Bree from the online grocery department is the epitome of an exemplary employee. We accidentally ordered at the wrong Walmart and I’m glad I did. Even though it was extremely busy, and there were multiple cars arriving at the same time , she had every order in tow when she came out and had everyone loaded up within a few minutes. She even handed me my eggs and bread and checked their quality herself to make sure none were cracked before handing them to us. We will be back, 5 stars!

Theres 4 people in the Pharmacy and all i see they playing but not having my prescription ready been waiting for 1.5 and still haven’t got my medicine ready. they work better when theres only2 people working. SMH

No one to help check an item..went to get cat litter the sticker price said 10.87, rang up 21.87, had a picture of it & they still wouldn't give it to me @ the 10.87 price, not my fault stockers don't know how to stock correctly

Being a military family, i have shopped at walmart markets in many states and the staff at this store is by far the friendliest I've dealt with. Our cashier was extremely understanding and patient when i came through with 2 carts full and kids in tow.

Store is clean. Some things were out, but with the s word mentioned (snow), it's not a big deal. Staff members are always friendly. Update. Store was well stocked today. Had everything we needed today. Staff is still great.

I found myself not going to the super center Walmart as much since this one opened. The store is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, carts are always full, and everything always seems to be in stock. The only knock on this store is the over reliance they have on the self checkout line

Can Walmart please stock more Marketside products? I always look for them instead of something from another company. I bought a roast beef sub today, it was great. There isn't anything except roast beef, cheese and the roll but the quality of the ingredients made it perfect. I used to eat their products when the were with Whole Foods. Thanks for the English Toasting bread, still my favorite bread of all to eat . . I buy 2 loaves at a time.

Store didn't have what I went to the store to purchase. Employees standing around at the front of the store talking football and other topics with customers while a select few are restocking the shelves. And new stock just sitting in the aisles with no one getting it on the shelves, even though it's needed. Also prices are going up way too much. People are not going to be able to sustain their families if you keep charging prices that are too high

I am disabled person that spent an hour shopping. At the check out area, I asked a lady if she could open a full service register, she said no I had to use the scan and go ones. I had a full basket of groceries, way over$300 worth. I let her know that the cart has icecream and a lot refrigeration items then I left. I can understand if I had less than 10 items but an whole cart full. This was the first time that I have been treated badly at this store. I am very upset to the point that I won't shop there anymore

Always one of my favorite places just because miss constance who works the cash customer service area is always very awesome to see and interact with. Basically, she is the only reason why I even come sonr get me wrong there are some other awesome people but she always surpassed my expectations of a client service person!She needs a raise!

Friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and organized environment.Update: still very clean, but I've noticed it gets a bit cluttered and hard to navigate the aisles during restocking and when they change the holiday and seasonal merchandise out. Seems like they would spread out a little when conducting restocking of the displays. Overall, still the easiest Walmart in my area for getting what I need.

Overall a nice clean place to shop.However the pharmacy is lacking in professionalism and friendliness. There is a blond hair male pharmacist who is quite rude and needs to be educated on several practices.

Close from home, they have almost everything you need for food the price is right and you have the gas station close that the price and are not high. It is good to have it close from home especially when you have a baby and have to buy stuff that you need immediately the staff are helpful all the time. Is very cold inside summer or winter but overall the have what you need and the good thing is that that busy like the other supercenters and that is always packed

The Wal-Mart in Wayne County was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, but one gentleman was exceptionally helpful, even though they didn't have what I was looking, he still kept checking for the various items I was searching for...until I hit the cereal isle. Had not found the Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats "Pumpkin Spice" Flavor (FAMILY SIZE) in 2 years! It is Seasonal. Bought 3 boxes...good until June 01, 2020...WON'T LAST THAT LONG! {They still have boxes left}. It's a good place to shop!

Love shopping at this store.... everything is always very well stocked.... employees are helpful and nice ...like the wide asiles and how items are placed on the shelves...has the grocery item's that most people look for and need on a daily or weekly basis....This particular store Rocks in my opinion!!!

Good produce, and a wide selection of groceries. There are several great things about this store. It's clean, easily accessible from both US 70 East and NC 111, and has a deli and bakery. All of this, and great prices too. Definitely give this store a try.

This Walmart seemed fairly clean. I didn't notice any opened items laying around in random places. The bathrooms were clean. Staff seemed friendly. My only complaints are there were no cashier lanes open and there were grocery carts all over the parking lot. Even one in the middle of the road.

This Walmart Market is my favorite of all the Walmarts! The staff are always friendly! They greet you upon arrival, assist my every need or questions, help me find an item quickly too! This is also my Pharmacy location. The staff here are great! They have come to know me by name & are always helpful! Easy in & out location. You can also order items online & pick them up at their customer service, easy peasy! So convenient! Another thing I love about this location is the amount of gluten free & organic items here versus the other locations! Thank you!!

I understand the value of the online ordering and the people in the store filling those orders. However, those filling orders should be considerate of the customers who are in the store doing their own shopping. Not the best experience today.
