Been going to this dunkin for over two years now and I’ve had enough bad experiences to finally leave a review. The service completely tanked when it was remodeled to remove any staff/customer interaction. Today my husband and I ordered two sandwiches that were made wrong, so when we got home we had to dig the sausage and bacon out of the cheese in the sandwiches and trade. Yummy. He also had to get the attention of the staff behind the partition wall to let them know they forgot to include a coffee and a donut we ordered. And because of the remodel preventing staff from seeing customers, you basically have to shout to get assistance if you need it, all the while you hear the staff talking and giggling around the corner. Today was just another instance of ongoing horrible service. Wish literally any other coffee shop would open up in Grandy.

We ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 were the same sandwich, 1 was different. What we got was 3 of the same sandwich with one being burnt. We didn't notice till we were in the road. We got no receipt to check what the person at the drive through charged us for.

Staff is extremely rude . I ordered espresso shots over ice with almond milk which I have been ordering for years . I can hear the staff inside saying they “should just charge me for a latte” and that I’m barely “saving any money so what’s the point” as they were laughing . I’ve lived tight next to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I haven’t been in a month or two to this location but it’s all new staff . They are extremely unwelcoming and should realize that all the customers can hear what they are saying . I’m a general manager of a restaurant and there behavior was absolutely atrocious .

Way too strong. I ordered a macchiato with sugar, cream, and carmel and it tasted like 4 shots of espresso was added. I went back in to ask for sugar and cream and they apologized for it being too strong and were very kind but even extra cream and sugar could not help it and I threw the entire drink away. There was also another customer who came back in for the same complaint.

I have never had so many brain cells fried before coming here. It was physically painful to help these people understand such a simple order. 2 chocolate donuts, one butter pecan iced coffee. Wanna know what we got instead? A hot coffee with ice cubes and a lemon donut. When I tell her that is not my correct order, she then hands me a plain iced coffee and strawberry donut.

I stop at this dunkin’ every morning before work & at least twice out of the week either my coffee or food order is wrong or messed up. For instance I ordered avocado toast with bacon(which is extra money) but they forgot the bacon… I have given this dunkin so many tries but I don’t think i’ll be stopping here anymore.

I did not get NOTHING! You have to drive thru they said I can't walk in and order.. not fair. I went to convenience store adjacent to them and bought a jar ice coffee.You need to change the Dine In to Drive thru ONLY!!

Went there this morning waited 45 minutes for a cold bagel that was supposed to be double toasted. Never again. Look at that cream cheese spread, at this point Helen Keller would've made a better bagel.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee. Nobody in the store. Ordered 1 cream, given 3. An additional 3 minutes to get a new coffee. I wasn’t given the donut I paid for, asked for a donut. Went out to the car and realized they grabbed the wrong one. Given attitude my incompetent staff when I asked for a new one. Usually Dunkin’ is pretty consistent. I’d def avoid this one!

There are no registers inside only screens to order on with only a card. The staff had no idea how to even operate the screens. Thus I had to go sit in the drive thru for 15 mins. The drive thru is hella long.

Went there this morning and I ordered my usual A large ice coffee is 4 Carmel, 3 sugar, and 2coconut shots. My coffee wasn’t stirred up at all and it tastes like someone put their sweaty foot in the cup.DONT RECOMMEND!!

My iced coffee had sugar clumped in the bottom of it like it wasn't mixed at all.. I ordered two of the tomato basil pesto sandwiches and when I pulled them out, disappointment is an understatement. One of my sandwiches was slopped together and only about half of the space between the bread had anything on it, like I was missing half of the innards of my sandwich! I found the rest of my sandwich when we opened the other one though, as it fell out of the sandwich into my passengers lap. Not a good way to start our 2 hour trip back home.

Someone needs to teach the employees how to make the coffees everyone is same and not good. Just this week I got 3 coffees none right. Hello Corp send someone out there to teach thes folks how to make your different coffees!!!Parking: Next to convenient store with a clean restroom. Handicap upfront. You will find a space easily.

Disgusting is all I have to say. I was the only car there, I waited almost 10 minutes just to order so I had to shout to see if someone was there so I could order. Well first, my mom iced french vanilla coffee, and I got a coconut refresher and we got donut bite things. Well the donut bite things were cold and stale like they have been sitting for 2 days. The refresher was just plain coconut milk, and my moms coffee was just outright black coffee. It was nasty and do not recommend anyone going here.

On our way home from vacation in Outer Banks and wanted to stop and get coffee for the trip home since it was early. People were mixed between waiting to order and already ordered..the place is too small for being along that main road. They were busy, yes, but the young woman waiting on us gave us attitude when we ordered, we got our donuts, and our cold drinks then continued to wait another 20 minutes for two hot coffees. Got attitude when we asked about them because we didn't get them and they were simple...then the same lady that waited on us took our receipt so she could make sure we bought them. Like what?

In line for,50 mins. Even after ordering thru the app. Then one sandwich was totally missing and the donut was the wrong one. I checked the ticket to make sure we,had not made mistake and we didn't.,No in store service. Therefore only one person being waited on at a time. Not sure what took so long? Then our food,missing and wrong.

This review only has one star because there was no other option. We are local, and frequent the other Dunkin Donuts establishments on the beach, with no issue. We were forgotten in the drive thru twice, along with two other customers. Took 45 minutes total, to ultimately ask for a refund. He asked us to wait to place our order, and then forgot. Then when finally arriving to the window, we were handed the wrong order and he almost forgot to collect payment. 25 minutes later, we parked and I went in to ask for a refund, and noticed our food was being prepared. Two other customers behind me also had been waiting, while they served walk in customers. This is obviously a common occurrence, as when I asked for a refund, there was no question, just a manager eventually appeared from the back. She then asked if we would like to wait for our food. The poor employee working the counter asked someone to come help, and they refused. This place is a nightmare of poor customer service and disorganization. We went across the street to Hardee’s which had double the line, and were served immediately.

Order had a slight mess up, so had to go in to get a pump of caramel swirl. No sign saying they could not order inside, was going to get a dozen donuts, but they said drive thru only, no sign lol. Also drive through lady was rude when ordering 12 drinks. Ya sorry we have a large family on vacation.

Too bad I have to give any stars at all! My wife went inside for a coffee before our long drive home after our great OBX vacation. Nobody was inside either than her and the two people "working". After 10 minutes I went to see what was going on. This was 7:30 on a Saturday night and there was hardly any movement at all. The girl behind the counter told my wife she would be with her in a minute...10 minutes later she continued to serve every drive thru customer but not my wife. The guy working went to the back for 5 minutes then he came out and got the coffee my wife ordered. A coffee. That was the order. It took 15 minutes with no line. Halfway through the wait my wife asked if she could please place her order and the girl said, "when I get a chance". If you have to stop here, I feel bad for you.

I am from Massachusetts, so I may be biased on the quality of my Dunkins, but this was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. First of all, the service was poor in general. A line of ten people inside the store took about 30 minutes to move. Secondly, I could've made a better coffee if I was three years old. I ordered my normal coffee "with cream," while my friend ordered a regular. Both came out as a thick white disaster. There was so much cream in these coffees that you could literally not taste coffee. I should've just gone to the 7/11 across the street and had a much better experience and bought a MUCH better coffee.

An hour after leaving our beach retreat we stopped here. It took 30 minutes to get 2 coffee orders. Would've been quicker anywhere else, even the adjoining duck thru would've been quicker, but we had a gift card. 😡

If I could give 1/2 star I would. I mobile ordered and waited just as long or longer than people who walked in and ordered. When my order was finally up, it was only 1 of my 2 coffees and when I asked the shift manager where my 2nd coffee was, she just said, well they are probably still making it. I pointed out that the slip was with the one coffee, indicating they thought it was complete. She just walked away. People were getting drinks, but waiting 15 minutes longer for their food. I heard someone getting refunded for food they ordered but never got. It was a very frustrating experience to start my long drive home, as I'm sure it was for many other travelers. You know you're going to be busy on the weekends, get it together!

My order is NEVER right. I ordered an oat milk latte with sugar free vanilla. I get a cup of whole milk. Barely an coffee at all. The milk is wrong too. The order wasn’t that hard to begin with. Come on!! Then I ordered a bagel sandwich. Had to throw it away. It was so burnt it was black. Then I ordered two chocolate sprinkle donuts and got strawberry. What the bell is up with this place?!?! This is just one example, but it’s every time I’ve gone! I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but never again. Dunkin’ SUCKS!

Worst coffee experience I've ever had. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sweetner but recieved a large hot coffee, black with no sweetner and had coffee grounds, plus a hair stuck between the lid and cup. I went back around to have it corrected and waited patiently for 20 minutes and they still got my order wrong! I will never go to this Dunkin again. 0 stars from me.

It took 35 minutes for my breakfast sandwich order to be filled. 35 minutes. For a sausage egg and cheese. It also took over 30 minutes for every other person in lines food. They also messed up one of our drink orders and seemed to be completely unaware that they were taking forever and that there was a crowd of annoyed customers packed into their store waiting.
