Love this place. I make soap and I first visited here about two months ago to pick up some lye. I bought all they had and took it to Scott at the register. Super friendly guy. After ringing me up, he ordered a shipment of larger bottles at a better rate! I came back a few weeks later and picked up six of them! Big thanks to Scott for ordering what I need and helping me save money in the long run. We will definitely be regular customers! 💙

My son and I have not been before and we decided to check out the new store. As soon as we walked in we are greeted by a few employees. They asked if we had been in before and what brought us in today. They said to let them know if we had any questions they would be glad to help. The store is very nicely laid out and clean. Every thing was nice and stocked with product. They have a really cool grill and a amazing spice blend section

What a nice hardware store, went in for a small sale, and have been back three times for various items. They are very professional and courteous, help you if needed,( not like some big box stores) , very clean and organized. Way to go!!

Went to this location. When I walked in the door no one spoke to me but i watched and noticed they spoke to every other customer except me. Not friendly and dry toward customers.

The nicest, cleanest most helpful Ace Hardware store I've ever been to. Highly recommend this place. They have a great selection of grills and grilling accessories. They also carry a full line of B&B charcoal products.

was a very nice experience soon as I walked in was the most prettiest hardware I've ever seen in my life I made the statement to at least four employees everybody was working and focus doing their thing it was very pleasant everything smell good everything was in order nothing was out of place nothing on the shells were turned the wrong way they had it going on walk-in got what I wanted to walk directly

Clean, well organized, fully staffed and friendly. Prices are decent. Some things are lower and higher than Lowe's. The biggest difference is they are organized. Unlike Lowe's stuff is in the right bins. Nothing worse than looking for a bolt and finding a bunch of other sizes in the same bin! Would definitely recommend visiting this store.

Tried to buy replacement doorknobs and person on duty had no guidance for me on whether the knobs I brought in were compatible with new ones. I was told if I buy them I can bring them back if they don't fit - if the packaging is undamaged. The packaging was a blister pack, so that's impossible. I went to Lowe's, talked to a knowledgeable sales person and was told to bring them back if they didn't fit. I only come here as a matter of convenience, not because it's my preferred choice.

I just stopped in to see what ACE was about. I would admit I had never been to one but was impressed. There was everything for the yard use, animal care/treats, and grills. Anything outside use you should be able to find. It was very clean and not much traffic. Staff were available and was willing to help answer any questions. This maybe my new store from now on.

Went in there today for me it was alittle lack luster. I'm used to ace having certain things like stihl products and big green egg products. This one didn't and the staff was shocked when I asked about it. So again it was lacknluster for an ace. Everything they have here you can buy from lowes or Delmus hardware in goldsboro. All with the same stuff just staffing that is more knowledgeable. I guess since it's right around then corner for walnut creek it might work. Just comes down to another over priced store that understaffed too. And only they got 2 stars is the girl at the register was friendly.
