Rude employees, clutterd isles with employees that act like you aren’t a shopper that the only ones that matter are the ones who have online orders. It’s ridiculous I’ve been waiting on hold for 25 min for a manager. To all the consumers out there we need to stick up for ourselves these Walmart employees have got real disrespectful lately. Maybe they need a lesson on being grateful they don’t smile say excuse me or anything it’s a nightmare. One employee just got real nasty with me I’m going all the way to the top I’ve had enough!!! Stayed on hold for right at 36 min no one cared enough to come back on the line and let me know they were busy just left me hanging but that’s not uncommon these days it’s sad..

As a business owner nothing upsets me more than items being out of stock, but after driving to multiple walmarts I make it to my last stop 2 minutes before closing and they would not let me in. I've got a large party to prepare for and your business hours are clearly online. You've gotten rid of actual cashiers, and we pay by card. So, What reason is good enough to deny a customer entry? 11pm means 11pm, and not 10:58. On a more positive note this store stays pretty clean and the employees generally give great customer service where they can with short staff.

Would give zero stars for this place if possible and it isn't because of product or store appearance. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I was accused of trying to steal a $1 loaf of bread, by not scanning, when I showed the employee, that locked my self checkout register up, mumbled under her breath and walked away after loudly accusing me, that I did in fact scan all the items I had in the bagging area, she sent over another employee that had an even bigger attitude and after everything said and done, all my items were scanned, the register would not let me pay for my groceries, they had to cash me out on another register, which shows equipment failure, not customer failure, I still never got a simple apology for being loudly accused of trying to steal. Instead the 2 employees that caused the issue to start with stood and talked to other employees and customers quite loudly about me to the point my husband, who is normally very quiet had to let the manager know they needed to stop before he got involved and 1 employee stood there and argued with the manager. And still at the end of it all I still never got a simple apology.

I'm a regular customer as well my family and do work through a company for Wal-Mart so when you mistreat me, follow me around as if I'm a stranger or a thief I feel like your harassing me in some sort of way. I dont steal, I don't even give off that type of energy nor have I EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF ANYTHING. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD.I dont know if it's because I'm black or what but I notice it from time to time depending on what management is there. This one in particular tall, white male on a phone almost ran me over walking passed me as I was going to the register. Than I notice 3 employees ran up to the front staring watching my sister and I at the register I assume to make sure we scan everything.They didn't greet us or anything. How rude is that to treat people who spend their hard earned money like that and try acting like we are thieves. I loved this Walmart but now I think i may take my money elsewhere. Don't judge people off looks or color get that weird mess out of your head please it's sickening and disturbing

I've been shopping here for two years, and they consistently sell expired food. You have to be really careful checking the dates. 3 month old yogurt should not be on the shelf. These two items pictured are just from today, who knows how far the problem extends.

I was threatened by a employee named Isaiah for asking him to watch his language in front of young small children and he said he could talk anyway he wanted because Wal-Mart would not fire him for any reason and the mothers of the children thanked me and said that they would shop else where so they would not have to see him agIn

Really good selection, clean, easily accessible, and have a pretty great selection even for less common things.It's great when you just need to grab something real quick and it's right by the highway so it's super convenient.The employees that run the pickup section are absolutely incredible! They're always on top of things, super friendly, helpful, and FAST. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them; I come every week picking up groceries for clients and it's smooth sailing every time😊

2nd time our grocery order has had multiple missing items. This time more than half the order was missing. My wife went to the store with the receipt. Customer service gave her nothing but attitude, spoke to her like she was stupid and made her feel like it was her fault the order was incomplete and then blamed the driver. She was told she would have to call the company the driver worked for and to purchase the items for a second time if we wanted them right now. Customer service was rude, disrespectful and absolutely no help. Done with Walmart, canceling Walmart +

I like stopping here for a quick grab and go after getting the kids. But they replaced the last of the parking spots with pickup spots, in an extremely busy parking lot that is nearly impossible to find parking spaces. When I was there, there was 13 of14 empty pick up spots 4 full handicap spots and no empty spaces. People were having to wait to park. Not cool

This neighborhood Walmart is just a smaller version of the Walmart Superstore. It's great in that their is a big variety, the store is clean and the people present a welcoming helpful attitude.

This Wal mart is terrible the staff is rude and they lie to you, the prices on the shelf are never right, the mangers are terrible and I hate going there I will never visit this wal mart again the manger told me they do not accept return on alcohol products that are un open then I went to another walmart and proved she was lying to me so I hate this wal mart and all the staff need to be fired and it need to be re staffed or shut down because it’s trash

I really enjoy coming into this particular Walmart as it's never too crowded and they seem to be well stocked. The store is pretty clean and well organized. The many self checkout kiosks help to keep any line from forming which is great right now with COVID.

This store has gone down bad! The gas station is definitely not worth it! The signs are posted wrong which causes more problems then they already have! Always out of stock! Use to be my favorite now its the absolute worst! The employees dont inform you about ANYTHING until after your transaction then theyll look youbdead in the eye and say oh yea were out smh

I'm not from around the area.. But the customer service is absolutely amazing! I have been having difficulties which I'm sure everyone has but the young lady that helped me went over and above to assist me with my gas which took a long time. I definitely appreciated Ms. Jackie and the manger I spoke to who gave me great customer service. If you ever go by there they're absolutely awesome and sweet. After the experience that I had yesterday evening, I would prefer to give 0 stars; however, I decided to give 2 stars because all of my other experiences here have been 'okay.' My son and I went into this Walmart to purchase bottled water and ended up grabbing a few containers of juice and crystal lite (side note: very INEXPENSIVE items). When we got to the registers, which are all self-check, we were directed to go to the one nearest to the door. We passed a worker that had told us to have a good day, then she realized we hadn't checked out. I informed her that we were heading to the register to do just that.As my son and I were scanning our final item, the same lady accosted us and asked if we scanned all of our things. 2 cases of water were not bagged, and I also try to save on using plastic bags whenever possible in an effort to be eco-friendly. I was honestly VERY annoyed and confused because I had never experienced this situation before, and we were clearly not stealing. I politely informed her that we did in fact scan everything. Her response was to continue looking in our basket and saying "hmmm..." Still trying my best to be calm, I told her that she could even look at the monitor for her self and see that all of our items were scanned. She continued her ridiculous behavior, and then proceeded to look at the monitor. The saddest thing is that my son was there, and he even respectfully told her, "Ma'am, we scanned all of our stuff." After a moment, I finally told her that I come to this Walmart all the time, and I have never experienced this type of situation. I told her that we don't need to steal anything. She replied, "No, Ma'am," and started to walk away, then she mumbled, "Have a good day." No apology, no correction, nothing!I always choose to be kind when I go in there, even when they are not super nice. That is fine. We all have a bad day, and I also understand that people do steal from there and customers can be very rude. However, they ONLY HAVE SELF-CHECK. I have never complained about it, and to be accosted in that way and for her to imply we have stolen, even though we are following the system that they have forced, I just cannot believe this!! Plus, there are cameras! I mean...seriously... #DoBetterWalmart #StillFrustrated

This was the most strangest Walmart I ever been to not necessarily in a bad way but there were no one to check you out it was the entire store with self checkout. And the floor cleaning machine was personless it was driving on its own which I have seen one other time. But totally putting people out of work that's for sure. But they did have what we need for a small town neighborhood market

Before they went to self check out. I would have gave them a 5 star. Went there today cigarettes are at customer service so I went to customer service and they said I had to go to self check out that the line was almost to the produce. Then the employees that are in yellow that are in charge don't know anything with the self check out system. Very poor help now.

This is a Wal-Mart grocery store; not a super center. Never had any real problems that I can recall. It only has self checkout so if you are not a fan of checking yourself out you may want to pass on shopping in store here.

And I thought the Super Walmart on Spence Avenue was bad. I have been watching the madness from the parking lot and it's amazing how aggressive these people are and how disrespectful of other shoppers they are. I am glad my wife went in because I wouldn't dare venture into this place because there's nothing I need that bad to buy it from here! We have at least 10 other grocery stores in Wayne County why would you?

This location is well above the usual Walmart standards. It's a very personable, and caring experience. It's also very reassuring in regards to the ongoing virus. I see that the cashier stations are sanitized after every customer, and they actively, and continuously have an employee handing out masks at the entrance, and hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the store. As far as neighborhood market Walmarts go, I doubt you could find better.

I'll put it to you this way if you need a store that's got so much variety it literally opens up as soon as you walk in customer service and employees are very kind and especially Jasmine that works in the pharmacy I give her 5 Stars plus a few more and the consultant Kinsley tell me about the medication and what it was for and how to take it. Job well done y'all

It's a fantastic location, but they have recently started closing at midnight and that really sucks, they're a lot of people who would you this location over night since the only other Walmart open 24 hours is on Spence Ave and I refuse to go to that one, the parking lot at Spence is filled with beggers, thugs and lowlifes and I don't feel at all safe there after dark. Please extend the hours at this location back to 24 hours a day. Otherwise it's a great store and perfect location.

Visited the fuel station here only. Price of gas was very competitive. However, the pump was out of receipt tape. The restroom was almost out of toilet paper, and the walls, floors, and baseboards needed cleaning leaving an overall feeling of neglect.
