We had a dog that passed away five years ago so we haven’t been back to this location in years. After five years I’m happy to report the customer service is still exemplary. When they found out I adopted a new dog, we got literally TONS of free treats even including fresh goat milk! I can’t believe how generous they were. We bought a super good quality coat for our new dog and our associate was knowledgeable and helpful! Reminds me of how customer service used to be before the pandemic! I’m truly so happy and will onlyCome here for good quality products for our new pooch! Pictures are some of the free things that we were able to get for adopting a pet from the shelter. Thanks guys!

A loyal customer for years, will not shop there again. They sell extremely hard dog treats that caused two large molars in my young dog to break immediately when eating. No prior medical issues with teeth. Beware. The owner doesn’t care about the pets, only cares about turning a profit. Very disappointing for a local pet shop.

Love this place! Staff is always friendly, even when my pet had an “accident “. The best part is ordering online. When I selected delivery, I thought it meant the item would be shipped, but it was actually delivered “to my door” on that same day! Amazing service!Thanks to all the staff at All Pets Considered!

Love All Pets Considered. We purchase our puppies food, snacks and toys from there. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We also have Nelson bathed and groomed there. Whether we stop by for nail trim or have grooming appointment, everyone is so friendly and so kind to Nelson. Groomers know him and he is excited to go back and always looks and smells great!!Definitely recommend them for any pet needs.

While I never get a warm welcome at this store, and neither do my dogs when they come with, this is still about the only place in the city to buy better quality dog food, if you prefer to shop in person. Their selection of raw food is marvelous for a brick-and-mortar establishment, and they also carry better brands of dry food than the majority of chain pet stores. I'm willing to overlook their indifferent attitude for that. There are many other places in Greensboro where my dogs can get ooh's, aahs, and cookies from staff.

love the grooming guys and gals! always smiling faces and LOVE that i can get a quick walk-in nail trim for my doggo on week days. i always go early so they’re not inundated with appointments! not sure what late mornings and afternoons look like for walk-ins, but if you get there early, you should be in the clear. they do a fantastic job and you can tell they love working with animals <3

My dog ​​Sheldon doesn't want his nails cut. I have taken him to many places, and they always returned him, saying that they couldn't cut his naill. But here they did it!!! 😃😃. Two very kind girls gave Sheldon love and comfort while the other cut and filed his nails. I was super happy!!!❤️

Possibly the best pet store I have ever been to. Their variety is incredible, but also curated so you can find high quality products and not be crazy overwhelmed. Their prices are extremely competitive and they really take care of their customers - from loyalty rewards to excellent return policies (they donate unused pet food to shelters if your pet doesn't like it!!). The staff is very, very knowledgeable, super helpful and genuinely friendly. Calling out Andy specifically, they spent so much time, just today, answering my questions and sharing so much knowledge with me. A true gem. I cannot recommend this spot enough!

Within the aisles wide enough for plenty of paw-traffic, you'll find a little bit of everything pet-related. Much of the front of the shop is dedicated to pet owners - tees, car magnets for every breed, welcome mats. They undeniably have more merchandise for dogs than cats - or any other animal - and that's why I deducted a star. However, the staff will go above and beyond to assist you, they all have fantastic attitudes, and are clearly doing something they enjoy. We picked up a cat leash (we'll see how that goes!) and some organic treats for our dog, which we hand-scooped by the pound. It's truly a canine friend's paradise.

One of my favorite places to shop for my sweet pup and love their groomers. One side tidbit about All Pets Considered is that during the Christmas holiday, I was hosting a pet event at the property I manage and was reaching out to multiple pet supply vendors for small trinket donations to give out to our doggie friends during the event. All Pets Considered was the only shop to donate (I contacted at least 5) AND the basket they gifted us was nothing short of amazing! It by far exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled when I picked it up. Not only do they love our fur babies but they support our community. Always my first suggestion when friends ask where to groom or get pet supplies. Keep up the great work!

I love shopping at APC, when I walk in the store Lynnard always address me by my name and that means so much to me. All of the clerks are friendly and super helpful.Rachel is the best groomer, she takes such good care of my Houdini, she adores Rachel. I love APC.

This place is a great solution for out of towners with pets. I was actually looking for a tub and this place popped up. Glad it did because my furbabies enjoyed the bath, treats and pee pads we picked up from the Greensboro location. The staff was very nice as well.

Best place to shop for your beloved pet. Friendly staff always so helpful. I bought feeding bowls, breakaway collars and a scratcher/condo recently for my new additions (5 kittens from Charlotte and Catawba humane societies). I've shopped here for years for my precious Cali who lived for 17 yrs 3 mths (beds, brushes, car booster seats, etc). The quality of everything purchased is amazing! Your pet will agree 👍 (updated with today's (5/26) drinkwell fountain purchase $117 - my now 1 year olds love it!)

I like to shop locally and not do the Amazon thing but some businesses make that hard and this is one of them. I had to specially order some cat food. The young man was very helpful and filled out the order form and then told me to come back the following Wednesday. So I did and after 10 minutes waiting them lady came back and said they cannot find the order or even if they had ordered it. Then she had the gall to ask me if I wanted to order it again. Again? They failed to order it in the first place. Maybe I would order it if they allow me to stand over their shoulder and make sure it is done.I am so disappointed that they have poor business skills. I have overlooked their high prices because it is local but poor customer service I cannot handle.

This is such a wonderful business with knowledgeable and professional staff! I trust the products that they curate will be superb for my pet. Their same day delivery is also incredible and actually comes out to a better value than shopping from big box chains. I love that I get to support local business AND stay within my budget. I went in to All Pets today for the second time. First of all it’s an AMAZING store in and out, everyone is so friendly. I had tons of questions as I have cats with digestive issues as well as a new pup. I wanted to make sure I ‘m feeding them great food as any animal owner would!Andy helped me out today and was the absolute SWEETEST person ever. He was so patient and kind with me, He talked to me about ingredients, brands, and pricing all in one. He is very very educated when it comes to animals and nutritional wellness, and he made sure to explain every brand and every food we picked out. I highly recommend going to All Pets Considered for all of your animal needs, and go see Andy for any questions ☺️

The shop is tidy, but the prices are a bit high. My main concern was when I entered; there was no one at the register. An employee saw me but pretended to be busy, causing me to wait for a while until someone came to assist. It would be great if they could improve their customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of All Pets Considered! This store is truly a one-stop-shop for all of your pet needs. The selection of products is vast and diverse, and I always find something new and exciting to try out for my furry friends. Not a big selection for most animals. It's mainly for dogs. They have some for cats but I went for cat shampoo and there were only three brands and they were expensive!
