No care to help, no one at register and when spoke up to ask if anyone was there, a male and female coworker came from out of the office, 10' away, they were behind 2 way mirrors and told I and the customer ahead of me waiting "no reason to be in a rush, we don't want any irate customers"I asked about a product they usually have and all I received was "it may be over there"

Nice and neat store. Helpful people working there. Went there today and had a great conversation with the cashier and a customer. Nice people!!! Went to buy balloons for the grandchildren. They had what I needed!!!

The items in the store are great, But my visit today there were no bags to put your purchases in!! Had to take stuff to car in hand basket. Glad l only purchased a few things!

They have alot of different items for just 1 dollar some are a good deal and some aren't. You have to be careful when purchasing dog treats because there are alot that come from China and aren't good for your fur baby. The employees are friendly and are always stocking or doing something. Store is clean for the most part except for when they get their weekly delivery then there's carts with boxes everywhere.

Worst customer service ever, ask employee/ mgr where something was located in store and ignoned me at first then gave me attitude as I was bothering her. Poor management skills and customer service and was rude as well as mouthy to a customer. Shouldn't even be in management talking to customers like that.

Very clean, because it's new...didn't have what I was looking for so ended up going to the Spence store. Michelle, the store manager, was very rude and spent a lot of time on her phone. I asked a couple of questions and she was curt and rude. I was troubling her. There are a lot of jobs out there that don't involve customer service...she needs to find one of them.

On star sent me across town to the wrong place 20 miles from where I wanted to go. Ended up in someone's driveway. Thank God I had your app on my phone. No wrong turns got there in a flash. Really didn't want to miss a new Dollar Trees Grand opening! Thanks Gigi
