The drive thru associate was rude, My cheese burger was cold. And the bun was wrinkled and looked as old leather. The milk shake was sorry too. Not enough chocolate syrup. It was tasteless. 2 cheese burgers and supposedly, 1 chocolate shake was $ 10,16,, Did not return the food because I was on my way to work, I did eat a burger, but it was not good. Drink a little of the shake, Both items made me feel nauseated.. Usually, Hardee's is good. But not this day.

Hardee's in Grandy is awesome. They always have fast service with a smile, even when there's a line it moves quick. The new primal thickburger is awesome too! I really like how the "special" burger changes periodically keeping the menu fresh! This is a great stop on your way to the beach! ⛱️Parking: They did a complete teardown and rebuild of the restaurant along with a fully new parking lot with plenty of large spaces and a drive through that makes sense.

Once again, this is what extra sauce on my burger looks like. I spoke very clearly, and politely asked for extra sauce again, I asked her repeat back the order, and even after she gave me my change, asked if she made sure to type in extra sauce. Incompetent “chefs” I guess. Another disappointment.

We went through the drive thru here on Sunday 10/1, ordered #1 Famous Star combo (large) and a Big Cheeseburger. This had to be one of the worst fast food meals we have ever had. We probably would have thrown this out if we weren't so hungry. Debated on making a complaint but didn't want to take that risk (of getting our food messed with). The bread on both burgers was as hard as cardboard, and this is not an exaggeration at all. The "Big Cheeseburger" was the size of a regular McDonald's cheeseburger..you know, the one where McDonald's sells it for $2.49 vs $4.29 at Hardee's. The meat was very very overcooked and dry. If you want sauces for your burger or fries, that will be an extra charge of .25 cents per sauce. The cashier did not provide a receipt for our order. I don't know how a restaurant can serve food to their customers like this.

whenever I go shopping they give me an incomplete order now I went to buy a gravy and a chicken biscuit and potatoes and they didn't give me the potatoes and I wasn't too busy to make a mistake I'm not one to go around posting bad comments but that's enough

Avoid this location! Horrible quality and extremely long wait times.This Hardee's has gone downhill fast. Often, the lobby is closed, forcing you to wait in the drive thur line for 30+ minutes. The food is cold and usually incorrect. Seems to be a staffing issue with poor morale. I will not be returning.

First and last time eating at Hardee’s. This location was rated better than the McDonalds down the street so I opted for here. I ordered a combo #7 and they skimped me on the pickles and onions. Ok fine, it happens. I was still hungry and ordered a second time, a cheeseburger and it came out with an hours old patty and no cheese. If I order a CHEESEburger I expect it to come WITH CHEESE not to mention in one bite I was done because this patty was gross and cold. Bleh. Very annoying experience. Won’t be back.

Ridiculous that I ordered no Mayo on my chicken sandwich, and then they charged 20 cents extra for one honey mustard small container . Either the franchise owner is a super cheap dude or the staff is not trained to provide any proper condiments with an order. Makes no sense. Fries were cold, bathroom was really smelly and unclean. Not a way to run a business.

I just wanted a milkshake on a hot day driving home. Lady seemed like she was upset. And I ended up paying 4 bucks for barely half a cup of milkshake. Like what happened to rest of it.

Was amazing service. Food was hot and fresh! So happy they have roast beef back!! Restaurant was pretty clean and everyone seemed to work well as a team! Will visit again.

Clean Hardee's. Really awesome breakfast sandwiches. Quick service from the kitchen. Coffee average. No flavor creamer, but has chilled creamers available. Clerk at the register was combative with another customer ordering about drink sizes with meal orders. Could have handled that better with an elderly confused customer.Really turned some heads. Unnecessary aggressive attitude was one sided and not provoked . Just be nice

First of all take the camera monitor down. It’s disrespectful to the people keeping your doors open. Secondly, If there are fries in the order, include ketchup. If there is tea, include the lemons. Don’t make me get up and go back to the counter to specifically get ketchup because it being kept behind the counter. Basically, learn how to treat customers like the people lining your pockets and not your kids that you have to keep in line.

We have been going to Hardee's for the past few years (they are right around the corner)and lately we have ordered the super loaded bacon biscuits with the fried egg but we always get just the Bacon egg biscuit. Just getting tired of paying almost $ 5.00 for a cheeper biscuit. We call and they say to bring it back and they will fix it. But how many times can you deal with going back. We live in a tourist area so we should be aware of the fact that they really don't care as long as they get there money. Going to McDonald's next week or I'll just have to make my own. You know what they say about the drive thru.( Lethal weapon movie)

The person taking our order never responded to us and never asked what drinks we wanted. Assumed we wanted two small sweet teas? We were missing two fry orders and went back in to get them and were only given one.Window staff was friendly.

The restaurant was very clean including the bathroom. The gentleman that took my order was friendly. I had a special request for my sandwich and it was made correctly, which doesn't happen at my local Hardee's in VA so I was happy. Best Hardee's lunch experience I've ever had. I usually only come for breakfast due to not having a good experience ordering lunch at my local store. I will definitely be stopping by this location again the next time I travel to the Outer Banks.

So, we were not expecting breakfast, but it has been decades since we have been to a Hardee's. (My grandmother worked for them for many years.)Regardless, we made it to the breakfast menu just in time (last car to make a breakfast order (11 a.m. at this location), ordered the chicken biscuit, bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and sausage & egg biscuit, with three large hash rounds.As we all unwrapped our sandwich wrappings, what glorious scents wafted through the cabin of my truck. Buttery aroma from the biscuits, the gooey-ness of the cheese, and the textured breading from the chicken. Followed by the golden crispy hash rounds, which added to the tingling delight our taste buds desired after a long, but great vacation.Down to every last bite, our fast food desire had been fulfilled, delightfully. Alas, all good things must come to an end. Until next time Hardee's, see you again next year? (P.S. - this was my cheat meal, I do not regularly eat fast foods, BUT it hit the spot.)Parking: Plenty of parking available, even for the long haul truckers. (Assuming the lot next to it was strictly for that purpose.)
