The store smells like old grease and rotten fruits and vegetables. I was refused service at the diner because they had a big order to fill. I shopped there every week buying things Food Lion doesn't sell although things are a lot higher there. I will never shop there again. I was just out of the hospital and wanted to get my husband lunch. He is disabled and can't do it hmself They had plenty of food out and one plate would have hurt their big order. I told them I would not be back and I have not.

Check expiration dates on EVERYTHING! Just got home and my food was already expired. I keep cutting back on what I buy there, it's convenient, but I spend more $ replacing rotten food.Just cooked sausage I purchased on Tuesday, four days ago, for breakfast and upon opening it, found it already spoiled.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Quality and quantity of food is outstanding. The prices are well within budget and I have to admit, some products I like, only they sell. If in granite falls definitely give them a try.

Picked up lunch for my grandbabies at school. The chicken tenders were hot and fresh. Cashier included plenty of sauces.

I read about how great this store is. This must be a magical store, because every time I go there the employee's are rude or just don't care. Lot of the items are near expiration date. The whole store looks run down. Never will I go there for anything!!!!!!

Since the pig in longview is rotted i drive 8 miles to this store for my grocery needs. Wished i had been coming here way before now. Great meat clean store i am telling you folks this is the great hometown store feel.

They have probably the best meat selection I've seen in a long time. Reason I'm saying that is because of how many places have Brisket that's a expensive cut of meat.

Terrible customer service. Coming from someone with years of experience in a small town grocery store. Fair value lacks values that a small town friendly grocery store needs to compete with franchise cooperate stores. Their poor customer service begins with the managers and trickles down. They are uneducated on WIC, have snotty attitudes, and prices are ridiculous. Save yourself an attitude and drive a couple miles down the road to food lion in Hudson.

as always there are things that I can only get here, and I'm so glad that I can..also anyone that likes cottage cheese they are now carrying GOOD CULTURE!!!it's the best..no more going to hickory for just cottage cheese!!

Well walked up to line 2 and Bobby the cashier didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. He only continued his conversation which looked like the front end manager and their gossip which I heard every word about someone and what someone is doing about something that had nothing to do with work. I get it. Finding people these days is tough, but I just need a simple “Hi, how are you? Good customer service in its simplest form. That’s all really! Hope this helps

Would give a 5 but I have noticed that the baggers just bag the groceries and then leave them sitting instead of putting them in our buggies. Growing up I remember the baggers ALWAYS putting our groceries in lir buggy for us.

I wanted to give a higher rating and they do deserve it, BUT, few people were in masks and prices were both higher and lower than Walmart. However, they have MANY items that other stores don't carry. The variety is outstanding. Service is great, however it seems that there were many employees standing around or following me. No one talked to me ho.

I have always tried to support local own businesses! But I will no longer support fair value in granite falls or Lenoir. They will not be nice they will not bag your groceries and put them in the cart they will not help disabled people put groceries in the car. And when I asked they say it's not their job. Very rude to everyone. I never get out of there for less than $300 but my $300 will go elsewhere from now on.

The store has more in stock than Walmart does. The produce isn't the best and prices are alot more expensive than Walmart or food lion. The staff is friendly and the rewards program helps a lot. Just can't give 5 stars due to quality and prices. But they do have good meat sales on a weekly basis

The online process at this store is horrible. If you live month to month or use food benefits do not use their online shopping the items will be totally wrong or they will be switched for the most expensive brand. we waste more gas returning things that it would make more sense to just go get our own stuff. And the worst part is the manager of the store got angry at us for returning things we didn't order he literally said he wished we would not return it cause now he has to throw it out but if the order was put together right the first time there would never be a need to return anything.

Fairvalue is a hometown store that has been in the community for a long time. They have a butcher that cuts meat for you. Their birthday cakes from the deli/bakery are AWESOME. I usually order birthday cakes there. Staff are nice and friendly. You can find just about all you need, there. If they don't have it, they are willing to order it for you!!!!Got a baby shower cake made there. The cake was so delicious, there was none left!

Came in on 11/4 Friday morning. The cashier accidentally rang my items more than once so they called for a manager to void. The little blonde girl came up, was very rude to the cashier, and also didn’t speak to us. If this is how management is, then we will no longer be shopping here.

I really appreciate Fair Value Granite Falls. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and we often find items that other stores don't carry. Today's find was duck sauce for egg rolls. Also, great fresh fruit and vegetables. The on-the-vine tomatoes were just perfect today.
