The courteous and knowledgeable staff are always wiling to help me with questions and concerns when it comes to my pet. I recently had a Blue American Pit to pass away from cancer. The entire staff signed and sent me a sympathy card. I will forever be grateful to them for sending that card.

A great variety of pet needs from food to toys & meds. Knowledgeable friendly staff that are always glad to help you with whatever you may need. The pet wash area is a great new section they put in sometime ago.

Great place for all your pet supplies. And a dog grooming area . Bring your pets, bath them and leave . Everything is supplied. Shampoo, conditioner and flea wash. The blow dryer is my dogs favorite. No more bathtubs and wet floors in my house. He loves going there for me to wash him.

I've had 2 mail cats with UTI issues and is the cheapest place around that has canned food for them 1/2 the price of Amazon. Most places don't even have it.Great customer service.

Nothing special. There was really no good sells here. There were two ferrets to look at but there cage was nasty with poop everywhere. A few geckos and some fish. They didn't have the availability for public restrooms which I feel every public store should have available, especially when you spend money in the store.

Bought a catfish,fish has 14 day warranty. It died,they still won't return it. Say no receipt no return. We'll my number is in your system. Didn't even try to look me up. Some employees are ok but some aren't friendly at all

Prices may be good but don't come here if you want good customer service because it sucks we had to wait up front for a manager for at least 10 freaking minutes for a price change. Do better!

I have recently started buying fish from this place ,and I have probably spent close to or over 200 in fish and out if all the fish I have gotten from this place about 4 of them have lived ,they told me to bring them a water sample so I did and the water is perfect ,also I have my own testing kit ,I just got two Oscars two days ago and one died so I took it back and the one I got in replacement is dying as I type this review ,I went in there one day to pick up my orange crawfish and they shut alm the tanks down and said that all there fish had ick so come back the next day lol they treated them the same day ,that isn't long enough to kill ick over night ,but after I take my last Oscar back tomorrow after work I will no longer be buying fish from this store and also I can go to any other store and have no problem with the fish staying alive.

Gloria and her entire friendly staff, always go the extra mile each and every time to help me and my dog, Hope, get exactly what we need. Customer service is top notch! They don't know the genders of the small animals and because of this they house males and females in the same enclosures which aren't clean, and the food bowls are overflowing. The fish tank was left open and there was dead fish on the floor, I bought a glass water bottle from here and the bottle randomly stopped dispensing water, which I didn't know until it was too late and I now have two dead mice. The employees are very nice, i just wish the management would have them do things better/differently.

My first time here and I absolutely love it. I was given excellent advice on how to help my kitty baby, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, good prices and well stocked. I have been in the store a few times and there is no one at the register. They seem to spend a lot of time in a little room adjacent to the registers doing who knows what. It has been bothersome to try to find somebody to help you find something or answer questions. I think the prices are about average with anywhere else. Not a bargain by any means. They seem to have a large variety of items for all kinds of pets.

Cool pet store! It was a little busy when we went in for doggie bags and a leading leash, but the staff was still very helpful and kind. We signed up for their free rewards card and got a $15 off next purchase coupon! Love it!

I have never had an issue with this place. Over my lifetime, I have spent hundreds of dollars on dog and cat supplies. I had an awful experience with one of the employees there. I will never grace this store with my presence again. She might even be a manager because I rarely see her, and when I do she has no smile for anyone. I really wish I had noted her name. She's older with dark hair. Thanks for the most rude experience I've ever had.

Love the atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are better than most pet stores. They do have a rewards program. And one major perk is they have a self-service wash station for your pups.
