The staff is very friendly here, I went today to get stuff for supper and was having a hard time choosing a BBQ sauce and the gentlemen that was wearing black on clouds was stocking and offered to help me after he saw me standing there looking clueless lol. His help and knowledge on the different BBQ sauces was very much appreciated!

The prices are pretty high but you can earn money back. I give this particular Food Lion a 3 star rating because they often sell spoiled meat. If it’s double wrapped don’t buy it because the wrapping masks the smell.

Just want to give praise about Kayla who works there in the evenings.She will help me shop if I need to pick up something heavy and also load my car for me while I'm going through something right now and I can't thank her enough! she deserves a raise in my opinion.Overall great worker and person.

All the Food Lion stores I visit are well stocked and the prices are fair. The workers are pleasant so it makes for a good experience.The only thing I have an issue with is that they don't have my cherries. Can't blame them for that though because cherries are not in season yet.🙂

This is a great Food Lion. The prices are good, the store is clean , and the food is good. The employees are also consistently great.Usually, I don't really worry or think about how good of a job employees in a grocery store or retail are doing. They do their job and I do my shopping.However, the employees at this Food Lion stood out and were always very helpful and friendly to me. So 5 stars for them!

Omg they had stuff at this Food Lion store that i haven't seen in years.At any store. They even had italian cookies and british cookies my grandma used to have. 👀👀👀👀😁😁😁😁😁and their candy collection wth where did they find all this stuff💜💜💜💜ill be doing all my shopping from there from now on. Thank you Food Lion. All kind of healthy food galore too.. No more buying online and paying shipping and handling. Then shipping to friends and family... Bought a bunch of things with coupons loaded into the app & scanned my MVP number but none of them were applied. Straight up false advertising. Don’t bother using the app & honestly don’t bother shopping here, just go to Walmart right around the corner where you don’t have to bother with coupons or be ripped off.

This is our local Food Lion store, and we love it! The staff are very friendly and the store is extremely clean and organized. The produce section is gorgeous! Everything is stocked well and faced. The produce is fresh and ripe. The rest of the store is well kept and has a terrific selection of merchandise. The dairy section is always up to date and they carry Simply Natural dairy products at this store, our local Jersey Cow dairy, including their ice cream!! 😋 We have a choice of where we can shop and I come here first, and intentionally.Update: some new faces working there but I still consider them friends and neighbors. Same review as the original!

Watch the sales prices on your receipts closely. I had to get the manager to refund some money on a bogo. The store was clean and staff were very helpful.

Friendly and professional service. Overall this is a great store. However, the deli bakery leaves a lot to be desired. Evidently there is only one person that can take an order for a cake. I have called 2 or 3 times today and been told to call back because she was occupied.

Ordered a large cake from them, not only did it turn out amazing, their staff was so helpful getting it to my vehicle safely!!! Will continue to purchase my future cakes from this bakery. Hate I didn’t get the name of the lady and gentleman that helped me from the bakery deli area. Those two were amazing!!!!

I love Food Lion. It is not only convenient to where I live but the people are always helpful and friendly. I have never been in there when I was treated disrespectfully or as if I was a bother. As someone who worked for Piggly Wiggly back in the day, I have been to stores where I was not even acknowledge for my purchaseIn my day if you could not smile, greet your customer or thank them for their purchase you could not have worked at my store. 24 cans of beer on the display for $17.99, but in fine print does not include the 24 pack of cans. They should not be on the display. Misleading and false advertising. That's illegal.

This Food Lion was not overly crowded and located in a way you could see it from the road. A great selection of products from fresh vegetables, to meets, and much more. My best thing about this shopping experience was the amount of checkout lanes available and the person who checked me out did not know me but complemented my purple "Believe" shirt 👕!

Food Lion is a great place to shop. They didn't have toilet paper and plain white rice, but everyone there was very nice and curtious. Everyone was following the social distancing rules, and going up and down the proper aisles. It was very nice.

It's was good experience. I got good parking , my cart rolled around good with no sounds or sudden stops. Temperature in store was on point. Casher was helpful and double bagged my grocery without me asking.

As awesome and caring a staff as one can find in any grocery store. The products from chain to chain rarely differ enough for any meaningful distinction. Friendly staff, plentiful and convienient locations, and consistency are the factors that rate Grocery stores. This FOOD LION had all the above in spades. You WILL find whatever you seek, and you will be pleasantly assisted by any staff member here at any time. Great service, close to anywhere, easy to find, properly labeled shelving, and a brand that earns loyalty. You can't go wrong. Just don't forget the yellow rewards card thingy. It makes a sizeable difference in price.

This Food Lion has been the place to go on Hwy 111 for several years. It has great parking, with safe access to The main road. The merchandise selection offers good variety, in keeping with the food chain. The service remains very good at this unit. There are several other merchandise shops here to augment your needs, as well as fast food restaurants for a quick meal.

Just moved to this side of town, I'm use to going to the one on Five Points in Dudley, that is a great store. This isn't, long lines, few registers open, and the managers just stand and watch the long lines with just 2 cashier's. Have been here 3 or 4 times and was the same everytime more customers then cashier's but 2 people just stands and watch
