I switched from Bayboro apharmacy and wish I hadn't. After sending me daily texts that my B.P. medication was ready for pick up, then their system sent it back and and it's unavailable for me! Ugh. Going back to Bayboro.

I normally love going here but today my normal sweet tech (Ms.Cindy) wasn't working. I understand it's hot outside and some people are rude, but please if someone isn't being rude and sour face to you don't be rude for no reason. Every where is hire now so if you don't like your job go find one that you do. You may be the only person that a customer comes in contact with and it may mean the 🌎 to that individual so please think before you interact.

Visited Monday 31st. Was told by female employee they did not have what I needed but something similar and she told me where to look. So I found the item and so glad I asked Jason the pharmist. He came from behind the counter instead of just pointing to where I needed to go and in fact they had exactly what I needed. He then took time to explain why the insurance company denied the prescription and how to use it best for the person. I must say probably the best service ever from a pharmist. He Rocks.

I received my Flu Shot & I definitely will be getting my other shots.here. I was well pleased. Customer Service is A+ for me. Everyone speaks , courteous, willing to help you & suggest options. It is definitely convenient instead of driving 20 miles. Love my Rewards Card & Care PASS. It saves.

Simply the worst. Jason is rude and unprofessional. Has no sense of assisting the patient. Called me a liar right to my faceThis issue was over a much needed heart medication..he could have cared less.Let the patient die..they DO NOT careGo elsewhere..anywhere

I was just diagnosed with COVID. My doctor called in the meds to CVS, because only certain pharmacies carry Paxlovid.When I arrived with my mask on, the lady said for future visits, anyone with COVID, we ask that you use drive- thru. I said ok. She kept going on and on about it. She told the girl, you may need to put on a mask because she had COVID. Everyone at the pharmacy turned and looked at me. After receiving my meds, she grabbed a can of spray and started spraying. I said to her, let’s get a billboard and put it up outside the store. She does not need to be working in a pharmacy, or anyplace with the attitude that she has. Thank God, that is not the pharmacy that I use. I use to go there, but I switched to Bayboro Pharmacy. They are the best.

We love Jason (pharm D) the rest of the Pharmacy Staff is very slow and disrespectful.The Pharmacist this weekend had ro be reminded to check their machine for messages. Then took over 30 minutes to fill an RX for antibiotics that should have started last night....The doctor checked and the store says ipen until 8pm...but that is just the store not the Pharmacy!

Exemplary care stopping in to get a Covid shot. Jason at the pharmacy was kind and professional, first rate. Might have to make the commute from New Bern to bring my business here. Store was clean and tidy. Well done everyone !

Went inside for a case of bottled water and some milk. While grabbing the milk out of the fridge section a cockroach was crawling on the door. I informed one of the lady’s standing at the register that there was a cockroach on the door and she said “and.. every store has cockroach.” The lady beside her said “I won’t charge you for the cockroach if you want to take it with you.” They act like it’s not a big deal to have a nasty store. I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Services was down right ridiculous. My prescriptions were deleted "somehow". I went to pick up a prescription and I told a girl my phone number changed and she was like oh, well it will harass somebody else! Looking now, I'm not surprised that they only have 2.8 stars!!

Plenty of incompetence at this place. I have 3 different medical insurances, the clerk didn't know how to process any one of these, and instead insisted that they didn't accept any of the three largest medical insurance companies, go somewhere else.

Awful cold and allergies asked the woman at the drive thru if I could purchase flonase at the drive thru without going inside, very rudely told to that I would have to come inside and she walked away went down to Pamlico Pharmacy and the wonderful black lady asked me which one I wanted the 60 or 120 dose....a no brainer and all of my business will be with Pamlico from now on, the hell with CVS....period.

Absolutely disgusted.dr.called in 8 prescriptions.the nite before went there at noon the following day was told 2 were ready just 2 busy to get to other 6.mind you after spending 6 hrs at the e.r ....furthermore,the person was the rudest person I ever met.she acted like she was doing me a favor.wont ever be back
