The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the variety of animals for sale. The gecko's, chameleon, and fish were super cool. We enjoyed looking at the cats up for adoption. I would suggest the opportunity to actually be able to hold the cats. We were told that that was not an option. I think it definitely should be an option, even if there needs to be a waiver to sign. This pet store actually lets you use the public bathroom.

Never again. Over 4 hours after I dropped off Bella (who only requires a bath and nail grind that's never taken over 2 hours before), we put our still damp dog with some nails butchered and others untouched (and certainly not grinded) into the car $72 poorer but wiser. Apparently they have a new walk-in policy that's going to cost them a lot of business. They've 100% lost mine.

Sarai did an amazing job with my lil baby vinchii.. cut exactly the way I like it..usually my lil one is a little timid when I pick him up from the groomers, but today he was full of life and looked like he had a good time.. thank you for talking care of my lil man😊

I'm a disabled veteran. This was my service dog. They offered no discount and actually charged me $15 more because I couldn't drop him off and leave him. I can't be without him for extended periods. I doubt I'll be back.

Helpful, friendly staff.Adding 6/6/22 Only thing im adding is that their staff need more training. Recently had a bad experience because their staff is not properly trained on how to interact with animals. Regardless if you know an animal or not you don't aggressively get in an animals face.

I would never recommend someone to bring their dog for grooming. The employees are horrible, when you walk in they look at you with disgust. When you try to give them some friendly advice how to handle your dog , they get upset an say I know how to do my job. I really don't understand why pet smart will hire people like this. If they don't want to work then sent them home or let them go. Pets are like family so they should be treated with respect.

If you're thinking about bringing your dogs to get groomed here DONT! the employees on the afternoon shift are BEYOND RUDE & look like they hate their job! Amber which im assuming was the one in charge has the nastiest attitude & while i was in there with my dog she was grooming another dog & making the most disgusting comments ab the dog & mishandling it. There was also a girl with green hair whose name i didnt get, was also horrible, making comments back & forth with Amber. So you can only imagine what they do when the owners arnt there. If you dont like the job than leave & dont take it out on the poor dogs & customers. There's risk to the being a pet groomer but you know what you signed up for. Petsmart do better at hiring these disgusting employees.

Was told 1-2 hours, after 3 hours I called to check on my pet and was told at least another 30 mins. After a hour I went in to check and they said he had been ready but no one called me to let me know. If someone would have contacted me and told me how long it would me due to them running behind I would've went home and came back later instead of sitting in the parking lot for 4 hours

I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to assist me, finally gave up and went through the checkout line, decided I would ask the employee there for assistance. I had selected two products & wanted to know which they recommended or if they could give me any information on either product but when asked the cashier told me "to he honest I know nothing about either one so I really can't help you" I shouldn't have purchased anything but considering I had made a special trip just to get this item for my dog I just picked one, paid and left. Thankfully i had done some research on my own prior to going & I think I made the best selection but it would of been nice to have someone working there with knowledge of the products that are sold there to assist me.

Took my puppy in to be groomed for the first time. What is the point of making an appointment if it still takes 4 hours to see her? The only reason I believed she was seen then was because my husband complained. Ridiculous. Will never take her there again.

The customer service is great aside from Cole. He’s very inattentive, unpleasant and always seem in a rush. He never seems to want to be bothered. The store isn’t very well stocked. It’s usually clean but my last visit it appeared a little messy. My parakeet died and I’m a little anxious about going in for an exchange because of the possibility that Cole may be the one assisting me.

This place has definitely taken a step in the wrong direction as far as available pets for sale. Not a great fish selection and terrible reptile, amphibian, and small rodent selection. The pet accessories were a little bit better as far as shelves being stocked and the store was clean and tidy but the customer service was lacking as well as the pet diversity and availability.

Take my dog here when ever I get the chance. He never listens to me when we go here. It's like his toys r us place. Best thing about him going is that he jumps up on the counter to say hi cus he knows the cashiers have treats. Such a play boy.

Went to the grooming shop .The workers always act like they don't have a personality always so dry acting with loud hair which is cool but you would think they would be more friendly!They should revamp walking in there to get invoice to take to register then to go back in grooming place to pay.Makes no sense.Dog was cuts shorter then i would have liked but he probably moved and they had to fix it..
