This was the first time I tried a Sonic restaurant, and I hate to leave negative reviews, but I just wasn't impressed and won't be inclined to ever go to another. The food was not very good. The lettuce on the burger and chicken sandwich were sketchy looking. My husband's chicken sandwich definitely had the taste of a fake artificial flavor sandwich. It had a poor taste, bitting into it, and after. We picked through our food and threw a lot out sadly. Also, for as messy and greasy as the burger I got was, we didn't get nearly enough napkins. The Styrofoam soda cup was leaky as well. I'm left traveling with sticky hands and anxiously waiting to get to a bathroom to wash up. They have a neat concept with their drive up option, but we need to improve!Parking: There were plenty of open parking spots when we arrived.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome!

I work at a Sonic in PA but this was a very different experience. The food did come out fast and was tasty+hot. Got to try some things that aren't on our menu like the CroisSonic and Chicken Club Toaster. The shakes were very good and came out clean and presentable. Was disappointed that there were no skates since it was sunny and beautiful out. Also missed the signature Sonic mints. The girl over the speaker had a hard time could be the fault of the speaker though. Malachi was nice.

I don't know why we decided to try this place, I suppose looking for an old time feeling. Like when there were waitresses on roller skates and food was placed on a tray attached to your door. No, you order using a microphone but they just bring your food in a bag and you figure out how to eat it in your car. Ho hum, and the food is so-so.

Chili cheese dogs with no chili, and cheese sticks with no cheese. Seriously the dogs looked like they'd been dipped in chili and then had the chili scraped off so the suggestion of chili remained but no substance of chili. And i bit into three cheese sticks that were just breaded pockets of air. The server was very sweet though and gave us a refund.

First 3 stalls I pulled into were out of order. 20 minutes in we still didn't have food. The slush showed up melted and the mozzarella sticks had no marinara sauce and hardly any cheese in them. Also, there was some weird pop up clothing vendor in the parking lot.

I ordered a coffee and a pretzel twist. Seemed like a simple request. I pulled up, waited 5 minutes before being greeted at the window. The poor girl was running the restaurant all by herself - taking orders, prep and cooking, and handling a delivery truck. I waited another few minutes to get my coffee, then had to leave without my pretzel so I wouldn't be late to work. This was not a one time occurrence, and if this place is unable to be staffed correctly, they should shut it down before they give Sonic a bad name. I will never come here again.

The lady that essentially runs this Sonic is worth her weight in gold. There are no other employees remotely useful based on my visits. Other than the primary lady, the other employees make it obvious they hate their job, sadly. This is a meeting spot for a local group that I attend. Otherwise, I would not visit. The food is Sonic. Ho-hum. The speed has definitely improved, although, the orders are routinely missing items. Like so many restaurants, the employees make it or break it and this one is broken.

Good Sonic. They have never gotten my order wrong on many visits. Nice employees. Clean parking lot. I have always used the app with no errors. Love half price drinks. I always tip really well and they honestly seem to appreciate it.

Not a bad experience, the young man that waited on us was very polite and even helped me with my purchase using my debit card. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Food was hot and my slushie was delicious.

Dear Management: If you can't properly staff this location, just shut it down. EVERY time I have been here there is only 1 lone girl working the entire joint. It takes FOREVER to get anything, the quality is poor, I know Sonic has already cut corners with less toppings, fake eggs and smaller portions, but for the love of Christ stop being cheap and hire more employees.

Stopped here while on vacation with my family. Great food, and my daughter loved the name. She's currently obsessed with Sonic the hedgehog and thinks it is cool they have the same name. Their shakes are huge, so just keep that in mind! Delicious tho. Wish I had a Sonic closer to home! And best onion rings I've had!!

Everyone has bad days and work can be frustrating but when you mess up the order several times don't act like it's the customers fault or that we are being inconvenient. It's inconvenient to have your burger wrong 3 times in a row and finally just decide to go home hungry. Wasn't anything special just no tomatoes. Three times it came out with tomatoes. Then instead of just acting any kind of sorry or apologizing just ask if we would rather have our money back. The food that we did get right on the order wasn't even good. I go by twice a day, six days a week and the handful of times I've stopped have always left thinking I should have just picked up a Pizza from Wiseguys or grabbed Hardee's.

I never thought that the sonic cheeseburger would taste the same as another cheeseburger I ate a few days before, but it actually did! This burger tasted even better as a cheeseburger cause the last time I ate sonic I just ate it cut up in pieces and eating one piece at a time. I think the next time I go to sonic I might order the sonic cheeseburger and taste the amazingness again. My first time eating the sonic cheeseburger was a success.

Great experience. Our order was taken quickly. It was ready quickly. Everything was nice and fresh and delicious. Employees were very pleasant and polite. We also noted their health department rating of 100. Excellent!

Service was bad, wouldn't give me a refill on a sweet tea after ordering $35 worth of food. Had to pay for 4 extra drinks between my wife and I due to them filling our cups up so full of ice. Will never go there again. They were also rude about it. Never had a problem at any other Sonic's but now will never go to one again.

As busy as they were when I went through the drive-thru, my wait time wasn't too long. I went around 5pm. Food was nice and hot and fresh. Since I can eat breakfast at any time of day, I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. Yum!!

It wasn't a busy day and we were the only ones in the drive up with A few cars parked in stalls. I had to repeat part of my order for a lime real fruit slush and several times and yet when we'll drive away we realized it was lemon. It still tasted good but not what we were trying to get. Still it is a good spot to stop for a cold drink on a hot day going to or leaving the outer banks.

Launi is amazing!!! She is always the best everytime we go there. She always has a smile on her face and I have to say it's contagious. I don't think I'd go there as much if it wasn't for Launi. Foods good but who hands it to you truly matters on some days.

We don't have Sonic in the dc area. On our way back from NC, we stopped at Sonic for a quick lunch. The food was your normal fast food. It was alright... nothing super special. I order the tots, but they were not hot, so they were ok. Service was good. Staff were friendly. I am just not a fan of eating in the car though... that was not comfortable for me.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra peanut butter sauce in both, what we got was the normal hot fudge sundaes and skimpy on hot fudge. I ordered for myself a medium sonic blast with Oreo, Reese's and cookie dough, I received my blast without the cookie dough. This was after repeating my orders to the girl numerous times and she still messed it all up. Told Aaron about it when he was reading our order as he handed us our order. Acted like he didn't care and walked away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,VERY DIS SATISFIED with this store!!!!
