Very helpful. My dog’s eye was red and swollen. I came to see if there was anything here that would help since the vet was closed and with help from the kind employee, I was able to find some dog eye drops and they relieved the symptoms overnight.

The people at Best4K9 are awesome. We have a golden with allergies and Phil is so patient with us as we work through Mavericks allergies. He is very knowledgable about his food products and dogs in general.The store in Oak Ridge is as beautiful, clean and organized as his store on 150. Very easy to find what you are looking for. So glad we found you guys!

Good selection of high quality food and treats, but I'm tired of them being randomly closed when they're supposed to be open. I live in Wentworth and have to drive over a half hour to get here and like most people I have a job that requires me to work a schedule so there's only certain days I can come. If I don't get this food today I won't be able to come back untill after my dog runs out of food. I guess I'll have to drive down to The Natural Dog and lose out on 1 bag of my frequent buyer plan.

This is the best place for product and customer service. Placed my order on Tuesday night not knowing the store is closed on Wednesday, and my dog is out of food! Sent a message to the messenger account and within 30/minutes owner Phil is sending message wanting to know how far I live from the store, offering to meet me at the store and pick up my dogs food!!! And they were closed!!! Thanks for saving the day Phil!

Love this place they helped me get my very abused rescue dog with sever anxiety a natural way to calm him and relieve him of it. Also he would not gain weight no matter what kind of food I bought the owner helped me with this and he now weighs in his perfect weight. The owner is very knowledgeable about all things in his store and all is natural and healthy for all animals. So if love your pets go here. My dog is healthy and anxiety free. Has even started to play some. They have 2 stores 1 is in Gunters crossing on the corners Church st and 150. The other is in Oak ridge. So plz head to one of them and get your animals on a natural healthy lifestyle..
