10 each. Wow!! Super place. Everyone was very nice. This is where I'll be bringing my ladies from now on.

I took my dog Cheddar to Forest Oaks today and the ladies did a wonderful job! She got great groom and got her nails nice, short and round! It was my first time going and I’ll definitely be going back! Cheddar came home happy and smelling great!

They did an amazing job with my fur baby Max. His nails were trimmed really well and his coat smelled like whatever they washed him with for like 2 weeks!! Max is definitely going back here and I will definitely recommend them to my friends with fur-babies. The cute Valentine's Day bandana they put on him was a bonus.

We went here for the first time this past weekend, without really knowing what to expect and we were very happy! We usually drive 30 minutes away to a family clinic where we know everyone, but this time they couldn't get us in as soon as we were hoping. Forest Oaks Pet Grooming was less than 5 minutes from us and was able to get us scheduled within our requested time so we took a chance! We will be back for sure! The only thing I would have wished for differently is that they also grinded her nails instead of just trimming like I had asked when I dropped her off. But it was already late into the afternoon, they were busy and also down one tech, so I didn't mention anything about it. Next time I'll be sure to remind them about it again.

Great job with my dogs! One is a crazy hard to handle miniature pinscher, the other is a Bospin who was abused and is terrified of EVERYTHING. They might never be the dogs that love going to the groomer, but at least this time they didn't pee themselves out of fear! They were wagging their tails when we picked them up! Their nails look better than any trim they've ever had! They smell great and their fur is very smooth. I've finally found a groomer who is reliable, close to where i live, and doesn't traumatize my girls. And i paid the same for nails AND baths than i was paying for just nails at the last place. There is only one bad thing i can add to this review...and that is that i forgot to make an appointment for next month before I left lol!!!!

We are in love with this place!! Our Rough Collie doesn't trust most people because of abuse earlier in her life, but she seems right at home with the ladies here, which really says something about their character. They are fast, professional and kind and the pricing is very reasonable. We would give them 10 stars if we could!!

Horrible Experience. Don’t Recommend.At drop off there where 5 or 6 dogs inside one portable kennel. Several more in the kernels directly beside it. Even more dogs stacked in the back i could see. At pickup my schnauzer was fully shaved when I had said a schnauzer cut and I had agreed to cut out some of the matts. I asked why he was totally shaved and was met with an instant attitude about matts and how it was so horrible it required surgical tools. Thats a real joke here but ok fine I disagree but let’s skip my opinion. So she sent a coworker a few minutes later to ask about my dogs beard. My first response was well don’t shave it off and instantly she lit up with anger and was yelling from the back room “I didn’t say shave it and mumbling something more etc”. Skip past myself even and to another customer who walks in 10 minutes later or so They had a 12:30 appt exactly same as myself and it’s now past 4:30. They also hadn’t been called yet but dropped by as it’s closing in on 5:00pm. When the customer politely asked about how long and she’d return later. The one woman said we just started on your dog. (12:30 appointment now 4:30). The customer then politely says I live around 15 minutes away and should I return in maybe 45 min or an hour? The groomer then yelled: “look we are trying to run a business here and don’t come back until we call you to come back”. Shortly after she is yelling loudly: “look someone is going to have to hold this dang dog cause it won’t stand still”. That’s my dog btw. The one she shaved all the way off for some matts on his legs. Write or wrong on my dog this lady is very unprofessional and why are their that many dogs in one crate period. Buy more crates etc.My dog has acted very upset after leaving and I’m certain was treated poorly by this woman. Find out for yourself if you want. I don’t suggest it.

They are absolutely fantastic! Took my furbaby there for a first visit after loosing my groomer of 5 years. They loved on her and made her comfortable and she was so happy when I picked her up! Frenchie said to give you 5 more stars for her!

Very nice establishment. Courteous staff despite being a very busy and noisy place! Tracey, the owner, does a great job with my pet which happens to be a white female cat. Poor thing is cursed with a thick nasty fur coat and looks so much better after her "do". By the way she behaves afterward I think she feels better too. Only drawback is she gets growled at by one of our other cats after the fact☺! Jealousy? Non-recognition? Whatever the reason it is a hoot!

Excellent service!! Highly recommend! Megan was so helpful with every detail. Coco smells and looks absolutely amazing. This was our first visit and they did not disappoint us. I will most definitely be back!!
