Go here if you want rotted produce. Depending on what day you go the avocados are either brick hard or they so soft they are sunken in and have flies. Can't tell you how many times I've gone home and cut open an onion that was rotted inside. Reached out to customer service and was told someone from the store would be in touch and never heard anything.

Always a good experience friendly staff . Fresh produce and meat. Cleanliness. I do pick up orders once in a while, and everything is bagged well. They take care of fragile items and always ask if I would like my bread or eggs in a specific area.

It was raining. Saw not less than 17 roof leaks around the store. Many of them in the food area. The store should spend a few $$ fixing the leaks, none of them are new; they were there the last time it rained... and the one before...

Went to the Rosewood Walmart, wasn't to busy that's a good thing. Also didn't have to wait at self check-out either. I'm impressed normally it's a huge line right there at closing time to.

Sad to say, this store is just a hot mess. From nothing being stocked or available to trash, flies, and other gross things hidden in the food. I wouldn't trust a dirty restaurant, so why would I trust a dirty grocery store. The picture shows on the peaches a bunch of fruit flies, meaning something is rotten in there.

We’re here visiting our Big Brother and needs to pick up some food and some snacks for the house. This store is large and we were able to pick up everything that was needed. There was no wait line to check out, the young lady was very nice and helpful. The store was clean and smell good. The Associates was very helpful. Didn’t have any problems.“HAPPY SHOPPING FOLKS!”

Long post:I know rosewood walmart in Goldsboro is the go to store in Goldsboro. I may give it another chance during the day but I will never return to that store during the evening. I've gotten better service at the walmart at Spence. First I was called out by the cashier for my outfit I was wearing which was a warm pullover. Which was disregarded with the comment "its pretty cold outside."I usually use the scan and go, but the app was having a technical issue and wasn't processing. When I took my item to register the cashier scanned it I noticed a big price difference. I mentioned to the cashier I had issues with their app of the scan and go payment system not working properly but this was the price etc. (No it wasn't a cyber deal or a black Friday deal.) I apologize for the inconvenience and showed her what the app said from scanning it. There was an immediate sigh and frustration from the cashier. She called over a supervisor who was then extremely rude to the cashier. The supervisor complaining of " what do you want from me?" And anytime the cashier would try to open her mouth to explain it the supervisor got ruder. " Come on talk up what do you need me to. I ain't coming over here to just do your job." I paused her and told her about the price differences of what the website was saying versus what was on the screen. And all I got was " that ain't how that works. We don't price match with our website ever. That's not how this works." I asked her I thought walmart did price match. Especially if the app matched the same store I was in. Again I was told I was incorrect and that wasn't how that worked. So again I asked since their scan and go didn't work at the moment was there anyway I could just buy it in the form of a pick up order since I was already standing there with the item. Again I was told " no because that's not how that works. You can't pick up an order and you shop it." All of this being said in a poor inconvenienced attitude. So I replied with okay I guess I'll be back tomorrow to pick it up. Supervisor walked away spouting out " don't put that up its out of stock now she's not coming back to pick it up. "Never in my life have I ever received such horrible poor customer service. Let alone from a supervisor. Walmart you need to do better at hiring friendlier supervisors. If it hadn't been by her mannerisms and attitude issue this would of never been an issue to begin with. It would of been a " oh okay. Thanks for the information I'll keep that in mind next time." That would of been it. My supervisors and keyholders treat people with better respect than that. Even in frustrating situations.Again I'm not sir if your day shift is better. But I'd really reconsider evaluating your night shift better.

Only 1 star because This is the most awful Walmart if you are a Walmart plus member and having your order delivered. If this is your only option cancel your Walmart plus service and pick your order up on Spence Ave. They will take items off of your order without verifying that it is ok with that they delete these items off of ur order. If you order more than one of a certain item they will only deliver 1. I have had many problems with this certain Walmart that I have not had at any other Walmart and I’ve had Walmart plus in a different state. Never had one since problem or had to make one single complaint about that store and never had one single problems with another Walmart that I picked an order up from. It is incredibly aggravating when you make an order to be delivered for dinner for that night after working 10 hours just to have to leave and go back to the store that is 20 mins away because your order was incorrect.

My regular pharmacy didn't have a prescription I needed. Wal mart Pharmacy got the request, determined they had what I needed, took care of insurance, and had it ready for pick up quickly. Very efficient and professional experience.

I'd like to give a shout out to Celene, my favorite cashier, as I think her exceptional customer service should be noticed by upper management. I always look forward to checking out when she's at the cash register. She makes the process a breeze and I really appreciate her friendly and personable demeanor each time. She goes above and beyond! My rating would be 4/5 if it weren't for her.As for the store itself, it's very spacious and clean. It can get frustrating when there are several in-store shopping staff with their large carts in the aisles, but they're just doing their jobs. Please keep lard in stock - I use it to make soap!

Nobody would open the jewelry case . A lady with 4 children that were out of control. No one was at the counter in the hair salon, and I waited for 30 minutes. Could not find the plus size ladies' clothes cause they seem to be all mixed together. The lady cashier was very nice and friendly.

The ONLYYYY reason I'm giving this store a 5 start rating is because of Josh in pick up and delivery. I've experienced nothing but a pure headache in online grocery orders in the past but Josh was the FIRST and ONLY person whom seemed to genuinely care and he rectified the issue immediately. PLEASE make more of your staff like JOSH!

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to pick up a small TV and a few other things for her new house. The TV was the first thing we scanned and as we were scanning our other items the self checkout associate Rodney rudely approached us demanding to see our receipt. I explained we were in the process of still scanning/paying and didn’t have a receipt yet. Once we paid I showed him the receipt and he insisted the TV was not on there. I showed him again, but it was the very first line item on there and he said he did not see it in the first time. I know they can look at those little handheld phones or keypads. They have to see what I have been scammed.. This associate Rodney was rude and confrontational. I understand check in the receipt at the door, but asking me for a receipt before I even paid for something is absolutely ridiculous.

Very nice store, clean and well stocked probably because it has less traffic or its new. Didn't show on my Google maps that it was the closest to my home. I found it accidentally. Due to it being in a more affluent neighborhood the prices are a tad bit higher then the other 2 Wal-Mart in Goldsboro NC. Due to that would've given it 5 stars. I will go there regularly Due to it having cashiers, ease of parking closer to entrance and overall less shoppers. Those strong points are worth the price discrepancies.

Was checking out using self checkout and was trying to make sure an item rung up correctly. It was $0.48 for one bundle of green onions. We were able to use the barcode on the first that was the same brand. We trying to ring up the second it made multiple beeping sounds like it rung up multiple. So my father put it in the bag we were both staring at the screen waiting for it to pop up ( we were also waiting to see if it rung up multiple times so we could then get help rather than waiting till the end bc it was not busy ) when an employee asked if we needed help. Before we could even answer she inserted herself in and started touching the screen and taking bundle of green onions that we just put in the bag back out. She got it taken care of and we thanked her which she did not respond to. She then asked if the item I was holding was also the same thing as what she rung up for us…..it was not it was a leek. Huge difference in size between these to products but ok. Once she left we continued ringing up our items. Once we were done my father continued to take care the payment. I happened to turn around and the lady that “helped” us before was standing there watching us. She makes a point to make eye contact with me and says “I dont think you rung up the sodas” to which I responded “yes I did” i know I did bc I had to bend down to use the scanner gun bc it was on the underneath part of the cart. To be questioned like this when you can literally just ask to see our receipt but instead just stand there and make your customers uncomfortable???? I would have had no problem doing that but to stand there and call me out while the transaction is processing is embarrassing and rude. Also if you were that worried about us stealing you would think you would pay closer attention to the entire transaction so you would not have had to ask and make your customers feel like they are doing something wrong when they are not. Very off putting and very rude. I live in the area and I make a point to come to this Walmart instead of the others in the area but definitely won’t anymore.

Girl at pharmacy with red streaks in front of hair told me my prescription would be way over 100 dollars more than it should have been before she applied the discount from Good RX. Why did she have to do that???😡
